First time i’ve been here. I was looking for an m16 by 1.50 locking nut with a m16 washer. Oddball size but they had it fortunately. The employee was super cool and helpful. Will be coming back 100% in the future

Extremely helpful staff, searched everywhere for a specific bolt and was met with resistance from all their competitors, whom refused to look if they had what I needed in stock. here they not only had it in stock, but had it ready before I arrived. Very helpful people at Quality Fasteners! I needed some odd sized metric bolts that I couldnt find at auto parts stores. These people had what I needed. Their very friendly staff was great to interact with.

I went to multiple places to help me get the right screws for my front licence plate and each places was unable to assist. The holes on the front of my car were too small. I was finally told about Quality Fasteners after the sixth place I went too. The gentleman was able to assist, and within 5 mins I was good to go. I wish I knew about this place earlier. It wouldve saved me time and money on screws I didnt need.

I was having a hell of a time finding a specific size for a bolt (12m x 1.25) and no one in town seem to have any available or in stock, let alone be any help with my situation. I reached out to Quality fasteners and spoke to Paul and explained what I needed and was in a dire situation to get a set of these bolts, he came through with flying colors and provided excellent customer service when I got to meet him in person.
