As always, the store was well-organized and the employees were helpful, but not overly so. Unfortunately, I was looking for specific Command Brand spring clips that I couldnt find anywhere else, but was sure they would have them. Sadly, I left empty-handed, but enjoyed walking through the store and imagining my fully-organized home...

Walked into the store and there appeared to be more employees than customers. I was searching for narrow slide out cabinet drawers/trays. The shelves were pretty bare. And choices were slim, but I found the 11 store brand for $60/ea. was going to work perfectly. I wanted to purchase six, I was only able to find one.I walked the entire store to see if they were maybe located in another section of the store with no luck. While searching. Not a single person even recognized my presence, let alone asked if I needed help. While walking down one of the main isles with cart, I ended up having to turn around because two employees with a cart were standing in the middle of the isle talking and didnt budge in order for me to pass.I felt completely invisible, and super uncomfortable. I even found myself in the center of the store where a (presumed) manager was, and she didnt even acknowledge my presence when I walked right by her.It isnt a race thing because Im white. I wasnt planning on going in, but I found myself in the area. I was wearing a mask (as always because Im an ER nurse), I wasnt wearing makeup, and took my 8lb dog in with me because I wont leave her in the hot car. Maybe they just thought I couldnt afford what they sold. Or maybe they were just too busy to help a customer. Either way, I ended up leaving the cart in an isle and leaving. That was my first (and last) experience at the container store.

This was my first time actually going into the brick and mortar store and it was awesome! Now I see what the hype is about. I love it here!

I was very excited about spending a budgeted amount of $1,200 for my closet. I wanted to see everything in person and hand pick baskets etc. We were asked to wear masks, but since the governor of Texas had lifted the mask mandate, my husband and I do not wear them. Guess I will shop for my closet items in another store.

They have a huge variety of storage and organizing supplies. The store is well organized. Their staff is welcoming and always willing to help.

I loved this place in the past. Recently returned to look for creative ideas and was somewhat disappointed. Ill try again in the future should there need arise. Maybe just too many people in a small store.

First visit, lots of gadgets and stuff to choose from. Very neat and well organized.

Prices have gone up. But I think this is the place to go. Esp. Love the fact that there is a section called organize it like the show about organizing.

The container store a place where I would recommend buying anything that goes under the category room its got everything but I would recommend going into the line fast

I like the store very much, only problem is most of the stuff like bins, chopping board etc which are high in demands are out of stock... this was my 2nd visit to the store to pick up some items and to check on the Tellfresh storage containers and still they were out of stock, would be great if they replenish them soon.

Every home should have these custom closets, its a huge upgrade over the basic closet. Worth every penny and it was a seamless process from start to finish.

Nothing special. Thought it was going to be ginormous with tons of cool containers.... I can find these on Amazon or Walmart for half the cost.

Found everything I was looking store and more at bed bath and beyond. They are pricey and have narrow walk ways. It was an uncomfortable experience.
