Excellent moving company, offering great prices. Arrived on the scheduled time on the the day of the move. Worked carefully and effectively to load and unload all of our stuff. Everything arrived safely and in one piece to our new home. Would definitely use their services again for our next move! Strongly recommend!

Mark was incredible and followed up with every detail and sent me confirmations, even though the dates of my move kept changing. Movers arrived on time and were very friendly. They were all very professional and know their stuff. They made my move simple and easy.

I gave 1 Stop Moving and Storage five stars and would give them 10 if possible. The owner was hands-on throughout the whole process. He stopped by during the move to make sure that everything was going smoothly. His six man team followed every instruction to the letter and I received two trucks filled with my home furnishings without incident….not a scratch anywhere or even a broken dish. Moving is never fun but it was the best moving experience I’ve ever had…..and I’ve had many!!! Their pricing was extremely reasonable as well. I had received bids that were three times what I paid 1 Stop and I doubt I would have been this happy with another company. I highly recommend 1 Stop!!!!!!

We will give them zero stars. As you now moving is extremely stressful for all parties involved. At first they were great! they gave us free boxes and they confirmed the time 24 hours a head of time. Come moving day unfortunately it was one thing after another. Our moving window was 8-10am but one of the movers called out sick. Then the window was 11am - 2pm and then it was we cant do it today. After explaining how we need to get our items moved he agree to five movers at 4:45pm. That didnt happen either. The gentlemen we were dealing with was extremely rude even to me a women. Him and my husband got into a couple very heated conversations and instead of the gentlemen trying to make it right he puts it back on us. Yelling at us to post a bad review and hanging up on my husband multiple times. You have completely put us in a rock and hard place. And instead of making it right you tell us to write a yelp review and find other movers on a Sunday 05/30/21 evening at 6:30pm and we have to be out by the June 1st. You can see our disappointment and lack professionalism. This is very bad business and coming from a small business owner and after COVID I cant afford to do bad business. Ive never written a Yelp review, but my experience with One Stop was that good. After a fairly traumatizing move across country that was 4 times the price of the quote, I did extensive research to find the right movers for our next move. Elad and his team were terrific. They were willing answer all of my questions (and I had many), were thoughtful with how to go about the move, had great recommendations, and took half the time they had quoted us. It was overall a terrific experience and I would recommend them to anyone.

We used One Stop Moving to move us for the third time this past weekend. This is the best moving company hands down! We were moving from a large 4 bedroom to a larger home, and had a Cal King bed, kids bunk beds and another queen bed, along with dining sets, couches etc. These guys were so efficient, professional and fast! They were quick to disassemble, load up the truck and wrap up all of our furniture to prevent any damage. They also wrapped our mattresses, lined the carpets with blankets and ensured that every box and piece of furniture made it to the correct spot. Having these movers made the otherwise painful process of moving, completely seamless! I cant recommend One Stop Moving enough!!! Hire them! You will never hire another company to move you!

I USED THIS COMPANY FOR TWO TIMES DURING PANDEMIC. DAVID AND HIS TEAM ARE GREAT. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL, ON TIME, EFFICIENCY, AND TOOK GOOD CARE OF ALL OUR HOUSEHOLD ITEMS AND FURNITURES. WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR WORK AND WILL RECOMMEND THEM TO ALL OUR FRIENDS.

Call another mover! Do not use this one! The actual price was much higher than the original quote. It took a truck and 1/2 to move our things.They added some of out stuff to a truck 1/2 full of someone elses. They stored ours for about 3 weeks. We moved 50 miles away. It took them 4 hours to drive what takes a car 1 hour. It took us a while to realize items were missing as we unpacked slowly. We had MANY damaged items; dining table, desk, bed, cedar chest, china and more. They banged walls, and scratched my floor. One e I was confident I knew everything to put on the insurance claim, it was too late (you only have 3 months). I was offered $200 from the owner to compensate for thousands of dollars of damage. I have not heard back since I indicated that would not nearly cover the costs.

Half of the crew walked off the job mid day. Didnt move any of the rooms that were immediately ready to move, complained that we didnt have everything packed and ready to be loaded. Their ads say they do it all. Not even close. Worst experience ever! They made moving a horrible nightmare. Unpacking was even worse as many boxes were just placed in the garage even though they were marked for certain rooms. Too many other bad comments to list here.

*IMPORTANT* COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE. Not sure if this was the owner and someone else, but TWO workers came an hour late with no notice or apology and they looked around and said they didnt want to move our stuff. And they already came one week before to see what they had to move and they CUSSED us out for having too much stuff when they already knew what they had to move. We were in complete shock because not only did they display this unprofessional and uncalled for behavior but they LEFT US THERE without ANYONE to help us move. We are literally moving today.ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTED BUSINESS AND SERVICE. DO NOT COME HERE, because they will most likely show up late, then cuss you out and dip on you like they did to us!

