From the minute we walked in to when we left everyone was very sweet and welcoming! Jenn did an amazing job at making me feel gorgeous! She listened of what I liked and disliked on dresses, leading me to my dream dress! Thank you Jenn & Luv Bridal!

Wow! I honestly don’t know where to start because the whole experience was so fun, easy, and comfortable. I personally loved the fact that this place gets to know you first by asking what you do/don’t like about each style and taking you through every rack of dresses within your stated budget. They make sure to go through every style of dress for you so that you don’t even have to go to another bridal store because you tried on everything there! They also have a spacious, lovely area to see the dress on during the day and how it would look at night. All the dresses were absolutely stunning which it made hard to choose which was the perfect dress but I found my wedding dress ! If you can, please request stylist, Ani, as she was absolutely wonderful and knew all about wedding dress details and how to find your perfect dress. She was patient, kind, friendly, and made the whole process fun and easy. Start off with this bridal store for searching the perfect wedding dress because 9 times out of 10 I’m sure you will find yours here !! Hello,I said yes to the dress at Luv bridal! There were so many positives about shopping here. They are extremely professional and encouraging. They have a gorgeous, clean space and showroom. They have a wide variety of styles so you are bound to find something right for you. They have multiple sample sizes so you dont miss out on a dress just because you couldnt try it on. Even though they are positive and encouraging I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. Everyone there was helpful, whether they were assigned to me or not. I had the pleasure of directly working with Koko who helped calm me down as I was nervous, but I felt welcomed all around.I am 100% recommending Luv Bridal in San Diego!

This was probably the worst experience I have ever dealt with in my life. The short story: the communication was absolutely TERRIBLE and the customer service from anyone besides the manager was horrendous, even going so far as making ME feel guilty for their mistake. The non-manager associates are sassy, interrupt you while you are talking, and so bad with communication its actually shocking. The long story: The store ordered me the wrong size dress, but the designer sent an even more incorrect size on top of that, making the dress about 6 sizes too big when I went to go pick up the dress to take it home - making it too big to even alter because it would have looked ridiculous. Luv told me they would put in a rush order with the designer but would also request a sample dress from the corporate office (which was the correct size) as a back up just in case the rush order dress wouldnt come in time. I was told the sample dress from the corp. office was in perfect condition, looked over with a fine tooth comb, and wouldnt be sold to me if it wasnt. I never heard about the rush order dress until I had to call the store and check in about it because I waited and waited and never heard about it coming in. Conveniently on the day I called, I was told the dress is here! So I made an appointment to go try it on. Turns out, the rush order fell through (no one ever told me!!) and the store was basically trying to pawn off the sample dress as my new dress without telling me. Also come to find out, it was in absolutely terrible condition. It was super dirty, wrinkled, stretched out, and had a defect in the fabric because it had been tried on so many times. Even the manager admitted to not being happy with it, after I was told it was in perfect condition. Fast forward to going to an overpriced seamstress that Luv recommended. She cleaned it and steamed it, but couldnt fix the defect and was going to charge me $800 for alterations anyway... Then I was called and told a brand new dress did come in finally from somewhere and in the correct size, but it was a slightly different fabric than my original dress. Fast forward again to being sent to a completely different seamstress to alter the new dress. Mind you, this is all happening weeks before my wedding.I was told for what I was put through, I would not be charged for the dress, not have to pay for ANY alterations, would be given a veil for free and they just wanted to make sure I was satisfied with the dress at the end of the day. I still was charged for the dress, still charged for alterations, not given a veil, NEVER followed up with, and still have actual nightmares from this experience. It caused so much stress and anxiety, it took so much joy away from this important milestone.UPDATE: After posting this review, I was reimbursed for alterations.

It was an amazing experience with Anna. She was extremely helpful, and really helped me figure out exactly what I wanted for my big day. She took my very loose vision of what I was thinking for the dress, and absolutely nailed it into a reality (especially with it being my very first bridal appointment). Everything I tried looked absolutely amazing on which made it even tougher to narrow down which one I wanted. She helped guide me through the process, and ended up customizing the dress so I could really sparkle on my big day. I cannot wait until it arrives!

