We started our bathroom remodeling adventure with Giovanni in Feb this year. I personally demod the bathroom so it was ready when they started remodeling, 1 Apr. Much of their time is spent correcting errors in their workmanship, quite often nobody shows up to work. After going through 2 project managers over the course of the project, Giovanni is overseeing the scheduling...hes never been to the project site...this small bathroom is still not complete 7 months in...The room is approx 8’ x 12’, 1 tub, 1 shower, commode and a vanity…nothing out of the ordinary. I was told by the salesman Marcello it would be a 4-5 week job…I had never met Giovanni. That time frame was good since my workcenter currently has an accommodating tele-work policy; between that & personal time I could be home for the workers.For the entire span of this project it’s been hit or miss on workmen showing up. There were good days, but there were weeks nothing was done, or workmen would show up late in the morning and stay only an hour or two. Scheduling seemed completely random; I had to start pumping the project managers for their schedules, trying to find who was coming when so I’d know when I needed to be home and when to not waste my time.It’s now Aug, 7 months into the project…I had to be on the road for 2 weeks mid month and I let the Giovanni team know I wouldn’t be home. This is when I was notified the 2nd project mgr was removed from the project and Giovanni was now in charge…nobody contacted me, I found out when I made the call. That first week of Aug nobody showed, nothing was done. When I returned, that Monday, the glass shower door installer showed. He had to “grind” a tile to accommodate the door…aside from being unsightly he damaged 2 adjacent tiles. The next day the tile guy replaced all 3 damaged tiles along with associated tile work. For the month of Aug, 2021 only 2 days of work were accomplished, one of those days was partially spent fixing poor work from the day before…and we’re going into Sep, month 8…27 Oct 2021...Nothing has changed...the project languishes...On 4 Oct, after weeks of no contact I went to Giovannis office and demanded he get on my schedule to visit this work site. I managed to get him to visit Fri, 8 Oct. His visit was half an hour or so, he looked around, measured...his response to the issues are dismissive and indifferent...I havent seen him since and his only contact has been when Ive texted him. Were waiting for a replacement vanity; the original is poorly manufactured with cracks from staples, warped panels and non-square corners...all could have been avoided with a little quality control...as we go into November...9 months...

Prior to having our Kitchen remodeled we conducted extensive research and chose to go with Kitchen Designs by Giovanni. We obviously made the right choice. The Company and all of its employees were professional, very knowledgeable within their areas of expertise, and very good communicators. We were actually taken back when Giovanni himself showed up and met with us the day we were picking our our appliances with our designer Lara. Our experience started off by meeting with our project manager Lori. We cannot say enough about Lori but she took our ideas and made them into reality. As for our designer Lara she was just awesome! She had wonderful input while always listening to our ideas and incorperating them into the overall plan. The on site construction team led by Jessie were monsters! They were very proficient, hard working, respectful, and always took into consideration our ideas and the fact they were guest in our home. Prior to closing out the job they ensured we were 100% satisfied. We really cant say enough about this company. What we can say is you would be making a big mistake not to consider their services in support of projects and dreams that you may have for your home. We WILL defiantly utilize their services in the future. A+++++++++

Working with Marcello. Fiona and Jesse and everybody else involved were pleasant and helped move the project along. I couldnt be happier with both the process and the end product. Lori and Fiona worked with me and came up with 2 layouts. They were fantastic and stayed involved ensuring satisfaction along the way. Heather helped picking out tile, quartz and other finishing touches. Jesse coordinated the project from beginning to end. Lots of roles for a project down to the studs / concrete; but he managed the resources and kept things going. There were of course many work orders to add which is always the case. Giovanni has a great staff and process. Their weekly status meetings help him stay on top of things and get involved when needed. Kudos... I highly recommend and thank them all for a job well done.

Jesse was a great project manager - he was always available for questions & made sure progress was being made and with quality. I also had the pleasure of working with Marcello and Fiona (designers). We recently contracted with Kitchen Designs by Giovanni to renovate our kitchen and master bath shower We’re ultimately very happy with the results - it’s just what we wanted. Jesse was a great project manager and handled anything that needed to be addressed quickly and efficiently. Always available to us. Checked in during the work frequently. We’d work with Jesse (and Ralph!) again in a heartbeat!

I called in and was set up for an at-home consultation. Jesse, Fiona and Lori were great from the start! Fiona and Lori gave me some great ideas for my kitchen. Jesse and his co-worker were able to get into my attic and were able to tell us if our dream design was possible. Everyone was very professional, we have a meeting next week, to see a few concepts. I can’t wait! First impressions are everything, and so far this team is great!

Our first experience with Kitchen Designs by Giovanni, and I must say I recommend them 100%. We first went with another remodeling company for our wine bar and they turned out to be complete scam despite being at the Home and Garden Show. We then called Kitchen Designs and were blown away by the professionalism. Marcelo and Wendy at the design center were amazing and a joy to work with. Jesse and Blake were awesome and made our home feel like a home despite the remodel. They were easy to work with and very accommodating throughout the whole process. Even with some changes as the project progressed Jesse and Blake were willing and able and delivered on all aspects. Our wine bar turned out AMAZING and I would 100% use Kitchen Designs again. Thank you for a great bar!!