If I could give these guys 10 stars, I would! I had the pleasure of working with an awesome team of movers on behalf of a client. It was a pretty big job (disassembling and removing large office furniture from several floors) that took about 10 hours, but each and every one of the guys worked quickly and thoroughly without complaint. They even continued working through lunch! Their positive, can-do attitudes were greatly appreciated. Chance, Alex, James, Craig, Kyle, Raul, and Joey were by far the best team of movers Ive ever worked with, and I look forward to working with them again!

This company is excellent. I used them several times in the past and they just moved my old mothers things which were easy to break. However, everything still arrived in perfect shape. We did have a couple of guys who were not using masks (due to Covid) as supposed to, but everything was assembled very well (both large tables). Thanks to Elad, Fernando and Carmit for their great service and dedication.

Worst experience with a moving company I’ve had. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. They damaged my furniture and did not take accountability for it. They make it seem like it’s no big deal and start getting rude with you to the point where it’s uncomfortable. They refuse to unload everything until you pay and they charge you way over the agreed amount. This company is a joke would never use again and would definitely not recommend to anyone. If you want people who are disrespectful and treat your stuff poorly then these are your guys. So disappointed they made an already stressful day even worse.

I called 1 Stop Moving & Storage twice in order to try to get an estimate for a move. The first time I spoke with a man and was told I would receive a call back from them. I did not receive a call back, so I called a second time and spoke with a woman. Both representatives answering the phone were very rude. Their demeanor made me not want to work with this company.

They did a big move for us, they spent wrapping and protecting every piece of furniture carefully, showing a lot of care and caution.

Needed someone at the last minute these guys really came through. Showed up on time and really did a good job. Serge is an absolute beast this guy moved the heaviest furniture with out a scratch, really knows what he is doing professional that’s what I would say very happy.

This is the fourth time I have moved using One Stop. Each move has been handled amazingly from start to finish. The office staff is friendly and inviting. The estimator was reasonably close to his original estimate. I keep in mind that estimates are not always an easy science for any trade. The gentlemen that actually moved me, David, Manuel, and Alex, were all friendly and jumped right at it. It looks like hard work and these guys were not afraid of it. They moved my 2-bedroom into a 3-bedroom. They were on time, helpful, careful, and asked questions when they needed to. Disassembled and reassembled furniture that needed to be. They were able to get everything finished in just 2 hours. Highly recommend.

My roommate and I decided we wanted to move to a bigger place, however we were completely unprepared to handle the actual move ourselves. When I lived back in Arizona my dad would always help me, but out here in San Diego I am on my own. One Stop Moving treated me like family. You could tell the movers actually enjoyed their job and were cheerful and positive throughout the day, helping my roommate and I move. They were awesome!

I was extremely impressed with the punctuality of arrival, professional and happy attitude of all three guys. They moved very fast and moved me in a timely manner. We had a great experience with our move this week.The boys that moved the house worked hard and got the job done quick and efficient.Our kitchen packing was done the week prior and there is no way we could have done it as well as he did.Highly recommended.

Mike and Ernesto were very professional, friendly, and adaptable. They called the day before to confirm the move and called again the next morning at exactly 0840 which was between the time they said they would call to start the move. [0800-1000]. They arrived at the location at the exact time they said they would be there which was 0900. I gave them precise directions on how I wanted everything moved and why and they were so quick and careful to move my entire storage in the proper locations. I had to move some things out of one unit to a smaller unit and at the same time move the remainder of my items to my new home. They were done packing everything into the truck in 38 minutes, something that would have taken me hours to accomplish on my own. So happy I called them! Ernesto is also bilingual and they keep constant communication flowing while ensuring items from my bedroom went to my bedroom and the like. Thanks so much!

Id love to leave an elaborate and flowery review about how amazing these guys are, but Im moving, so aint nobody got time for that. But seriously. Ive never seen such a hard working crew, and they think of everything. They also show up with free boxes, which you probably need by this point in your move, including use of a wardrobe box so you dont even have to take your clothes off the hangers! This was my first move with real movers and not a bunch of my friends in their pickup trucks, so I didnt know what to expect. I am beyond pleased with how it turned out. And I really didnt spend much more than Id have spent on pizza and beer for said friends with pickup trucks!