I had such a wonderful experience at Luv Bridal. My stylist was Shae and she made sure I found the absolute perfect dress. My wedding is only 4 months away so I was limited in the selection of dresses. But I never once felt like I was settling. She made sure to listen to my likes and dislikes and she found the most perfect dress. She also made the experience special for my mom, sister, and I by incorporating little touches. She put a veil on me and positioned me in the front of the salon and told me to close my eyes, when I opened she had me positioned in front of a mirror so I could see how I would look walking down the aisle. This moment brought me to tears and I knew the dress was the one!

I went shopping 2 times for a dress and ended up selecting one here. The 2 people I worked with (Jen and Ami) were simply amazing! They gave great suggestions but also respected my choices. Also the store has awesome selection for reasonable prices with lots of non-traditional options which is what I was hoping for. Highly suggest for anyone looking for a dress!

I said yes to the dress here at Luv Bridal. Both times I went I was helped immediately and my associates were very kind. They helped me find the perfect dress and made me feel welcome and important the entire time. Compared to other shops I’ve been to the customer service here is Amazing! They have a huge selection and really break down what makes you feel like a bride.

The most luvely place! I am not a dress or get dressed up type person but Alex and Anna made this a truly enjoyable experience. They listened to what I thought I wanted and were expert guides as of course I ended up loving exactly what I thought I didnt want! I was referred to LUV Bridal from a friend of mine who bought her dress there. Appointment booking process was super easy & straight forward. My consultant was Annie, and honestly she was amazing! This showroom and staff made this very stressful process fun and enjoyable. Annie was so thoughtful, kind, supportive and had the perfect amount of humor. She included my mom and friend in the whole process, which they appreciated. I went to a lot of bridal shops but this one was a much lighter experience than the others. Annie respected my budget and I never felt rushed or pressured. I found my dress and couldn’t be happier!

I had the best experience looking for a dress at Luv Bridal! The moment we (my mom, sister & 2 best friends) walked in, we felt welcomed & excited to be there. My stylist, Shae, is incredibly sweet, supportive & attentive. She was so patient as we walked through all the dresses and I gave her my very honest opinion about what I did/didnt want in a dress. I was SO anxious to try on dresses (for the first time, too), but she eased my anxiety with her kindness and excitement for me. I was also anxious due to the fact that if I found a dress I liked, but it wasnt my size, itd take >5 months to be delivered & my wedding (at the time) was about 4 months away. With that information, I figured this was just an appointment to see what I liked/didnt like. Well, let me tell you, the very first dress I tried on fit like a glove! It was wild. Then 3 more dresses fit, and my very last one was IT. Thanks to Shae for challenging me to try on dresses I was hesitant with, I found a dress that I was NOT expecting to fall in love with. Ive actually had two experiences with this location and both were wonderful! My first was during a sale they had, though is was crowed and had a wait time the entire staff was LOVELY. The second time I went in for an actual appointment and there I found the dress of my dreams 😍 Same amazingly sweet staff and energy. Anna was very attentive and walked through the entire store to get an idea of what I was looking for. She was able to read my body language and helped me make a decision . I think the icing on the cake is she didnt pressure me into purchasing or finding a dress in the store, it was a very natural choosing process😊 everything I could have asked for!

Prior to Luv Bridal I had gone to 4 other bridal stores -- 2 boutiques and 2 bigger box-like stores and nothing from those selections brought me joy. Luv Bridal felt like the exact experience I expected dress shopping as well as the wide selection that was missing at the other stores. I had narrowed down the shape and neckline of the dress I wanted -- but there were still things I was up in the air about. My stylist, Jenn was extremely attentive. She listened to what I liked and did not like and brought out some suggestions that I might like based on my feedback, She never forced me into any dress I was uncomfortable with and was amazing at pointing out dress features and customization I could make. Lastly the dresses! All of the dress I tried on were really really wonderful quality -- superior to other stores for sure. They had a ton of options to choose from and had a lot of additions you could try your dress with -- like small sleeves, capes, veils, etc. Overall it was a really wonderful experience and Im so excited to get married in my new dress!

