IPhone 6s cracked screen fixed fast and reasonably priced. Very pleasant experience working with them. Dinging them one star for not returning my phone message nor responding to the online form. My recommendation is to call, and if they dont answer call back later.

I’m so happy I came iFixers to fix my iPhone. I was having trouble getting my iPhone to turn on and Abdul was really nice and very knowledgeable when trying to figure out why my iPhone couldn’t turn on. I was super happy when he told he can fix it. he was able to let me know exactly what the issue was and he was able to get it done in a short amount of time. He saved me from buying a new phone. Abdul was absolutely incredible. He went above and beyond to fix my iPhone 6s and stayed a little after closing to make sure my phone was working perfectly. He definitely knows what he is doing and was great talking to him as well. This is my go to for all my phone repairs and I highly recommended it.

I would recommend this place 100%. First you should call and talk to them. Business is a little different right now due to covid. No walk in business. But I didn’t know that and just went to the store. Luckily I called when I was outside the store someone answered and saved me !!! He was working inside and opened the door and was so great. He said he could repair my cracked iPhone screen, great price and I also bought a screen saver( got a discount) and he put that on also. I just went to Walmart down the street and came back an hour later. Great service thank you ! I also got a 90 day warranty too

Everywhere seems to be closed right now due to the virus and I was so thankful to see that this place was open. I needed my macbook repaired for the weekend and Abdul helped me right away. He answered all my questions, and my laptop works great now I’ll be coming back with my other apple products

I came into this shop because I urgently needed my phone screen fixed before my flight, I was very last minute with this and came in close to closing and Abdul was such a great guy that he stayed past closing to fix my phone. In less than 30 minutes I was in and out. Definitely found a reliable spot to go to for all my repairs after chatting with him for a while Im bringing in my Macbook next week, they really take care of returning customers so glad I found this place!

Dropped off my MacBook Pro and iPhone 8 for a screen replacement on both. Abdul was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He was very quick and finished my iPhone 8 in less than 30 minutes while he was getting customers. He also finished my MacBook within 2 days. I am very pleased and satisfied with the service provided. If I have any problems in the future I will come back. Highly recommend.

I have debated long about whether to post my experience. I definitely didnt want to post before the warranty period expired. But after spending more time with my crippled iPad I thought I would post this so others may make an informed decision.My iPad screen was shattered. I engaged iFixers after getting a $200+ estimate.The personal interactions all went well, except having to wait for the employee to show up for posted hours on different visits. No big deal though.The first attempt to repair ended up with nicks in the metal back/case that would snag on my clothes. The home button, which worked going in, no longer worked properly. It was visually lower than it should be and failed to click over 50% of the time. The edges of the screen loosened up after a few minutes of use. (I think the case was bent while removing the old screen)I went back and again experienced a great personal interaction. The worker took it back and said he would fix it.After the second repair the home button was better, but still very hard to trigger. The glass was secured better and the nicks in the aluminum case were filed down. But this left marks in the case. At this point I asked if they couldnt just replace the button. But due to Apple locking the button, and its fingerprint reader, to the security chip this is not possible.After a couple of days I returned again since the glass/screen was now loose again in a few spots. The shop willingly took it back to attempt to fix.This time they fixed the home button so it functioned normally and has to this day months later. But the glass is still loose and in addition there is something either grounding inside or hitting the on/off button as, if I grasp the iPad just so, it will shut off, even though my hand is nowhere near the button. Even the Apple leather protective case will cause sporadic shutdowns.Being in between jobs, I cannot afford to replace at this time, so having it work at all is a big plus. But the end result is not what I expected, nor were any of these possibilities explained up front so I could make an informed decision.I would give this experience a 1, except for the personal interactions and the fact that I have a mostly working iPad.Edit: the iPad no longer is usable. It spontaneously reboots after 2-3 minutes of use. This may or may not be the same issue as the one I mentioned earlier, except it is now more frequent.

Update: as a repeat customer I am even more satisfied. They make the effort to put customers first. For sure better service than the apple store (which isnt bad normally).Eduardo is the man!! The best service, exceptionally knowledgeable, and fast. Hes been in business for over seven years and has a great reputation for a reason. While I didnt wait long, there is wifi inside to use if you bring your computer. My phone had died when I dropped it. He brought it back to life and because my phone didnt need any parts, he didnt end up charging me anything. I forever am indebted and would send everyone I know to his shop.

Went to the place seeing the reviews.. called up in advance and was told to just walk in.. walked in with a complaint of front mic not working and was told to wait for 45 mins before diagnosing as he had 2 other phones before me. Was told my front camera was not working and he showed the same but i informed it was working fine and I was able to take selfies.. he replaced the camera mic sensor combo package and made sure it worked and I was happy. Good service but felt I was overcharged(69$). Researched online and the fix is atleast half less at other places.Quality is good but over pricey.

My Iphone crashed yesterday. Took it to iFixres. Met Alma Martin this AM. She took time explain to me the process. i picked up the phone this PM and was able to restore. Walked in with a cracked iPhone 6 screen, walked out 10 minutes later with a brand new screen + LCD for less than $100. It took longer to cross Stevens Creek and meet my family at Barnes & Noble than it took for iFixers to complete the work :)