I had an appointment set up at 9am for an estimator to come and give me a moving estimate. 9:20am rolled around and no body showed up to my property. I called the company, the scheduler tells over the phone me that she was getting ready to call me to let me now about the estimator not getting here until 10am. She didn’t even bother to apologize. Right then I knew the low level of professionalism I would of had to deal if I hire this company. Not showing on time for appointments, not notifying potential customers status on the appointments. My opinion there are other companies out there that need and want our business. So pay attention the small details which will make the difference and help determine if these companies deserve your business.

This has been by far my best experience with movers. On a short notice I decided to book their service. From the beginning to the end it was great. The guys were very polite, professional, and moved pretty fast. I have no complaints. Next time I move Im going with this service again. The price wasnt bad for the service I received. I had to move from La Jolla to Del Mar and was looking for a moving company that could handle the job without any issues. One Stop Moving & Storage came highly recommended from a few other friends I spoke with. Their movers did a fantastic job the entire team. The next I need to move I will call them right away!

These movers were really solid and saved me at the last minute. I thought I would be able to move everything out of my place by myself in time but some friends cancelled on me and I dont have a truck so all the little trips were taking me way longer than I thought it would. I called a few places to check prices and was shocked at how much movers were. But then again I had no choice. So I went with this company b/c they could do the move the next day. Ricardo and his team showed up and started moving things into the truck so quickly. After watching them move so quick and wrap everything and all I had to do was sit there and watch, I decided that it was worth the $450. I didnt want to pay more than the 4 hour minimum though and told the guys to only do 4 hours worth of work. I had to just come out and tell the guys that I was pretty broke and didnt want to pay more than I had to. Ricardo got it and reassured me he knew how to keep it at the 4 hour minimum. And sure enough- they were able to move the rest of my stuff and unpack it within the 4 hours. They even had some time left over to help me put my bed together at my new place.

We have used One Stop Moving & Storage for local moves in this area twice in the past few years, again just recently, and have been very satisfied both times. We moved my grandmother into her smaller apartment several years ago and had to arrange movers from a long distance. This company was very responsive with regards to getting our questions answered and getting us a fair quote. Then, when we had to settle her estate and empty the apartment recently, they were incredibly helpful to us once again. Movers were always on time, friendly and very careful with the items being moved. Great company.

WOW!!! Had a great experience this company. They are competitive as far as pricing and their staff is friendly and professional.We had to move furniture out of my late grandpas condo and do a few stops dropping off some furniture at family members homes then at a consignment store in downtown.Everything went great but upon arrival to the consignment store, the store did not accept all the furniture and we had to drop them off at a donation center near by. Even though it was technically another stop One Stop Moving did not charge me.I will definitely be using them for my moving needs in the future

The crew over at One Stop Moving moved me and my family from ourapartment into our first home. The move went smooth the guys worked hardand took few breaks. I will recommend Omar and Louis anytime. Moving is never fun so its really important that you find great movers. Our experience with One Stop has been wonderful. I called to schedule the move with Tanya and she was professional, thorough and so pleasant to talk to. A nice bonus with One Stop is that they loan you wardrobe boxes on the day of the move. I used one stop moving a week ago, Our moving crew did an amazing job. First of all, they showed up on time which is a first for me with moving companies. They then proceeded to help facilitate out complicated moved of moving stuff to our new house AND our storage facility.They expertly took apart all existing furniture and put it together at our new house with no hassle.Im definitely keeping them in our contacts for any future moving needs. We will definitely use them again for moving my mother in law to her new house in the next couple of months.

I called one stop to help me move my heavy wood furniture. When the guys came out they professionally wrapped all of my Furniture with heavy duty moving blankets and it look them about 1 hour to load everything in their truck. That wasnt the tricky part though. My new house has three sets of stairs which they were able to easily carry each piece of furniture up the stairs without damaging it. All of my furniture is leather and solid wood and its not lite. I would highly recommend one stop moving. Elad is easy to work with and the movers are very professional.

These guys did a pretty decent job moving me, especially since they had to use the stairs most of the move because the moving elevator for our building was being used by so many other people moving in. They didnt want to waste my time by waiting for the elevator the whole time so they took the stairs for some stuff when they couldnt get the elevator. The guys were pretty cool and made sure to go over all the charges with me before they started (there was a fuel fee and double driving time buy they didnt charge me when they were driving to and from my apartment). Id use them again.

I moved from San Diego to Los Angeles. I was overall very impressed with the service from One Stop Moving and Storage. After the sale of my home I still had over two months before I could move into my new home. I hired this company to move my home and to store my items for two months. Th moved me out of my old home and into my new without any problems. The movers were great.

