Good and fast body works..

“They did a very good job in the painting of the body of the car.However, they have to improve their “protocols”. When I finally went to pick up the car, they told me I needed to pick up their check at the insurance’s company. My car was ready and they didnt let me go with my car to pick up the check but they wanted me to walk to the insurance company beacuse of their protocols. On the other hand, they decided to take me to the insurance company with my own car, In which they did not took me to the right place, so i had to walk anyway . I WAS SO ANGRY ABOUT IT.. not coming back again.

If you want your car, dont leave it with these people.Some time ago I had this bad experience but I had not decided to publish it until I came across other similar reviews. I left the car in this workshop without mechanical damage, with the exception of the bodywork area that had to be repaired and they returned it to me with damaged parts such as the motor of the power windows controls and other scratched bodywork. Warning! They are tricksters and if you claim these pieces from them, they tell you that this did not happen there and they are not responsible.

The workshop is good as long as you are using insurance, if it is private. They take advantage and more if you make the mistake of joining a private arrangement with an arrangement paid for by insurance. I would give it a zero star, lets start, it took a month and a week, on a Thursday, they call me that he is there for the other day and then they called that he was not ready. Next Monday we call and they ask me to pick it up the other day on Tuesday and that same day they call me and they tell me that Im missing a piece when I question them they accepted that they had voted a piece and they had sent it to Miami and they told me that It was for Friday Friday I was told that the piece had not arrived by Monday. Finally they call me on Monday after a month and a week and when I go to pick up the car it was a sloppy bonnet painted the seats all stained with grease and I only have 4 months since it was bought. but good that I pass by not having read the reviews a mediocre service

Excellent service, first class work and very professional

They gave me the car with one of the broken mirrors and alleged that it was not there when I delivered that car that the mirror is intact. The doors were fixed to me well chapsemente. I will not recommend anyone.

They took too long to deliver the vehicle to me and several differences occurred. Maybe like tellar they are not bad, but in customer service they lack.

We took my daddys car, a Subaru Forrester, to repair under two different claims. Both claims under the insurance company Seguros Multiples. My experience with Taller Borinquen was very positive. The professionalism of her employees, especially Daniela, was exceptional. Daniella went out of her way to help me solve the enormity of problems I had with the insurance company and kept in touch with me in the US at all times. The car was like new.
