Wanted to charge $25 for a second proof. Then he brought up an unpaid bill from 2 years ago and didnt remember the amount. But yet he wanted to hold me accountable. For the record, it wasnt my unpaid bill as I am an employee and not the owner accused of the unpaid bill. Booo!

I had a last minute request from my team to have 200+ notecards printed up for a convention in San Diego and Armon and his team NAILED IT for us! In one day they were able to get our artwork, get everything printed and Armon personally took the notecards over to our hotel to drop them off. Excellent service, super responsive and quality work. I needed 1,000 flyers printed for a really quickly developing situation, and these folks were so responsive! They were willing to work with me on timeline, and I was so grateful that they were able to find a way to be flexible. The flyers were lovely and affordable on a non-profits budget. Cant say enough great things. We needed a business order printed FAST. Everyone else was 3-10 days. Called Direct to Press Friday before Columbus day right as they were planning to close. They stayed late for us (voluntarily) and gave us our print job the SAME DAY ( it only took them 90 min). Will definitely be using their services again.

I was looking around for a local printer for my self published book when I found Direct To Press. I had something very specific I mind for the look and feel. Paul and the whole team were helpful in the process of finding the right paper I wanted for my project. They were also very knowledgeable about how to set up my artwork so that it displayed best when finished. It was tricky to find exactly what I wanted for the final cover but Paul went the distance by ordering a special chemical for my cover to give it a fantastic finish. I needed Tri-Folds and Club Cards by end of day. I submitted at 11am they found an error in my artwork, emailed, then called when I didnt respond, had it fixed by noon and was ready for pickup at 2:30. It was amazing. I designed a business card for the first time and had a rough time getting the cards up to printing specs. Luckily, the staff here gave me specific instructions and, eventually, edited the cards for me. When I went in, I got more helpful instructions for the future; it is hard to come by this service. To sum up, they have legit same day service, care about customers, and I would not go anywhere else for printing in SD.

Coming from New York City for a Gastroenterology scientific meeting in San Diego the next day, I thought I had everything very well prepared. At 3pm the day before the conference, and while still on the plane from Salt Lake City, I decided to review one of my 36x48 posters (in my computer) that I had carefully prepared and printed out, and noticed that the main table was completely wrong (making the whole project fall apart).I realized that I had to re-print the whole poster. From the plane itself, I searched for poster printers in San Diego. All my searches yielded places that could not deliver on time for my 8am presentation.During my search, I stumbled upon Direct to Press and noticed that a statement in their page read If you are in a bind, there is a good chance we can help you!. I wrote an email (still from the plane) inquiring about the possibility of having my poster be printed on time, to which I received an answer within 10 minutes stating Send us the .pdf file immediately. After having landed in San Diego, another email instructed me to come pick up my poster! (within 1 hour of having sent the initial inquiry!).I was greeted by VERY friendly staff who gave me a product with the same high-quality as the other 5 posters I was carrying with me, which had taken over a week to be delivered.In summary, not only was the product delivered in a whopping 1-hour and was very high-quality, but the staff actually walked the extra-mile in trying to genuinely help me in my situation. On Monday, I needed some cards printed same day for a conference I was going to on Tuesday. Not being a pro at creating and editing photos or business cards, I sent what I had created to Paul just after he opened. Although I used a template in PowerPoint to create the cards, when I zoomed in to get a high resolution image, the sizes got messed up. Paul was able to edit the images I sent him and the cards turned out great. He was responsive and understanding of my lack of knowledge on clearly something hes an expert in.