I had the absolute best experience at Luv Bridal! From the moment I walked in & I knew I would end up getting my dress there. I got blessed with Sarah as my stylist. She was absolutely amazing to say the least!She made me comfortable, was fun & sweet & patient, she listened to what I wanted and helped guide me accordingly. I didn’t quite know what I wanted going in but she was able to pick up on the elements I liked to find the perfect dress for me.She was able to read me & my reactions even better than myself & family. Shay was my stylist and such a sweetheart. She made the experience awesome. The showroom is gorgeous and the dresses are even better. I picked my dress at the first appointment. I live in Maryland but came home to try dresses. Not everyone could make it, but the gals allowed me to come in without an appointment to show my best friend the dress!! Thank you for everything!

Christina was so accommodating and sweet. She really allowed me to try and see what I like and dont like to know which style for sure I love and hate. She didnt pressure me to buy a dress either so it was really freeing to be able to choose something I love. I ended up coming back without my group and it was an overall better experience. The process of shopping went smoothly. She even showed me various belts, veils, and would show me my dress in the color I want so I could get a visual (they didnt have some dresses in the color I was looking for on stock). Overall highly recommend Luv Bridal. Great selection, prices, and service. Im stoked to get married.

She told me dresses start at a higher budget than I set but she made clear that we can find a dress in my budget that were sample sizes. She let me choose all the kinds I loved and even brought out ones similar that I missed. And I FOUND THE ONE. What a dream day! From start to end everything was perfect, I had the pleasure of working alongside Annie who helped me try on a variety of my style dresses. She was a true gem to help me find the perfect gown for my wedding next year! It was only the second one I tried on and knew it was the one right away! I came in originally without hopes to buy and was SO emotional to leave with the purchase of my dream gown!

I had the best experience at LUV Bridal in San Diego. Cristina was an amazing and helpful stylist, she really listened to what I wanted and I couldn’t have found THE dress without her. Another perk was that some designer reps happened to be in the store and I was able to talk to someone from the team at Evie Young about my dress. Overall, the best day ever!

I wish everyone could be a bride because everyone deserves to feel as good as these people made me feel! I walked into this boutique having no prior experiences with wedding dress shopping or trying on so i truly had no idea what to expect. But all the things I had heard before about it being emotional, exciting, feeling like a princess and that “you know when you know” were just the top if the iceberg. My stylist, Jenn, is someone I would want in my life forever. Her energy was infectious and she made any of my insecurities melt away. She was the most lovely person to have in addition to my MOH’s and my mom. Honestly, this whole experience was some sort of divine doing because it was magical and perfect, and I found a dress beyond my wildest dreams.

I absolutely loved my experience at Luv Bridal. I was a few minutes late due to traffic, but they were super considerate and allowed me to get started trying on dresses right away. My designer Anna was amazing! After going through the showroom picking out styles, she recommended styles that were different from how I first pictured my dream dress, but they were styles that were gorgeous and ones I enjoyed trying on. All of the dresses and veils are absolutely gorgeous and I ended up buying the first dress that I tried on and it was on sale and at a reasonable price! I walked into Luv Bridal with little expectation that I would find my dream dress here. Mainly because I had already tried on a dress somewhere else that I LOVED and could have sworn was the one. I had a fantastic experience working with Sarah. This was the first salon I came to when I was looking, and while I went to a number of other salons afterward I came back not only for my dream dress but with the joy that I was supporting the business that provided me the most uplifting experience of them all. It is a bright and beautiful salon with a great selection of dresses and such kindhearted employees. Sarah continuously built up my spirit and enthusiasm (not in an overbearing sales pitch way) so it could be a fun and productive experience and so I could feel like the most amazing bride-to-be. I had a wonderful experience at this shop! The staff are all so sweet, positive and supportive. I actually came to this shop after already purchasing a dress at another shop that I began having doubts about. I immediately loved the dresses they picked for me more than the first dress I had purchased. As a plus-sized bride, I was very pleased with their options for me to actually try on and not just look at smaller sizes, and also how they handled discussing size in general. They have an amazing selection of dresses of various styles, and provide a beautiful and stress-free environment. I highly recommend visiting this shop!

