My mom went to Jeff when she got two flat tires. As it turned out, Jeff didnt have her tire model in stock but he did some research and discovered that Costco had what she needed. He even called her to follow up after her car was towed to Costco to make sure he was ok. He went way above and beyond for someone who he knew wouldnt even be a customer. The bottom line is, Jeff is a truly good guy and Im glad he was there to help .
