This party city has so many themes for birthday for both boys and girls. And some great Halloween themes as well. If you are planning a themed birthday party, then you can surely go here.

Nice selection of decorations got almost everything there for a baby shower

My wife went in just to get a total of 16 balloons of the same color and it took 30 minutes. Poor customer service. Recommend other Party City locations over this location.

The one-stop party store that has almost everything you need for any party occasion, be it birthday, bridal shower, baby shower, wedding or anniversary, all seasonal parties and occasions..you will get carried away by all the lovely stuffs. Prices are fair compared to other Party Stores. Parking is not a problem, located in an open shopping plaza. The store is huge and they have ample stocks displayed. The only thing, they are not well displayed and disarrayed. Staffs are friendly though and knowledgeable.

It was busy weekend but only one cashier so it was taking really long to get items billed and also no one on the floor to answer your questions or help with anything. Hope they could make it better with service.Lot of stuffs to go through as well very clean. Hope they clearly mention on each aisle what you can expect searching there.Lot of parking available.

Bad phone lines and inpatient hiring staff next time call again

Shopping the day before Halloween. The place is packed. Many of the good stuff are sold out, which is to be expected. The only things (costume wise) are the expensive things like $50+ masks. Looking for good masks under $10 but no such luck. Plenty of props, candies, and other decorations.

Not sure if the brand will close out but party city locations seem very empty.

Curb side pick up.... Must place order online 24 hours in advance. Called to purchase 1 item. Unfortunately they cant take orders over the phone. Asked if I can place order online and pick up soon. Sorry- order takes 24 hours to process online. I hope they havent asked for rent forgiveness from their landlord. Theres better ways to do business.

Quick service . Every employee knew the answer to my question. I never got a let me ask someone else . All departments are clean and not any merchandise in the wrong place.

VERY FRIENDLY STAFF, VERY HELPFUL

It has everything you may need to party, as every party city place, however I got a feeling its understaffed and it took so long to buy few simple things even though there was not many people inside.

I found what I was looking for at a good price. I had to look myself because employees didnt know where the items were located.

I LOVE the Party City I frequent in Phoenix but did not have a good experience here. Came to get balloons filled for my sister-in-laws baby shower but did not receive service. We realized we were going to arrive close to closing and called ahead. We were told if we got in the store before closing time we would be helped. Doors were locked before closing time and when we asked to speak to the manager she closed the register before talking to us so we could not make a purchase. Do not expect them to honor their word or to receive good customer service.

They had what I needed for two birthday parties. Their inventory appears to be low.

I purchase the wrong kind of balloon online and when I went in to pick it up I asked if they can change it or refund me and the worker denied it even though store policy say I can return anything within 30 days. I had to call the corporate just to get it traighten out.

The inventory was low, but the customer service was great.

I AM VERY UNSATISFIED AND ANGRY WITH THIS STORE I TRUST THE WEBSITE TO DO CURBSIDE ORDER ONLINE AND COME TO FIND OUT THEY HANDED MY ORDER TO ANOTHER PERSON THEY ARE SO IRRESPONSIBLE . I went in to get non-food Halloween treats. Great variety at low prices. Costume selection looked good.

On a known to be super busy day with long lines, there is only one cashier. Wonder how much longer this store will stay in business when they make buying so inconvenient and Amazon is just a quick click to buy. I talked with 5 people in line who said there probably going to just go to Amazon because of this. Its almost like some stores dont want to stay in business.

Pretty great selection, pretty clean, and well stocked, service was mediocre.. went to buy a bunch of St Patricks day things and ended up spending a lot more than anticipated- great for the business! Things were not priced correctly or the stocked merchandise was misplaced.. confusing to customers trying to price out goods. Very difficult to find people who work there for assistance... aside from the three people filling balloons and the one cashier. Asked the balloon people for help, questioned me like he was going to help, but then called on apparently the only other employee in the store...didnt see her in a uniform- must have missed her. When she did help us, she obviously had better things to be doing, so with a chip on her shoulder dropped her basket of whatever... And walked to grab me what I needed .. like I was an inconvenience.The cashier was the only pleasant person and sweet as hell having to handle a long line by herself and people yelling how much things are at her... Whoever the manager is definitely needs to change the people, or change the people.

