This place is a bit crowded on weekends. The kid area is awesome. They have plenty self-checkout machines. On-site Tesla supercharging station is a big bonus.

This store continually disappoints, rarely having what Im looking for. Not sure why I keep going back. Maybe its because the staff are so great, maybe its because its next to Trader Joes & close to home? Dont go to this location assuming they will have what youre seeking.

I have found it disappointing, because its grocery shelves are often half empty. I was just there today and they didn’t have such basic items as fresh ground beef, low-fat lactose-free milk, etc. This is not the first time I have failed to find such basic things. What is going on there?

A week ago there was a woman in the store miss behaving and cursing. Danielle the security lady dis an outstanding job asking the customers to give her space and gently asked her to leave the store. When that person left she apologies for the inconvenience and recommend us to leave distance if we see that person. I have to say how nice is to feel safe. Great o job Danielle!

One stop shopping. A variety of everything that you need. Even items that you dont need.

Our check out person was tremendously helpful, she was so thoughtful and caring she really made us feel like valued customers. Wish we had gotten her name, she also seemed to brighten the day of the 2 people in front of us.

Fresh yummy personal pan pizza sooooo goood! Food prices are lower than Safeway’s as far as I can tell. 1 lb of cherries $2.99 sale - 2 baskets of raspberries $5 bucks. Everything under the sun here plus friendly and helpful staff. Making this place my go-to for everything :P

I love this store. Its always clean, well stocked, bright, their staff are always helpful and its so convenient to zip in get what you need and back out again. Im home, Target is the best overall store for most shopping, head and shoulders above Walmart.

Do you enjoy filthy, broken shopping carts? Do you take pleasure in gambling to see if staple items are sold out every time you visit? Do you want to have to search the entire store for the items that you have been buying regularly for years because management likes to rearrange the store every month? If so, then this place is for you!Ive shopped here for years not because I want to, but because they are the only store that carries certain items nearby. The second another store opens that competes with this Target, I will never shop here again. This is the most mismanaged store I have ever seen.

Yet again, another establishment that is worthless because NO ONE KNOWS how to answer their phones in ANY DEPARTMENT! What is the purpose of these business numbers/phones if NO ONE answers them!? Then after the 7th time of calling, someone answers but they have NO CLUE of what their products are?? I can expect this at Walmart because it’s happened. But Target?? You’re no different. ABSOLUTELY WORTHLESS!!

Enjoy coming here. Couple days ago I was paying and wanted to use offers/coupons I had in my wallet Target app. Cashier Mayra was very polite and helpful in regards to how to apply the savings and offers to my purchase.

They keep it clean and most of their employees are consider, I emphasize *most* of their employees. They do a good job of keeping the rampant homeless population out and surprisingly also keep their restroom clean. I like make a trek to this Target because of this. PS> CVS pharmacy there is a joy to visit.

I havent received my order and it has been 4 days. I have tried calling but cant get through to any of the departments.

The items stocked welll and the service of staff

At 4:22 pm there was a long line to get in the store. I had to use the restroom really bad. I told the manager and the store security my situation. The restroom was 30 feet from the front door. The manager and the security said no, you have to wait in that long line to use it. I said the rest room is just right there. You can hold my phone and ill be right back on 2 minutes. They still said no. Mean while a white lady said she had to use the restroom and she was an Audited for the store, they let her right in. I feel if you have to use the restroom really bad, they should be nice and let you go. Not just certain people only. :-(

Everythings alright just a regular store notiing special about their service. Its just annoying that everytime I go there recently a few people allowing to solicit in front of their store exit.

Why are you wasting tons of water???? Toilet flushed 6 times while I am using it. Fix that! Future generations don’t need you wasting all its water.

Items always out of stock in frozen. Namely Amys Bowls Asian Dumplings in a Savory Hoisin Sauce The frozen item has been absent from their store for two months. Every time I go into the store the wrong product is filling its spot. Despite my efforts to move the incorrect items away each time to make it apparent that it needs to be ordered, another wrong item continues to take its place, typically something they over ordered. I know there isnt a supply issue with this item either as other stores are still carrying the item. This store has a really bad habit putting the wrong items where they dont belong rather than order them.On a side note I dont particularly enjoy being asked for money by homeless / petitioners every time I approach the entrance.

Used to be my fav target not so much anymore. Told very nice lady that I dont need a bag for my drive up pick up cUz I dont want to be charged bag fee, she took the bag back but never removed the bag fee. Serious?

This is a nice Target. But actually, I prefer to order things online, to pick up in the store. After I place my order, my stuff is usually ready in an hour or two. Then, I just go to the Service Counter in the store and pick up my stuff. This store has a really friendly staff too.

My local store and I still go because I’m dumb. The stocking is so terrible. I’m lucky to leave with half of my list. Especially in the drugstore area. Plenty of overpriced paper products though. It’s no wonder Amazon is winning.Also it’s impossible to get a hand basket here. Since ever. If you do not need a full size cart you have to just fill your own bag to bring to the register.This toothbrush section is not a select dig. I needed one. If I came back every day for weeks it will still look like this.

