Theyve always been very helpful, but last delivery I had some issues and they responded to my email in like 5 minutes! Their customer service and how they responded was just fantastic. Good price and quality is ok for the price! BUT, their customer service is TERRIBLE!! We have two problems with our purchase! First, the cushions for the couch/bed had been run over with some kind of wheel that left the cushions marked and dirty! We called and emailed them to get it taken care with NO response! Then I discovered when they assembled the furniture they left out 6 large bolts (they only installed 2 bolts) that give the couch support when it is made into a bed! Again, I emailed them to get the problem resolved and AGAIN NO ANSWER FROM THEM! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH YOUR PURCHASE!!!
