This please sucks!!I purchased a pre owned iPhone described as an “Excellent Condition” with a 30 day “Warranty”.A week later the phones upper speaker was not working.Brought it in for repair. They called me to go pick it up saying was all repaired. They wanted me to sign something for receiving the phone, with out even testing it.I asked to show me the phone was repaired before signing. The counter guy started giving me attitude because I refused to sign. Then end it up the phone was not even repaired. Still speaker wasn’t working.So I had to leave the phone again for repair and come back. When I returned 3 days later the phone was finally fixed, but then I asked for repair warranty and they give me attitude and rude reaction.That is the type of customer service this place has!

I buy an iPhone 7 at this store it was working good for like a month but as soon I updated IOS it shows iCloud was lock, I visit them to ask what’s going on and the lady there just told me that she don’t know and told me the warranty period ends so she can’t help me so I ended with a $380 piece of garbage.

Do yourself a favor and dont come here!My wife and son came to buy two iPhone two weeks ago, one of the phone is defective so its come back for repair twice, we were informed that it would take from 12 to 24 hours to repair the issue not resolved or replace the phone, the first time she dropped off the phone it took three days only to find it was not repair correctlyor at all, the second time four days later we called and the associate said we try calling but got the wrong number.I think its very sad when a small business competing with online sales makes such poor business decisions or practices that affect the customers that keep their business going.I hope whoever owns this place does get a hold to us to replace this defective phone, by the way I will keep you posted on this matter.

Very nice people. Great place to go if you need to repair a Phone cracked screen or replace a battery. Definitely better than throwing away your phone. I also learned they will do most tablets.

I was looking for a GOOD price for an iPhone. The woman working there showed off a beautiful iPhone x with 256gb and I was sold when she told me the sale. The screen was nice, they let me test every thing to make sure it was all in working order. I went home and realized it was only 64gb. Going back to the store the next day, the manager apologized for the mistake and gave me another phone in its place. Normally Id have been upset because I had to go back but the customer service is really on point, they really wanted to make sure I was happy with the phone. The phone was a different color than what I originally had but this one had %100 battery capacity! This phone was better than the previous one they had given me and I didnt have to pay any more money. Did I mention no tax? Great customer service, great product, and great deals. You really cant go wrong with that. Id go back for an upgrade later.

I took my cellphone to repair the back part and they give me the phone with black spot in the front screen I Paid in front because my previous experience was ok, but today they don’t mentioned the spot until I came back they told me the phone was like that. The best part about their service is the transparency .You can actually sit and see which part is being changed and you are being charged for that part and there is no hanky panky which usually happens in many centres .I had an extremely unsatisfactory experience with a so-called PICK and Drop company they picked it all right but instead of repairing they changed my original display and put in a fake one .

Wish I can give 0 or negative points to this store. I purchased a phone here a few weeks ago and when I tried to activate it myself through my service provider, they told me that the IMEI of the device was reported stolen or lost. I returned to the store within an hour. The woman at the store who sold me the phone tried to insist on not refunding my $500 and make me wait 2 hours for them to fix the phone. After she called her technician, I was able to receive my full refund. I was very disappointed because they shouldnt be selling products that they dont even know how to fix.I recommend trying swappa or any other trusted place rather than this spot.

Waste of time and my money. I suggest you do not get your iphone fixed here. Go to Apple or an approved vendor by Apple who can assist to fix the screen or Motherboard or any other issues you have with your phone.. FYI After taking it to a non Apple or a non approved vendor Apple will not touch your phone you will have to fix whatever other issues you have thru this company. He charged me $150 to fix the screen and replaced the home button. My phone would not charge had to go back twice to see if he was able to fix the issue but he couldnt. I then suggested maybe its the motherboard but he wanted to charge 160+ to order a motherboard. I regret not going to Apple im sure they would of fixed the issue without having to return a second time or coughing up more money to fix the main issue and it would of cost less then $150.
