My wife drove our BMW with her colleagues to San Francisco for a weekend. Unfortunately, it would not start for the trip home the following morning. She had it towed to and met Patrick when she arrived. She told me she immediately liked and trusted him. Very genuine and friendly. He figured out the problem, got it started, and had them on their way within 30 minutes of her arrival. We really appreciate all the help and would recommend this shop to anyone!

Very happy I found Patrick and his team, the dealer is overpriced and I wanted another solution. After reading the reviews and calling and talking to Patrick I knew I had to try this shop out. Great experience, very satisfied I will be back for any repairs my BMW needs!
