Been with them for nearly 25 years. Several different owners, however the current one has be friendly, efficient and provide great customer service. We get and send packages at least 2 times a week. Location is an asset as well.

Found my Covid mask there. Hand washable and with filter.Thank goodness!

Been using American Mail for about 5 years and theyre great! Chris is very knowledgeable, responsive, and fair. They have the supplies I need without me having to make a bunch of trips to other stores. My favorite part of the store, however, is Daisy the dog! Shes very friendly and always brightens my day. I even bought a bag of treats just for her! Thanks Chris and American Mail for making my life easier!

I love this place! Not only do they offer great prices but they also provide lots of smiles. I love it! They helped me with all my shipping needs. Their service is something that office depot/staples cant offer. People at American mail are awesome!!!

We were so happy we found American Mail to help us with color copies & fax services. Extremely helpful and flexible! They took the time to take care of what we needed. This store deserves the support of the community.

This place is great! I’ve been getting my mail here for over two years and I’ve never had an issue! I always get a friendly greeting when I walk in. The dog in the store is so sweet, she always plays with my daughter whenever we pick up our mail. Many great services available as well, they even make keys!

With the holidays just around the corner I need to make sure all of my gifts we going to make it in time. Luckily Christian was very helpful and assured me that everything was going to make it in time and for a great price as well. I called the different mail and packaging places in the area, and this one had the best prices.Their hours are reasonable, mailbox access after hours is simple enough, and the owner is accommodating and friendly.Other mailbox places wanted to charge a $9 fee to file a change of address (which is free at USPS offices), they didnt charge anything.I have always received my mail, and have quickly received email responses to any random questions I might have (forgotten lock combo, etc.).Im really glad I found this place!

Good service but operator of the business has a dog that constantly barks at customers walking in the door. Had I known a dog would be assaulting my ears loudly each I time I come in to get my mail, I would never have signed up, much less pay 1 years rent up front ......