I recently moved to San Diego from Colorado. I was relocated here for work so I moved into a temporary place for 4 months. After moving twice in less than a year I can really tell the difference from one company to another. I was a little shaken up by the company I used to relocate to California, my experience wasnt great at all. My company paid for the first move and even though I am not paying out of my own pocket the price was absolutely outrages and my items had so much damage. After my first experience I intensive research and per a new co-worker I received 5 estimates. From the beginning One Stop Moving was much more professional than any of the other companies. The estimator took his time to explain all the details of my move and why he estimated the hours for my move. Not only did the workers take great care with my items they actually finished a hour and a half sooner than estimated. I will most certainly use them for any future moves. I can 100% state that I had a wonderful experience.

Moving can cause a lot of stress and anxiety…The second I contacted One Stop Moving and Storage all my worries were gone!The customer service is excellent! The movers were very punctual and efficient. I even had them unwrap a few things they had already packed up and they didn’t complain once. They took care of my furniture as if it were their own. Oh My God!! I know you get what you pay for, but I didnt know that sometimes, amazing service can come cheap!!Elad came out our office to quote a move. My previous quote was extremely expensive and the quote included paying for a truck I was not going to use. My office was only moving to the suite next door. He came in and was so professional, that I had complete faith that the quote he gave me, almost less than a 3rd of the previous quote, was accurate and my oak desks were going to get moved with little damage.However, I was unprepared for the professionalism of the team that came over on a Sunday to move my office. These guys not only moved my desks and other office furniture without damaging one item, they did not scuff the new paint on the walls in my new office. AND, they were quick about it.Now here is the part that blew me away because it was way over my expectations, they assembled a desk that I had not had the chance to get around to. Now, I I can say that there is no need for me to go anywhere else. I very strongly recommend One Stop Moving & Storage to anyone who is planning a move that is too big for a couple of friends, some pizza and a case of beer.

I was very impressed with the service I received from One Stop Moving and Storage. From the initial time I called requesting a quote, the owner, Elad came to my house and provided a fair and reasonable estimate. He also honored a discount card I had received in the mail. The movers - Rodrigo and his crew were amazing. They worked extremely hard from 9 am until after 2 pm to clear out a 3,000 plus sq. foot house. I highly recommend them if you are looking for at One Stop moving and storage facility in San Diego.

This moving company was easy breezy to use and all went off without a hitch, so I thought I’d write them a quick review to say thanks! Not that I own anything super expensive or exotic, but I felt much better about all my furniture going through a move when I saw them wrap and tape all my furniture and TV and breakables in those blue moving blankets. That was pretty thorough of them (not sure if all moving companies do that or not). The guys were super friendly, but didn’t talk too much, they just kind of came in and started clearing everything out pretty quickly. Once we got to my new place they started asking me where I wanted everything. They set up my bedroom set and even rearranged it a few times until I got everything in the position I liked (sorry for changing my mind so much guys!) Overall a pretty easy move!

I called a number of moving companies and received a lot of cards in the mail but One Stop was the only company to send out someone to do an estimate and give me a maximum cost for the services I needed.When the day came to move, they arrived on time, were pleasant, efficient and did the job for well below the maximum price they quoted.I would highly recommend this company.Oh yeah...they gave me free boxes too!

I just had a psycho room mate and needed to get out of that house asap. I called one stop moving and explained the situation and they were able to fit me in the next day. They had a truck come early in the morning so I could be out before my room mate came back home from work, which was very important to me. They didnt charge me extra for the short notice or anything. To boot, they showed up with 20 free boxes so I could throw all my stuff in there quickly. Best move ever!

I scheduled my move with these guys and their moving truck showed up early which was nice. we had time to do a short walk through with the guys before i started getting charged. they did the full service move that included packing and wrapping furniture ect.. as far as i could tell nothing was damaged and they did the job fairly fast. overall i had a good experience and would recommend for a friend to use them if they need help.

I have used One Stop Moving and Storage for the second time this year for my 2 bedroom apartment. the movers did a great job and packed my entire kitchen in just 1 hour.I moved from Mission Bay San Diego to University City San Diego so the drive was just 15 minutes but they still wrapped my furniture in moving pads!moved was done in just 4 hours, will used them again hopefully not soon :)

After moving with several local moving companies my expectations were not high for my move on Sunday. The move went better than I ever could have expected. The 3 men were on time, clean, courteous and professional. They went above and beyond what previous movers had done! I cannot say how impressed I was! I would highly recommend One Stop Moving!!!!

Great experience. Loaded and unloaded truck quickly. Tom and Manny where on my move. Great guys. Supplied wardrobe boxes, and gave tips on how to pack them Will definitely use them again.
