Bimma Loft is where I found my dream couch. When I first laid eyes on it I knew there was no going back, despite being outside my budget. I took the plunge and decided it was money well worth it to get the couch of my dreams with a perk of supporting local business in the meantime.But finding the couch of my dreams at Bimma Loft is only the beginning of my positive experience...Pierre is the owner and is absolutely amazing and gracious. I had the unfortunate luck of buying the dream couch only to learn that it couldn’t fit though my doorway. After an hour of trying every different iteration to squeeze it though and failing, I thought I was doomed. I called Pierre with my tail between my legs and told him what happened. He invited me to come back to the store to discuss options. I show up the next day praying he is willing to give me a refund or store credit to use on a different (smaller couch). Even better, he offered me to pick out a shorter couch and I found one I liked just as much that was 1.5 ft shorter. Considering the first couch was just 3 inches off from squeezing through my door, surely a couch that is 1.5ft shorter must fit no problem! The smaller couch was actually $100 more than my original dream couch, but Pierre didn’t ask for the additional $100 since he felt bad for my bad luck and situation, he let me do an even trade.So we did the whole sha-bang all over again. But guess what my luck did...prevented the second (smaller) couch from fitting through my apartment door too! So couch #2 had to be returned as well. I thought I was done and that Pierre would just want to wash his hands from all my inconvenience.But I should have learned by now, Pierre is the most good-hearted furniture store business man and not only let us return 2 couches no questions asked but proactively offered us the get a brand new couch made for us that was a sectional of our original dream couch. He said he could rush the order and get it to me in 2 weeks and that it would fit for sure because he would split the couch into a sectional to make it easy for moving.And here’s the best part...The new sectional couch arrived 1.5 weeks early! Arrived within 5 days of putting the order in.And now I’m sitting here on my dream couch that I will keep forever, thankful for Bimma Loft and Pierre.

PIERRE IS AMAZING. Like BEYOND amazing. He just made our sofa buying experience sooooo easy. After going to a dozen stores before him, I’m so glad we stumbled upon Bimma! Will definitely be coming back to him for the rest of our furniture needs. Thank you thank you !