So so so incredible, I went to multiple bridal shops and Jen made me feel so comfortable and taken care of. I am huge on customer service and I bought my dress from them because they not only had the best dress selection but also the best customer service. Our wedding is in three months and she was able to find me the perfect dress off the rack in under an hour. Jen was the best, I will send people to her in the future!!

Found my dream dress! From the first time visiting to picking the dream dress, Luv Bridal ladies were so helpful, personable, and professional. I was looking for something specific and they were so helpful. I went to other bridal shops, and Luv bridal definitely had the prettiest store and best service. The consultants were so excited WITH me, and they made me feel like I was having friends help me try on dresses! It was the most relaxed and fun experience, especially compared to other places I’ve been.

When starting my wedding dress search, Luv Bridal was the first store I visited. My stylist was Sarah and I couldnt have asked for anyone better to help me navigate my first bridal appointment. Sarah was incredibly sweet and worked so hard to find me beautiful dresses to try on in many different styles. She was also very respectful about sticking to my budget and did not put me in dresses that were out of my price range. While I ultimately ended up buying a gown elsewhere, I had an amazing experience at Luv because the customer service is so excellent.

Sarah is a rock star, listened to what I envisioned and my reactions to dresses and catered her picks. We had such a fun day dress shopping at Luv Bridal San Diego. Ani was my stylist for the day and she was amazing! She took everything I said into consideration and found me the perfect dress! Within minutes of being there, my consultant knew what kind of style I liked. She knew before I did! The staff were awesome and so considerate of my feelings. I never felt pressured to purchase as dress. They told me to go home and think about it because she could tell that I was stressed.

This is the place to be with their large selection, friendly staff at a decent price. One star deduct base on the fact they don’t have a in house seamstress who can fix dress right there and then. Although they recommend someone but you just won’t know for sure how much it will cost upfront. Unless you don’t need any tailor on your dress. Just know whatever you bought you need to take it elsewhere to get it fix. (Also. Their new dress order takes 5 months and the other places that does tailor made I been to was told it is 3 months)

I went in yesterday, Saturday June 5th. My friends and I were helped by Jenn who was amazing! She made it so fun and the least stressful part of the whole wedding. I had no idea what to expect, but she immediately saw my vision and knew what I wanted. She had a plan and her confidence gave me confidence. We even could finish each other sentences we were that much on the same page! She treated my friends and I as though she’d know us all for years and we were just having a typical dress up party! It was refreshing and fun and YES I did find the dress! Two of my friends weren’t married yet and told me that they will go straight to Jenn at Luv bridal when it’s their turn to find a dress! I felt like she was my biggest fan and so invested in this wedding. Every bride deserves the experience she offers!

I recently purchased my dress with help from Sarah W. She was so spot on that she pinpointed what I was saying and found the perfect dress being only the second dress I tried on!!! Who can say they bought the second dress they tried in! Honestly this was the easiest and best experience of planning our wedding so far. All of the dresses at Luv Bridal are gorgeous and we found my dream dress! I went to two other shops to look for dresses but absolutely did not have the same great and personal experience as what I did with Luv Bridal. All the staff is so friendly & helpful, and the variety of dresses were amazing. The dress I choose had amazing quality (and looked way more expensive than I thought it was going to be) but it was so affordable and beautiful! SHOP HERE.

I went to a few different bridal shops and LUV bridal had the most professional staff and the most gorgeous dresses in a reasonable price range! Shae was wonderful to work with. She really listened to my vision and helped find my perfect dress! I would highly recommend this shop.

I had an incredible experience here this morning! My family was not able to come to this appointment and I was nervous to go by myself. However, my consultant, Sarah, made me feel so at ease and I had so much fun! She truly listened to what I was looking for and I found my dream dress while having a really great experience! ☺️ Also, if you are a curvy bride, they are very size inclusive and I was able to try on samples without issue! The store is very clean and beautiful. Just an absolutely amazing experience - highly recommend.

