I called the store to ask for a piece from the new collection, the saleswoman Gabriela answered the phone and told me that she had it available, trusting her word, I left my job to go to the store to buy it and it turned out that when she arrived at the store. store the saleswoman tells me that it does not have it and that it appeared in the system but that physically it did not have it and that it most likely arrived that day in the afternoon. He promised to call me to pick it up, which did not happen, 5 days have already passed and he never communicated. Terrible service and commitment to the client of this young woman.
