Just got my floors finished up about two weeks ago. I got a Dark Wood finish Vinyl plank flooring! The company was so attentive and did such an amazing job! My floors look beyond exceptional better than I expected. If I had any questions Joe was very quick in response. The men who actually did the work were very respectful of my house and let me know exactly what they were working on. I had no problem feeling secure about leaving my home open to them when I wasnt home. I highly recommend using this small family run business than any of the big flooring companies, I got several quotes from some and just didnt feel like I was important as a customer.

Hi my name is Shamonese I had floors installed by Atlas flooring in May 2020, I needed service due to visible nail holes on my stairs. So I googled Atlas Flooring but somehow I got directed to Fine Floors. They came out looked at my stairs and caulked where needed for me. There was a delay in arrival of carpet, but had a great experience with the installation. The installation went smooth. They moved all the heavy furniture and did a great job in installing the carpet. They were very professional in the installation and moved all the furniture back into place.

We are return customers as we were extremely pleased with our previous experience with Joe and Fine Floors. We most recently had tile flooring put in our enclosed porch. The tile we selected looks like wood. Mike and his crew did a great job installing the tile and placing the tile so the grout lines were close together to give the look of an actual wood floor. We are extremely pleased with the results and strongly recommend Fine Floors for your floor needs.

Very happy I chose Fine Floors to install my floors. Joe and his team were great to work with.They kept us informed throughout the process, finished on time and my floors look amazing!!

We had purchased DIY flooring from them twice and been very happy. We purchased the carpet and lined up the install with Fine Floors. It was 1,500 sq feet and took 3 days. The carpet is fine but the installers seemed confused and not very competent. The seams are more noticeable than they should be and the stairs are kind of sloppy. It is passable but not as nice as I was expecting.

Great service, much more personal than you get at a big box retailer and also good prices. They actually talked me into laminate since I was installing myself, turned out to be a great value and much better bang for the buck than the lumber liquidators product I installed upstairs a year before.

Joe and his team have worked on my flooring in my home twice now and I have always been happy with the service and pricing. Great Job!!

I love my floors the people very helpful. Didnt try to sell me just anything. I told them what I wanted and I got it.

Their three day job took 7!!!!! And, they left trash behind. Their excuse - others working in the home. I could buy that if they were working downstairs where the other contractors were... but they were upstairs.Never again!