I walked in with an idea of what I didn’t want in a dress. Ani got me in dresses I didn’t think I would ever pick myself yet somehow I loved them more than what I originally thought I would want.My experience here was more like shopping with a friend than shopping with a wedding dress consultant. Ani was amazing in every way possible. She made me feel comfortable and we had so so much friend trying on as many dresses as we could.I would 10/10 recommend anyone to come here to find their dress. They were SO intuitive about the kind of gown I was describing. I actually chose one that they had picked out for me and I completely passed on the racks. The girls here made me feel so special and seen! The dresses were beautiful and can fit all types of women. Other boutique shops squeeze you into tiny dresses and have you imagine what it “might” look like. Not at LUV you can actually fit the dresses and see what you may buy.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Luv Bridal and my stylist, Sarah! This was my first shop and first time ever trying on wedding dresses. My wedding is in 68 days and I was so nervous that they weren’t going to have a lot to choose from “off the rack” and/or in my size but boy was I wrong! Sarah explained how the process would go, I showed her a few inspiration photos and we got started. Although I tried on multiple beautiful dresses, the first one Sarah picked out for me was exactly what I was looking for! (With a few alterations to come) She is very experienced in her field and definitely knows how to pull the perfect dresses. She was so friendly and made the entire experience so comfortable from beginning to end. Wedding planning during a pandemic is far from easy, but this experience was by far the best thing ever! Even with their Covid precautions, Luv was still welcoming and made me, my mom, and my sister feel special and like we were getting the full bridal experience. Ok- wow!Short answer: will recommend 10/10 to all my friends.My experience:I found that Luv Bridal was having a sample sale and went on a whim, with zero expectations and hopes to just whittle down what style I really wanted. I have been to 3 other salons/stores and just hadn’t found the one.Even though it was super busy, I was greeted immediately, enthusiastically and with kindness- by multiple staff. I was there by myself, and even though the store was packed (in a very covid safe, socially distanced and respectful way) the staff all made an effort to make sure I was comfortable, happy and even took time to get to know me. I found myself just mesmerized in the distance by the dresses that were not apart of the sale- an absolutely STUNNING selection.When it came time, the ladies looked through what I picked myself, suggested I sub out 1-2 dresses, and pulled a few for me- during a very busy sale. What!!!?? This was awesome customer service!Enter Anna. Oh, she’s the BEST!!I was in the dressing room, she stepped in to help get me in and fitted. I felt so special, amongst all these other women- who also felt so special. It was by far the best experience that I have had. I tried on 5 dresses and it was one after the other that I loved- and it just kept getting better.I can confidently say: if I didn’t find a dress today, I would 100% come back with an appointment and know I would find something.My good news: I found a dress, at such a fair price. I have never felt so beautiful. These women are so kind. This store is so nice. I just can’t say enough what a lovely experience I had. So I had been shopping for my wedding dress in various places, and they were okay, nothing special typical experience. Luv Bridal was very different, everyone there was amazing! Especially Sarah, my stylist when I finally placed my order! The styles are fantastic and there was no pressure as I took multiple trips with my mom, partner and bridesmaids.If youre shopping for your dress they make it all so easy!

Thank you, thank you, thank you Luv Bridal - San Diego. I’m am over the moon about my dress. I went thru their dresses that were more of the style I was looking for. They had some really great options. Sarah was great at listening, watching and pulling the ones I was considering. Then she asked just to “try” a slightly different style, I was game. Wow. I loved it from the beginning. Usually I’m very impulsive, not this day. I needed to sleep on it to be sure, needless to say I was there the next day at 1:30 with payment in hand. Let me just start by saying, if you want your dress shopping experience to be lighthearted, fun and easy, this is the place to go. This place is so inviting and just makes you feel GOOD. Finding a dress after this COVID craziness with all this extra poundage was no easy task but it sure felt that way here. I’m an absolute believer in everything happening for a reason and just being open and patient with the process and things will always work out exactly as the should.Jennifer McQueen was my person and lemme tell you, I was supposed to find my dress with her! She was fun, she agreed with everything I said (lol), she was such a great hype woman and I’m so glad I was able to share this experience with her. The dress I fell in love with, I wasn’t even excited about on the rack. Brides, be open to ANYTHING so you don’t limit yourself from finding “The One”. I was willing to try on anything because the first experience had me locked into a style that I continued to hate the more we tried. I’m getting married Feb 2nd and at the second bridal shop I went to, fell in love with the second dress! It was totally meant to be and I’m glad it all happened here! Thanks for everything.