This target is pretty close I visit from time to time to check out there card selection like yu gi oh and magic the gathering but everything is always broken into and they are always out of stock

Many of the shelves are not restocked and favorite items that I normally would buy in the store are no longer available or not on the shelves.I do however, love the self check out section; its handy convenient and fast. Plus the normal checkout stands rarely have enough cashiers to accommodate all the customers lined up.

Good selection at this Target. Parking can be a bit of a challenge. If you like to watch airplanes, this location is great because its right under the landing path of San Jose Airport.

I was at your Coleman Ave store (San Jose) on 11/14/20. Donn (your asst mgr) helped me find some medicines as the pharmacy had closed. Someone took my cart, and I spent another 30 mins trying to relocate the medicines. Donn happened to be passing bye, dropped what he was doing and helped me relocate my list of medicines. Another Target employee (Asian lady, and I dont know her name) went to the front of the store to find me another cart. This is what makes Target a Target. And this is why youve won me as a customer for life - due to guys like Donn (asst mgr)

Always the best service at target

They didnt have the hair clipper that I want but there was an alternate. I guess the clipper I want is in demand during this covid-19 time. I found another alternate good product in the website. Ordering through the website is easy and smooth. The product pick-up was smooth, easy and fast.

Store was messy and crowded. Many people didnt care to even attempt to social distance. The restrooms looked like they havent been cleaned in days with no seat covers and mounds of toilet paper on the floor in each of the stalls.

Had a great experience with my return. Quick easy and painless. The associate that assisted was kind, friendly and professional. I wish I would have remembered her name.

Definitely the worst Target in the area. Theyre always out of stock for that thing you need. Whether a frozen dinner, or a particular medicine, you should expect an empty slot on the shelf at least half the time you try to find something.And park at your own risk because the lot is completely unsecured with plenty of vagrants around to smash your windows. This place may work in a pinch, but youre better off somewhere else.

SERIOUS theft problem here. If you are coming by car, leave NO valuables, not a quarter, not an unchewed stick of gum, visible and maybe ... maybe ... your car wont get broken into. If youre on a bike, better to go with a group and leave one of the group to watch the bikes.Target needs an armed guard force of 3-5 guards with one tasked with watching the front door and bike lock areas solely. This neighborhood may look OK but it is a very bad neighborhood with huge homeless camps behind the shopping center Target is in. Not safe!!

This Target was recently remodeled and it looks great! It has over the years become my go-to spot for clothes, makeup, accessories, gifts, cards, home decor, and so many other things. The lines to check out can get a little long, but its still worth the wait to be able to stop into one store and get all of your errands done.This location is well-organized, clean, and stocked. Staff are friendly and helpful, and parking is a breeze with how big the lots are. If youre needing to pick up a few things for yourself or anyone else and youre in the area, check out this Target.

One of the cashier needs a re-training on how to decently face human being.It was this morning April 19, 2020 at 10:43 AM when I paid my groceries at cashier no.7.Only to me that she didnt say hi, and didnt reply to my good morning. Just straight face to me while she said hi to the white customer in front of me and black customer behind me. Im brown skin from South East Asia.I wore face mask, wore latex glove, and stood at the physical distancing mark and said hi and good morning to her even she kept silent. So what else made her acted like that? Does Target teach manner to their cashiers? What did I do wrong to her?I gave two stars just because this store has some essential things I need.

Convenience and efficiency is why I use Target pick up service. The staff are always friendly and courteous. Their stores are bright and inviting but sometimes if you know exactly what you need, this is the best method.

You find nothing even the most popular items in Targets, any Targets! They lie and make you go around to all of their stores turn out you find nothing they saying have it! I googled Advil Sinus Congestion & Pain Relief Tablets - Ibuprofen (NSAID) - 20ct, it shows Target selling $8.99. So I came here, turn out they have none of these items. Then the stuff of the store told me another Target has 12 of this item in the store and it says in their inventory, so I drove another 20 minutes and got there, turned out they also have NONE of these items either! None of the Target has the item but they lied and made you drive around to go to all of their stores! They wasted 1 hour of my time plus $5 gas, which is at least $20 costs to be wasted for nothing! Totally garbage chain stores to shop! Maybe It is better just order it on Amazon, period!

This is a pretty standard Target. We frequented it while at a conference in San Jose to stock up on snacks.The selection is typical of a Target grocery section and we found everything we needed.They have self check out which I love.Its a pretty busy store. The parking lot is huge and crowded.Bottom line: you can always count on Target.

These people know the importance of customer service. I wanted to make an exchange but didn’t have a receipt. The rep did everything he could to help me and got a manager involved. The manager saw that he needed to teach the rep about a step in the exchange process and bypassed the register so I could be on my way. 👍

I like shopping at Target and can find most of what I need. It would be nice if there were staff members to remind other shoppers to wear their masks properly instead of dropping them below their chins or nose to keep all shoppers and workers safe.

