I went into prosource for my appointment. The woman that was assisting me kept trying to show me more expensive floors than I had chosen. I kept telling her that “This is the hardwood floor that I want.” She was relentless in showing more expensive hardwood floors. Finally I insisted that “This is the floor that I want! You can write up a proposal for the more expensive floor but I will not accept it, you will be wasting your time.”She was not happy that she could not talk me into buying a more expensive hardwood floor. So she worked up a price for the floor I chose that was double the price. After this I became highly offended that she was trying to charge double the price. After she had failed to get me to purchase the more expensive wood floor, it would appear that she just doubled the price to increase her commissions.I stormed out of the showroom and left. Then I called her boss. Her boss defended her behavior. He said “She was anticipating future increase in pricing due to inflation.” I wasn’t there to purchase hardwood floors in the future, I was there to purchase hardwood floors today, at the prices quoted today.It appears to me that the sales person was trying to deceive me by doubling the price to increase her commissions. It also appears to me that her boss is in on the con.

The tile selection and process was very easy, mostly because of my designer Amaris! She was very helpful, creative, attentive, and understanding of my vision. I definitely could not have done this without ProSource. I would highly recommend using ProSource for any new construction or home improvement project.

I have worked with ProSource for years and they never fail to be courteous, Professional, knowledgeable and have always helped my customers with their needs. I worked with Bob and Heidi. Absolute Best.

I do not recommend this company. Their customer service is lacking terribly. I will first admit that my husband and I did not have an appointment during our visit, but that’s no excuse for terrible service. The lady approached us (I can’t say “greeted” us) as if we were aliens on the wrong planet. I get that business is booming right now, but that’s no excuse to disregard walk-in customers. Additionally, the place is a complete mess. She wouldn’t even take the time to explain the layout of their showroom floor, so were totally lost. As I’m sure this one review probably won’t affect much, I highly recommend finding a different vendor. Thanks for nothing, Prosource!

I have had the opportunity to visit and interact with many flooring and tile merchants during a 45 year carrier in architecture.I am delighted to have discovered ProSource San Antonio at this stage.They rank right up there at the top of my list of recommendations

Walked in to order some transition and possibly some flooring for the upcoming job they just kind of looked at me in judged me for what I was wearing obviously since I own and work at my own company lady at the front rude didn’t even attempt to show me or Guide me through any buying process oh well last time for that one

I worked with Jules on picking out tile but couldnt find anything I liked. I found tile at another store and called Jules to find out if she could get it and the price at ProSource. It was almost $2/sq less at ProSource. When I went to pick it up, not all had come in but they had the balance delivered to my house over 80 miles away. I could not have asked for better service. I worked with Eric Poyer for all the marble tile in my master bath remodel as well as the upstairs carpet. He went above and beyond in ALL aspects of our project. He was extremely patient with all my many (sometimes stupid) questions and knowledgeable and diligent in getting me prompt answers. He communicated with my contractors to ensure a smooth delivery of material to Austin and even helped me after we finally moved in to our new house with questions I had about aftercare for my marble and carpet. I will go out of my way to work with Eric in the future should I have any flooring needs!

I have worked with Amaris on many occasions and she is nothing shy of incredible! She has a thorough knowledge of interior design, and all the clients I have sent her way have been extremely pleased with her help. Concerning the product: they have an up to date, wide variety of products that are superior in quality and competitive in price. I highly recommend these folks for flooring and tile needs!

When boxes of tile for one remodel job were discovered to have been broken in shipping and I was on a tight timeline to complete the job, Jules and Patty teamed up to get replacements and help me make the deadline! My builder used ProSource for our new custom home. We had a ton of excess wood flooring that we wanted to return and found out that ProSource doesnt accept returns after 30 days. Id avoid if you were about to make a major purchase with them.

The designers at ProSource are the best! I get expert guidance and have loved all of our flooring in various homes and projects. Theyll help make sure you get your project right!

We have been working with Claudia Aguilar and she has always been easy to work with, very knowledge and has been a great resource for us while we decide what products to choose for our custom home. I highly recommend ProSource as a one-stop go-to showroom for those all too important decisions.

Heidi was very knowledgeable of various porcelain tile products we were looking for. We brought home a few products and made our decision from that and contacted Heidi to order for us. She immediately did the invoice and charge and sent it to us. I would highly recommend ProSource for their wide selection and hope you are lucky enough to get Heidi as your sales rep.

The worst shopping experience ever. We place over 700 orders a year without problem or delay. The first attempt with this below par company...disaster. I have been waiting for three weeks and they have not placed the order yet. I signed the credit card authorization, then two days later, the salesman says he needs me to sign another form to place the order.

I have worked with Amaris and Pamela and they both know their stuff when it comes to tile and cabinetry. They are easy to work with and full of ideas, which is why one goes there in the first place.

My contractor referred me to Amaris to help me pick out some tile for a renovation. Amaris is hands down the most helpful person I have ever worked with. Great ability to mix and match tile to get a great layout and goes the extra mile to make sure that you get what you want. Trying to find more project to work on to see what other magic she can work on my place!

I ordered $13k cabinets. One cabinets door digs into the wall that encases the fridge (the fridge wall and cabinets were designed by ProSource). Another cabinet was installed so close to the wall, it shows a very obvious slanted wall. Walls tend to be slanted but this can be compensated by putting a 2-3” gap between the cabinet.

So extremely impressed with the wealth of knowledge Amaris Read has for the the vast amount of product ProSource carries. Having so many choices can be very overwhelming but Amaris knows how to narrow it down quite well! Not only that, she makes you feel like you are the most important customer in the store!
