They told us they would call when the uniforms were ready but they didnt. After the estimated time we call and they say or if they are ready it cannot be a coincidence, obviously they were ready a long time ago. To collect them was a process of approximately two hours. It seemed to me all disorganized, one would think that with the experience they have they would improve the processes and they will be well organized.

Unfortunately I went today to look for the uniforms since I had talked with them and even coordinated and when I arrived they were not available and the girl begins classes tomorrow, Friday 10, apart from the staff being upset because she was claimed, and all the time That I was waiting for the deal was not pleasant at all until I told the employee who charged me that I was upset, none of the three employees was pleasant, if they cannot deal with the client, they are not prepared to be there.

The uniform is very good

The worst experience with uniform stores. As of today, I have not been given a pole of my daughter and ordered from the first week of June 2018. To this is added the poor attention of their employees and that they never have the items available. They are terrible to the 100% and they take advantage, that there are no other businesses to sell the uniforms of the School, to NOT offer quality nor good service.

Terrible service. They take too long to deliver the uniforms and to complete the saying from the managers mouth, the fact that you pay does not secure your order. I took that attitude to make the delivery and in 2 working days they called me that it was ready. Bad company I do not recommend it at all. Besides they are very unprofessional.

Did my order on July 18,2018 and still havent arrived. My order is from July 18,2018 and they still do not have it available. This has happened to me for 4 consecutive years no matter when I order the school uniform.
