I went for the Airbags and wiper cover recall. Because of the Covid-19 pandemic they are taking all necessary measures to keep everyone safe(using facemasks, taking temperatures, cleaning after the customer leaves). Today visit was excellent.

Poor customer service. Its very sad that the only authorized Subaru dealership in PR offer a mediocre service. I made reservations to address two factory recalls on my Outback over a month ago and 1, service desk didnt have record of my reservation when I arrived; 2, asked for a shuttle to Plaza Las Americas to avoid waiting there and service desk informed me that they didnt have anyone available to drive the shuttle; 3, I requested if they could find anyone to offer the shuttle service since they advertised the service when I made the reservation but customer service agent never tried or offer any update; 4, the technician that service my car left grease fingerprints all over the interior of my car.Even though I love Subaru cars I wouldnt service my car with this dealership or buy a car from them given they are the only dealership with authorized company service in the island.

Great service at Subaru Puerto Rico. I tried out the Subaru Firester and Crosstrek and they were excellent handling.

This dealership is a rip off. Poor customer service. Is not up to standards with the other Subaru Dealerships. All they want to do is make extra money off of you and it shows. I would not purchase another vehicle from them.

Customer service is okay, but appearance and location is not consistent with the Subaru brand. Owner should consider change to the business layout.

I called them and they said because my car was bought at another dealership (imported from USA), that the warranty can not be covered by them.So now my car cant have warranty by the ONLY Subaru dealer in Puerto Rico, just cause I didnt buy it from them.Ive never had this experience before with other brands. (Shouldve bought that Lexus I saw in the first place)I even called Subaru of North America and they told theyve never heard of this. BEWARE!!!

Worst Dealer in Puerto Rico! They sell new and used cars, then they do not comply with the sale guarantee. Do not buy cars that will end up losing. The owner of TREBOL MOTORS, Ricardo González, and general manager Lilian Potalatin do not mind helping or solving the client. They do not care about giving good service and they just get boobies.

$ 16,000.00 above the US price is not acceptable, many excuses to justify the price and none seems legitimate.
