I wish they wouldn’t rush me and my husband so much. The chick with the nose rings was kinda crass and wouldn’t stop trying to bully us into a purchase. She must be new because we always spend atleast $200 each visit and she was acting almost as if she wanted to rush us out…. Other than that they have a few interesting pieces and some cool flower pens but all in all it’s just another mediocre wanna be planet k. lol

This Hazel Sky location its just great. First i went in one night looking for a disposable vape (I used to smoke puff bars until I read online that they were mostly a fake product). Jhonny was really helpful and he was more than happy to answer all the questions I had, and also helped me to find the vape that fit my needs.When I got back a couple days after to restock with some vapes, Kathy was also great at hooking me up with rewards program and also answer all my questions about delta-8 carts.Tonight I went back again and got a really good delta-8 cart and with 10% of discount, met Rachel who also has a great attitude.I would recommend this shop a %100, And not just because prices or variety, but because they have a great customer service man, all the people working there has a great vibe and know the products they’re selling, not like most of the similar shops in town.

Went in today to purchase CBD products for the first time for my mother who was having extreme neck pain, and we wanted to try to see if this would help as nothing else would do the trick! Went in today and had a wonderful experience, the staff member who helped me out I didn’t catch his name but was beyond helpful and very friendly- we’re super appreciative of the great service here and amazing products as my mother feels almost back to normal after just one time trying out a tincture and a lotion!

Two of the stores that Ive shopped in were great. The one on wurzbach needs some customer service training! Ive shopped there on two separate occasions and both times I was unhappy with the service I received!

Had to wait in line twice for service. Then when I paid in cash I didn’t get my change back. I was so upset at that point I just left instead of causing a scene. After being a regular customer here, regardless of how many reward points I have accumulated, I will definitely not be returning.Reply: I did put my money on the counter but at no time did I tell him to keep the change. Calling me a liar and then telling me to come back to figure it out? I see you do not dispute the fact that I did in fact wait in line twice. He didn’t ask if I wanted to step aside. He simply said excuse me ma’am I need to get him first since he went out to his car. It would be great if you could upload the video to YouTube so you can prove how quick you are to commit defamation. I was having a great night before and after I walked out of there. You guys were severely understaffed and only have one register. I’m not the one with the issues here.

I went in looking for a Christmas gift for my mom. The staff was very pleasant and knowledgeable. They showed me all my options but werent pushy. I was looking for CBD and didnt really know what I wanted. The ladies were very educational and patient with me. Their prices were way better than other CBD places in town. Great experience

Been to several smoke/vape shops here in SA, this is a bit new, small size store, very nice products and decent pricing with military discount which is always a plus to me. Been here a couple of times but never really conversed with the staff as I knew what I wanted (kinda get in/get out) but today Alexis answered all my question and provided very knowledgeable information for the products I need/want. Great place with great staff.

Went in to this vape shop to purchase a vape mod starter kit. Not knowing exactly what I wanted just yet. The sales person was very knowledgeable answered all our questions. We never once felt pushed to buy something or that he wanted us to just hurry up and make a sale. This is an awesome place with very knowledgeable staff willing to help everyone that walks in. I am impressed with how friendly and knowledgeable the staff is here. Every time I come in they always treat me the same. The prices are low compared to other places. I highly recommend the king palm wraps.

As I walk in, girl at the register laughs at me for no reason then proceeds to run into the back of the store, other employee follows her back there. As the one helpful employee is helping me, the girl comes out from the back, walks behind me and proceeds to do things behind my back (totally rude). She and the other employee continue to laugh and act childish as i try to hurry and check out. This was the worst and most uncomfortable experience ever! If i didnt really need a coil and juice, I wouldve walked out and not have purchased anything. Is this really how you train your employees to treat customers?

Today was my first time visiting your shop (Shaenfield) and I typically visit monster vape but after a few issues with my device with zero assistance I was over their shop and seeking a new place for a new device. Alexis was my sales associate and she made my shopping experience very enjoyable and she explained and demonstrated all aspects of my new device and left very happy about spending my money in your shop and will continue to visit for my vaping needs. This is by far the best smoke shop I have ever been too! I was looking to get a new vape and James spent 30 minutes talking with me about the different options and explaining everything I needed to know. He even set my vape up for me completely so i was ready to go before i walked out the door. Fantastic service and very friendly staff and fantastic prices. Not to mention a great selection of juices. This place has it all.

I bought battery pen from them, it was not working when I went back they were rude to me and they didn’t change it for me or refund my money.I suggest you guys not go there if you go make sure things your buying works before you leave the store.

Everything here Is marked up double the cost of retail. Take any product in the store go to the website and look at the MSRP and it will be double what the MSRP is online.

I visit Hazel Sky about twice a week and the team is always very friendly. The shop is also very clean and the prices for kratom are lower than some of the other similar shops and they have a good size selection and have never run out of what I need. Because I purchase kratom frequently, I get a preferred customer discount with my kratom purchase.Id recommend Hazel Sky for anyone who is looking for smoke supplies, CBD products, kratom and more.

We normally go to the 151 and Potranco location but we were in the area. I didn’t think I needed a receipt at this location because 151 and Potranco are always great. Well after checking my bank statement I was wanting to be sure my discount was applied. I called and asked how much the juices were and she said “ I’m not about to give you prices over the phone” when I told her I was in earlier that day she took my info and told me she’d applied a discount. She was really rude and when I asked if she was the manager she said well I’m about to be the assistant manager and I told her she was actually really rude. I asked for the manager to call me the next day and she started bickering with me. She then said I’ll have the manager call you so we don’t get anymore complaints. I’m stunned at how horrible the customer service at this location was. Some guy took over the phone call and said well the manager that’s going to be here tomorrow can’t actually do anything about this. LOL WOW.
