Service technician was very knowledgeable and let me know the reason why he was doing each item. Service was performed same day and on a Sunday. No extra fees or cost for this. Repair was a little pricey, but this was due to my obsolete refrigerant. Would recommend Campbell Heating & Air Conditioning to others.

Very friendly and easy to coordinate with the office, plenty of warning and advanced notice on calls from the technicians, and overall just a great experience communicating! Daniel came out for my latest check up after a refrigerant refill and dye test, showed me the issue from the original install, and fixed it on the spot. He even took the time to share some energy saving tips and made sure everything else in the house was working well! Would definitely recommend.

I called with an emergency on Saturday afternoon. The heat in my town home wouldn’t start up and we were expecting below freezing temps. He showed up on time, clean and professional. He ran some diagnostic tests and cleaned out some dirt from the unit as well as changed the filter that was filthy. My heat kicked on and is running perfectly! Amazing service from start to finish. The on-call tech called me within 30 minutes and walked me through a few things to troubleshoot. He then fixed the faulty wiring, cleaned up my furnace, and had it running in no time. I put in a new filter and it has worked perfectly since then. Very professional and the staff is great.

Campbell Heating & Air Conditioning technicians did such a fabulous job with installing central heating in my condo. The team installed a furnace in my basement, did all the duct work, added several vents, and removed two old wall units. They were punctual, very friendly, and did an excellent work. The estimate was very reasonable and was able to do the work very quickly, on time as estimated. Highly recommend them!

He is very patience and explain and provide suggestion on how to make the 2nd floor bedroom cooler, he also re-route our duct work to get more air flow to the bedroom. The technician was able to come out and look at my furnace within about 3 hours of my call. He confirmed what I suspected was wrong and after verifying the rest of the system was functional and safe, he quoted a price to repair it that day. He did not pressure me when I decided I would perform the simple repair myself, as I am an engineer and experienced with electro-mechanical systems and how to safely work on them. This lack of pressure or up-selling, along with the knowledge, responsiveness, and attitude of the technician has made Campbell Heating & Air Conditioning my go to heating and air contractor and top recommendation to family and friends.

We had to call the fire department late on a Sunday because our Carbon Monoxide detectors were going off. I called Campbell Heating & Air Conditioning Monday morning and they literally had a guy at the house within 10 minutes even though they were booked solid. The technician is the most professional, courteous person that has ever been in my house, determined that it was in fact the water heater. If I ever need a HVAC company in the future, I will definitely call them.

These guys are my heroes! They came out and installed a furnace during our recent polar vortex when the temperature was -21 degrees. Our furnace stopped working on a Wednesday. The repair man who came out told me we needed a new furnace and contacted the salesman, who told me theyd be able to come out the next day to install a new one. They arrived the next day and they were great. They were friendly, professional and did an excellent job. Highly recommended!!!

So, full disclaimer. I own a restaurant, and so I do not write poor reviews lightly, but these guys take the cake.We called to arrange a tech to come look out our AC the next day. Give them all the info, and they tell us to expect a tech between 1 and 3. So far so good. But then I get a phone call from someone using a different company name asking me to text him the address, which they should already have. But I do it anyway, and say Ill see you tomorrow.When 3pm rolls around and still no tech, I text him asking when he thinks hell make it, and he replies Whos this? Really? Im the guy waiting for you. I let him know that Im still waiting, then nothing. No reply.So I called the office to let them know, and they apologize and say that theyll have a manager call me right back and fix everything. Im still waiting for that call a week later.Useless.
