Hello, everyone, from Ted. You will not experience a consignment store like this. I have traveled the world and have been in countless antique and consignment stores, but I have never seen anything comparable to Bygones. They have items that are simply one of a kind, with great price points to match. Every time I walk in the store, and it is often, I notice a huge turnover. That says something about the ownership and staff; they know what they are doing. Speaking of the staff, I have been an acquainted with Tiffany, Yvonne, and Armando for about three years. Both ladies have an eye for detail and truly understand the finesse of a conversation, particularly when the client does not really know what they are looking for, or how to make a piece fit/work. They will lead you in the right direction without following you around the store and constantly breathing over your shoulder, or making you feel pressured into buying something. Armando has delivered two large items for me with white glove service. You will not be disappointed with a visit to this store. Thanks for reading this long review; long overdue, I felt it was deserving since the the customer service they have given me has been incredible.

The store is a fantastic place for home decor. The selection is great. I found the prices to be fair. Most importantly was customer service. Yvonne greeted us when we entered, even though she appeared to be assisting a customer. As I was wandering through the store I heard her welcoming back customers who had shopped there before. The store front is inviting with Christmas decorations inviting you to check the store out. No, I did not get paid to write this, and yes, I have shopped there once before (several years back). I am writing because I WANT every one who is looking for a home decor shop to experience what I have experienced. Seasons Greetings to all.

I went in the other day. All staff members greeted me and offered their assistance. They were very friendly. The store itself has a great selection of high quality furniture for good prices. Will definitely be back!

Bygones is by far the best furniture store in San Antonio! Their quality is incredible and I have not only sold things thru them I have furnished my house from Bygones. Tiffany has a great eye and is so talented at putting things together. She is always so sweet and helpful! The store changes daily and things don’t last so if you see something you like you better grab it!!

Well-appointed with quality house hold items. You can find some high-end items here & prices are reasonable considering, place is clean & staff is very professional and friendly. The owner Tiffany is extremely friendly and knowledgeable.

Considering taking this company to small claims court for not bothering to contact me to deliver a piece of furniture that I paid for. The owner called me ugly, rude and mean and I don’t deserve to get my money back. This was after she hung up the phone on me. The worst customer service that I have ever experienced from any company I’ve purchased items from.

A great place to shop for furniture! I got an amazing Asian Step Tansu Chest! Perfect size for my house and affordable! Great customer service and the delivery guys are awesome. Inventory changes constantly so dont wait if you see a perfect item. I like to stop in every week to see whats new.
