Always had good customer service at this location until today, walked in and looked around for a couple of minutes waiting to be helped there was a bearded guy there who finally helped me thought he was a customer i asked him for some rolling papers and his attitude from the beginning was horrible he was talking low and he had an attitude, pointing at which ones he had. I asked him are you not having a good day? because your talking low and i cant hear what your saying he replied oh thats just the way i talk told him im good will go somewhere else his customer service sucked.

The Customer Care is Amazing and they know their knowledge of their products which is really good. Thats what keeps me going back. Keep Up the Good Work!

Ive only had good customer service from one employee here. I dont know her name but shes tall, wears glasses, and has shoulder length brown hair. The other girl that works there and the guy with an eye patch always have bad attitudes and arent freindly at all. Poor customer service to say the least. The very first encounter my boyfriend and I had with the man with the eye patch made us not even want to go back. We walked in and there was another group in there besides us. This guy was just standing behind the counter not tending to anyone, my boyfriend asked him a question and he scoffed and rolled his eye. We got what went for as far as product but customer service goes hand in hand. We were not rude to him in any kind of way. Dude must have been having a bad night. The other girl that works there is kind of snobby too. Its cool to think of yourself highly I get it but you still have to take care of your PAYING customers. Wont be returning ever.

Decent selection, often out of what I need. Not sure if thats universal due to covid, but its sort of annoying. Mainly go for incense, which they do carry my favorite variety.

A little pricey but good service. Especially helped that they were open as late as they were. Only disappointed the one thing i desperately needed they were out of stock.....18650 batteries of all things but the young lady was nice and I still wound up dropping 60 bucks. Heck of a sales lady lol. Gotta remember them next time i go to six flags.

Crazy selection of glass

Besides the clerk being loud, rude and obnoxious towards customers, the clerk refused to sell me a product after I asked him about store policies regarding covid19 and government compliance. Which afterwards he kicked me out. I asked for his name which he denied. I will not be going back ever.

I had a very pleasant experience at this location. I called the location and spoke to Ann and asked her a few questions regarding Kratom. I told her it would be my first time trying it and asked for pricing. The 3 gram packages start at $15. She gave me a few suggestions. When I went to the store Ann was very welcoming and offered some other product suggestions for future reference. I definitely will come back!

Shisha was ridiculously overpriced, $35 for 250g. Found it for $22.99 at Shisha Cafe off Fredericksburg.

Bad experience.Went in for a concentrate pen.Saw a decent one for 25$ evolve 2.0Manager said it was for what i wanted & more.Immediately started leaking.Called for an exchange but said i couldnt.The pen wasnt what it was intended for.Said i can buy another after selling me a defect one.Worst experience!

Great customer service. Went in to buy an E-cig for the first time not knowing much about them and I was very impressed with how knowledgeable and friendly the staff were.

Bought some blueberry oil from there and it tastes like spoiled nasty milk! And they dont do exchanges or returns. Never going here again.

My boyfriend bought me a jar from here for my Birthday. As I was taking the lid off a huge chunk of glass popped off the side and I thought to myself, maybe it had a hairline fracture in it or something so i went back the next day and bought the same jar. When I got home I put my stuff in the jar and as i was putting the lid back on, another huge chunk of glass broke off in the same spot! At this point, Im feeling like we just dropped $60 on two identical jars that broke in the same manner in about a one week time frame from purchase to return, so I brought them back to show them, so maybe, at the very least, they could replace ONE since the damages were, again, identical and we bought two!The girl helping me out was nice enough and this is totally over her head, but when she texted her GM about the problem he responded with having her recommend a different jar for 10% off...what? This is just bad business. Id be more inclined to continue shopping here if i felt my business was appreciated, but 10% off a new jar doesnt make me feel appreciated as a customer when weve already bought two that broke in the same manner.The product is overpriced and poorly made. Ill never spend money at smokerz paradize again.Hey, but at least they had a trash can in front of their store.I recommend smokers galaxy, smokers choice or theres a really good store by Silverado 16..the shop name escapes me, but everything ive bought from these places has lasted me and the customer service is awesome.

The tall, pretty blonde with glasses is the best. She always helps and answers my questions.The shorter, older lady and younger brunette are a different story. I called asking for mint shisha and the lady puts me on hold for ten minutes. I hang up and call back and she ignores my call...twice!! Two minutes later I enter the store: no one is there and these two women are sitting, doing NOTHING!She acts friendly but soon discovers Im the woman who was trying to call for mint shisha..hope she felt dumb because I caught her doing nothing. Lazy..Anyways. I didnt end up getting anything and it was a complete waste of time because neither of these two ladies answered the damn phone. Highly annoying since I liked going there. Horrible customer service.Except for blondie with glasses :)

Terrible. They sold me what I didnt need and then when I went back to get filters for my vape that I bought from their store they told me that they dont carry filters for those vapes and they didnt even know what kind it took. To be fair they did have that very heavily glazed look in their eyes. Stay away.

So i buy a vape pen i take it home and i charge it it gets full in 10 min i try to smoke out of it i take few hits and light blinks that its running out of battery so i charge it again same thing then i change the charger and its the same thing . I try to call the store there is no phone number and then i come to the store he says oh there is a sign once it leaves the store we are not responsible and offers to sell me another one because its my fault buying a product that has a deficit and you charging me 4 times the money where i can find it online for 4 times less and telling im sol because the product left the shop. Thats just bad customer service and rip off and ill tell every single person i know what you guys did and make sure the word gets out there . Thats just complete rip off .