I had such an amazing experience! It was so surreal! My professional Shae, after talking to her about what I was looking for and wanted, she knew the dresses to pick out for me! Her and I both connected on loving the full on sparkly and beaded dresses! I ended up only trying on 7 dresses and knew which dress was the one for me! I didnt want to take it off! Everyone was wearing masks and social distancing which was a big deal to me! I would highly recommend everyone to go to LUV Bridal and if you could request someone I would highly suggest requesting Shae!

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Luv Bridal. First of all, Lauren is the sweetest person ever. She is so bubbly and fun and made my entire experience that much more special. In fact, all of the staff were so kind and made me feel so welcome. I also love how many dresses and styles I was able to try on to really pin down what I was going for on my wedding day. Finally, I love that you can walk the floor and see and feel the dresses first hand. I really had a say in what I wanted to try on rather than just having the consultant go in the back and pick dresses based on what I described. This way I was able to see for myself what stood out on the rack and have more control over the dresses I tried on. All in all, I had the best experience and highly recommend luv bridal!

After visiting three other bridal shops, I kept insisting that I would always feel uncomfortable in whatever dress I picked, even if they were beautiful!! It wasn’t until I worked with Jen at Luv Bridal that I actually found a perfect dress that I loved. Their process of getting to know you before and during the fitting was so helpful and personal. Turns out, Jen knew me and my style better than I knew myself! She picked out a dress that I never would have selected and it ended up being the one. Jen was happy and excited for me without making me feel pressured into making a purchase. I am so glad Luv was our last stop and I am so excited to wear my dress this fall. Highly recommend!!

This was the first and only store I went to find “The Dress”. Jen was my consultant and she made this experience enjoyable. If you are a plus size bride this is the place to go!!! I was so nervous that there would not be a lot of sample sizes to fit into, but they carry each dress in multiple sizes. I was able to try on every dress I picked out to try on...this was not the case at other stores. The Madilane dresses they carry are stunning. The staff was so helpful. There was a mistake in my sizing, but the manager came over right away and fixed it by ordering me a new dress at no cost to me which arrived in just a few months. It arrived and was more stunning than I could have imagined. They made me feel so comfortable and beautiful. I don’t have anything but nice things to say! Don’t miss out on this great store for your big day!

I’m so happy to have stumbled upon Luv Bridal. I had tried on 48 dresses throughout San Diego and even bought one and returned it. Needless to say I was feeling defeated. I kept thinking I would put a dress on and know instantly it was mine. That’s exactly what happened at my second appointment at Luv. My stylist, Jenn, was so enthusiastic and optimistic that we would find the perfect style for me and we certainly did. The dress I ended up getting wasn’t in inventory at my first appointment but the path to finding it was so serendipitous. They have the a variety of styles in their inventory. Covid-19 procedures made me feel safe and cared for. Would definitely recommend checking out Luv Bridal.

Lauren was such an amazing stylist! Such a positive, personable, vibrant personality that made me feel so welcomed. She had me quickly scan through every dress in the store (and there were hundreds) just to get an idea of what style I was going for. Then she pulled four dresses that she thought really represented my liking. I got to try them on and I absolutely fell in love with the second dress, that I ended up buying it! I actually went to two more stores (Davids Bridal and Here Comes the Bride) after just to try other designers but came back to Luv Bridal to purchase because of the dress quality! A good tip to remember is the dress always looks and shines different in the bag than on the body. And the dresses she picked out all made me feel so good to wear! And my favorite part was they dimmed the lights so I could see what my dress would look like during a nighttime reception, and my dress glistened! I ended up picking a dress and veil for $1500, which was great because I was expecting to pay way more. I would recommend all my friends and family to come here for the location, dress selection, pricing, and service!
