VERY quick service! I ordered on a Sunday evening and had a proof that same night. I asked for a few changes to the proof which they accommodated within an hour. Once I approved, my banner was made, shipped and I received it on Wednesday!! And I’m all the way across the country in VA!!! Nice quality material. Bright, bold coloring. I’ve ordered twice from this company and had a few quirks with trying to add my order to the cart or save it but a quick call to them and they were extremely helpful in working around it. Ordering is easy and shipping is super fast. This last time, I sent my payment authorization one morning and my banner was on my doorstep the next. Very nice product as well. I ordered the pennant banners and they are very well made and a nice thick vinyl that holds up really well through rain, wind, and hot sun. Great price as well!

Team Sport Banners is amazing! I would highly recommend them. Creating the banner through their website was extremely easy and really quite fun. A lot of creative designs to start with, but also the ability to add your own touch. I had a response within a couple of hours of getting it submitted (even though it was in the evening), and I had the banner in less than a week! The small take-home banners were a great touch as well. The kids loved them!I also had to reach out to them due to some changes in our team so I had to have stickers made to cover up and add players names. They were again, so responsive and had the stickers out to me immediately.I am beyond happy with the quality of the banner and the stand that I ordered, and the customer service I received. Great customer service! Quick printing and excellent quality. The only thing I can recommend (I might have missed this when ordering) I did not realize after submitting my payment that I should be on the look out for an email to give one last thumbs up on the poster. I understand why the company sends you an email to verify one last time everything is correct, however I didnt know to be on the look out for that. So I didnt see the email until 2 days later once I went and tried to look up the status of the poster. It would be a good idea when your customer is submitting their order that maybe a message pops up on the screen or shows at checkout to be on the look out for that last verifying email. Again it might be there and I very well could have missed it. Otherwise great customer service, they were quick to respond to my emails, and I received my order timely. Thanks again! This is my first time ordering with this company and I will definitely use them in the future! Their service is great.. I had an issue with my artwork and they fixed it for me within a few hours. I just purchased a feather-shaped banner for my kids sport team. A friend recommended this company, he had used them last season and said they shipped his banner quickly and had good quality. I thought their website was easy to use for designing the banner for my kids team. All the parents on the team were very impressed with the design! I completed my order mid-day Monday, and received the banner on Thursday. The communication was very prompt with email; I wanted a proof emailed to me before they printed the banner. Im glad that I did because I made an error in my design which I caught when they sent me the proof. They sent it FedEx ground, and I received hopeful notifications about the shipping status. Super easy site to use, designed our team banner quickly and Team Sport Banners contacted me back when I submitted my order and let me know that the design was a little off (the grass was floating in the middle of the banner instead of at the bottom like it should be). They offered to correct the design and it shipped the next day. I had the banner in my hands in two days and they came with adorable canvas mini banners for each one of the team members, not a paper print out like other places provide. The banner builder online was easy to use, but a tad frustrating when I didnt save my work and the software placed only the background into my cart and I had to start over. It was quick to reproduce, so not a huge deal but main reason for 1-star deduction. The team sent the proof for my review quickly and the turn-around to produce and receive my banner was super fast! (I made the banner Saturday, proof Sunday evening, banner in-hand Wednesday afternoon - with standard shipping). I really like the extra banners that are included for players, although the company info at the bottom makes these mini banner more of an advertisement than a momento, so Ill be trimming that off before we pass them out - (if it were smaller Id leave it on.) Will recommend to next years team mom for sure!

Team Sport Banners was suggested to me as the company to go to when I needed to get a custom banner made for my grandsons U8 soccer team.Though they are hard to get to via chat or phone TSBanners staff provide very professional advise, evaluation and production once you get them involved by email.The Shark Angels banner was a a collaborative effort of the backgrounds provided through the Team Sport Banners online and a custom set of foreground graphics including sharks with angel wings created by me. Without Mikes detailed help in getting the best quality of both combined together, the teams banner would have been nice but not the super sharp version that was produced. And they did it for the same price as using only their graphics & backgrounds.A quality job that delighted the whole team once they saw it. Thank again Mia & Mike.