Sometimes this place restock in weeks or almost months but its a still a good place but they need to clean the store they need to clean bathrooms and more.

I love target but this target is so close to my house but they are not always in stock of things every day I go it looks exactly the same the shelf’s . The only person I find that works is the older self check out guy he always helps or when I ask a question checks on it the only person I feel like works .

Customer service was excellent and in a timely fashion.

As my online order was not allowing me to add yogurt and milk etc, the guy even help me to pay it from the pickup only . as standing for 2 additional items doesnt make sense and will get difficult to prove your order pickup etc. He was young kid, very nice.

I shop there EVERYDAY. The service is great. Very helpful, and VERY patient. With me they have to have it. They are knowledgeable of there inventory. And if its not on the shelves they will automaticly go look in back. The security its on top of it. Gabbi is a very nice and respectful woman. The girl at the service desk Vanessa is real good at hey job. The electronics crew is real great and helpful. Phi one of the managers, has a great attitude. He treats his employees with respect. If there are negative comments of this Target. They dont know what their taking about

This Target is generally clean, but the shelves are always empty and aisles full of baskets with things that need to be put away. If you come here there’s a good chance one of the things on your list will be out of stock. There’s usually a long wait in line as well. Other Targets I frequent will open a checkout lane if the line is long. Not this one.

Never enough registers open no matter what time of day, if they do open more registers its never the next person in line that gets serviced but rather somebody who just walked up. They will often be out of necessities. Better to do do an online search to not waste a trip. Also, a large homeless population dwells in that parking lot so just be aware

Although staff are kids. These guys bust their hienies in trying to make customer satisfaction a top priority. Ive seen them handle many different scenarios and always with a smile. They are a close nit bunch which makes them an awesome team. So the next time your in the store and an associate helps you make sure to Thank them for their service. BTW Luvs the new layout of the establishment!

It caries what I need

Friendly service, diverse goods, great casual clothes for women, just all-around good variety of goods.

The womens restroom was being cleaned by an employee so I went into the single family restroom & it reeked of cigarettes, more importantly there was a used syringe needle resting on top of the toilet paper dispenser. I had to warn a mother next in line after me with a new born in a stroller and a child as young as my 20 month old daughter prior to going inside the restroom. I took a photo of it as well but cant seem to figure out how to post on Google ill post on yelp.

10+ carts in each line, because evidently 2 open registers is plenty!

This Target location needs to greatly increase their inventory. The makeup dept, baby food, and produce dept are constantly empty. They run out of milk (my husband had to buy two 1/2 gallons the other day), eggs are always out (organic, regular, the entire row is gone sometimes), the produce department is always missing essential items. The makeup section is hardly ever fully stocked too or missing rows of shades. Its frustrating and I wouldnt go there if it wasnt so conveniently close to downtown.The parking is crazy during the holidays, and shopping carts go missing--you have to find one on your own sometimes in the parking lot which really sucks with a toddler. Id go to other Target locations if you have the chance.

The sales clerk at the register was very nice and friendly, although the customer before me was extremely rude to the sales clerk.

By far the worst target Ive ever seen. Anywhere. I just moved here and have been to this target 5 times and each time the shelves are completely bare in sections of aisles and they have next to nothing. It looks like a zombie apocalypse happened and everyone looted target. Things are also consistently put in the wrong spot on the shelf. If you see something and put in your cart there is a 60% chance its in the completely wrong spot. The carts also suck. The employees are nice but apparently a zombie apocalypse happened at some point and the shelves got stripped. Then the zombies came and rearranged items in the wrong spots. Worst. Target. Ever.

I had to return to the store because there was an error with my transaction. After seeing another employee attempt to assist me, a team leader came over and resolved the error immediately.

Decent parking, the grocery section of the store seems small however. Shelves on some aisles in grocery were bare, making grocery shopping difficult. Bread selection is average, actual stock of bread was more like a picture of an empty Soviet era store. Checkout was rapid. They look like that have a snack bar, didnt try it though. Shopping here worked in a pinch.

Passing through on vacation and stopped here to stock up on supplies. It was the dirtiest Target I’ve ever been to! The parking lot had trash and litter everywhere. There was lots of trash inside too, especially in the entrance and around the carts. Something unidentifiable had been splashed and then dried in front of guest services. I didn’t use the bathrooms, but my husband said the men’s was disgusting. Even the Starbucks had trampled on lids, straws, and receipts littering the floor! I was shocked. They were out of a lot of things in cleaning and toiletries. I’m only giving it a second star because we were going to Disneyland later and this was the only store I’ve found anywhere with a particular Marvel shirt in stock. I ordered it for pickup before we arrived and it was ready very fast. There were also plenty of registers open. Otherwise, I was not impressed.

Good service

Pretty decent. As with most Targets, it can get pretty busy, but thats the nature of the beast. I usually shop very late at night so its not too bad but the store looks a bit run through, but again, thats par for the course.I love that they are open late. The prices for grocery staples are hard to beat.