They had most of everything we wanted. They didnt have balloons to match my daughters theme but its ok. We celebrated in quarantine and had nobody to impress.

Ive gone here a few times to get stuff. Typically a good selection of stuff. Staff is friendly and helpful, sometimes it feels understaffed when people need to do balloons.Overall a good place to get stuff IMO.

You could get lost in this store, they have a very large inventory of all sorts of characters- Mini Mouse,Mickey, Disney Princesses, Super Heros, to many to mention. Themes- Hawaiian, Jungle, Beach, ect. Every color imaginable. I think you get the picture. Its very clean and well maintained.

Very very messy. Everything was scattered everywhere. Definitely need some management training in keeping the store organized and clean.

Its not too busy during the weekdays around noon. You only have to be 16 with a work permit to work here. They have a large selection of party themes, ballons, colors, party favors, pinatas, etc. They also have a variety of traditional holiday items.

Great found what I needed and more. Fully stocked.

Wish the black and gold decorations were not age specific. I was not able to find everything I needed because of it. Other than that the employees were friendly and helpful.

You could find most(60%)of what you want for party from this place, but the odd thing is weekend suppose to be big sell time, besides the usual holidays, but they told me I cant order balloons ahead and pick them up Sunday morning because theyre not sure if they still have helium. Seemed they dont care about half of the weekend sales. What kinda business?!

I have been going to party city for the past 10 years for my annual family reunion decorations. Most times I decorated in a variety of team colors Warriors or Giants. They have a wide selection of other themes. Prices are reasonable and wide selection of merchandise.

Very reasonable prices had everything I needed an in the correct color love this place I definitely will return

Service was ok, felt like I was rushed when looking at their selection of balloons.Person helping didnt know what was there or not. I ended up finding what I wanted at a different part of the store when they said they didnt have it.Latex balloons were expensive at $1.75 each and didnt even last overnight. Balloons cheaper at the dollar tree down the street.

Nice service and products

I was told the balloons I had blown up would last until I needed them, but they soon fell to the floor. When I called to see if I could get some more blown up, they told me Id have to pay, and wait 2 hours for balloons. They still get 2 stars thought because the manager was very sympathetic and nice about it.

Employees were fast at making the balloons and focused on team work

The young ladies working here are always tired and very lazy.

Awesome, one-stop-shop for party stuff, costumes and gag gifts. Can run a little pricey, but its worth paying it for the convenience of finding everything in one place.

Best store ever pretty much

I like shopping at Party City, however this particular location always refuses to allow their customers to use the restrooms. My daughter needed to use the restrooms and we were told that they were out of order.

Bad experience :( reason was the price of the item in display was different and while billing it was different huhhhhh. There was a mistake in my bill which I already noticed the same day but they changed only few, i went to the store again but it was not helpful reason she mentioned her manager is not there . What kind of staff is it if they are not able to help the customers .

!!!!!BEWARE OF THE SUPERVISOR NAMED DAVID!!!My daughter is 4 years old and had thrown a mask on the floor (I didn’t see it, and if I had I would have corrected her) and he aggressively picked up the mask invaded my daughters personal space got in her face and sternly said “Nuh Uh, WE are not THROWING stuff today.” He frightened my daughter causing her to cry. What kind of GROWN MAN takes it upon himself to make a 4 YEAR OLD CRY? He PUBLICLY HUMILIATED HER and didn’t apologize when I confronted him. PARENTS BEWARE!!!! He did this when I was within eye sight WHO KNOWS WHAT HE WOULD HAVE DONE IF I WAS DOWN A DIFFERENT AISLE!!!***The one star is for David, however the store manager handled everything very professionally and apologized on his behalf****

It was amazing, and I got help from Josh, and he new exactly what size my daughter wore! When I couldnt think of her size at that moment.

It has pretty much everything for party, but not much for gifts.

The store is okay. Lots of empty shelves and the employees look tired. Maybe due to the fact that the store just reopen after the shelter in place.

Horrible customer service we are hosting a underprivileged childrens event and realized santa didnt have a beard and wig we called to see if we could go to the store hand them 50 bucks and return later for the change the management said they wouldnt even know how much it would be and they were unwilling to help we literally live 2 min drive and will never do business there again we werent asking for a free item ir even a discount party city corporate should really look into the people they have working for them