We recently had our kitchen remodeled by Kitchen Designs by Giovanni. This was our first experience in this process and we had heard all the horror stories. But thanks to our great design team Lori, Fiona, & Wendy, decisions got made and it was actually fun. Once that task was complete our Contractor Jesse took over and kept the job moving forward. He was quick to reply to my questions and any issues. Blake was literally an amazing one man demo team. Jeremiah and Johnnie put in and fine tuned my new cabinets. All and all it was a good experience and I would recommend their in house team.

Our experience with Kitchen Designs was exceptional. We have a new kitchen of our dreams. Lori and Fiona gave us excellent ideas and help with the design and cabinets. Blake was amazing with the demo, how fast! Jesse was our project manager and did an excellent job! He kept us informed of all the steps and readily answered all of our questions. He really kept the ball rolling. I would recommend Kitchen Designs by Giovanni to anyone who wants a professional job and a beautiful result. Our next project will be the master bath and we will use Kitchen Designs again.

Contacted this company last fall for a complete kitchen renovation. Fiona and another lady came out to take measurements and to eventually give a quote. They seemed nice, but they kept mentioning how much time, money and energy it would take to create a bid, which was very off putting. It seemed as if they weren’t that interested in the work. Was the possibility of a $40K to $60K job not enough? I guess not. I called for an update after waiting two weeks for that bid. Never heard back from them. Guess they don’t need the business. Would never use them with that kind of attitude.

Marcello and Fiona designed our dream kitchen. The cabinets and granite look like something you would see in magazines. My wife brags to all our friends lol. Our project manager Jesse, was essential to how smooth everything went. His honesty in every aspect was much appreciated. If something was wrong he always informed us. I highly recommend this team, at Kitchen Designs.

Are kitchen was are second project with Giovanni. There workmanship and quality was outstanding. Their staff from Blake, Fiona, Lori,Jeremiah and project manager Jessie are true professionals. Highly recommend them.

We liked our house before KD by Giovanni remodeled it. Now we love it! They were clean, quick, and let us know what and when to expect things every step of the way. We are in week 8 of a project that our salesperson told us was about 3 weeks of work. She was correct - if done properly it was a 3 week project. At this point, there have been more days that no one showed up than days that they worked.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! From the consultation through completion, we were extremely pleased. Giovanni has an incredible crew and uses the best tradesmen for each phase of the job. Having been through renovations a number of times before I was leery about tackling a major bathroom reno, but having a Project Manager like Jesse made it as painless as possible! The level of communications was phenomenal; Jesse kept us informed daily of the work schedule, who was coming, their names and what to expect. He visited the worksite every single day workers were present to make sure everything was moving smoothly. You just don’t get that level of service most places! A huge thank you to all...Lori, Wendy, Ramone and crew, Ralph and Fede, Thomas, David, Sergio, and last but not least, Giovanni.

They are difficult to get in touch with, wont call you back and never responded to my website email request for a quote. I finally called and spoke with someone and informed him that I was interested in getting the kitchen remodeled in the home I had just purchased. He basically acted like he would be doing me a favor to talk to me, saying that it would take 8-12 hours to do a quote and it was not worth his time unless I had $50K to spend. What I basically figured out is that if you dont tell them that you want to spend over $50K they wont talk to you. BTW I had $70K ready to spend but his attitude was so poor I called someone else.

Very professional; extremely knowledgeable and courtesy. Their professional recommendations for my new kitchen was on target with what I wanted and excepted. Employees were attentive and always on time for appointments

We were excited to start a project but it ended in a DISASTER. The Kitchen Designs by Giovanni is owned by Marotta Enterprises, Inc. They are a subcontractor limited to only products they chose to do business with. We have existing cabinets 3 yrs old that they are do not carry subcontract that line of cabinets. Their only suggestion was to gut the 3 yr old kitchen when we wanted to add to the cabinets. We signed a good faith agreement that was submitted thru the bank as a purchase instead as a Temporary Transaction hold on funds so we were unable to get the funding from our lender because they said we had started the project. Giovanni has refused to return the good faith funds. BEWARE !!

My kitchen has been finished for several months.. and now that I’m over the “wow factor” because it is beautiful! I am noticing things that aren’t so “wow”... details.. my sink is crooked and they tried to cover it up with some trim that is also crooked. There is probably 10 other small things that I’m not happy with. I splurged on my countertops but apparently they were broken so many times that they used another slab of Taj Mahal so the colors aren’t the same. My island is a creamy grey and the corner section of the kitchen is a yellow green - that doesn’t match my backsplash. I see that everyday and Grrrr! 😡. The employees were super nice and helpful, but in the end the quality of work and the price we paid we’re not on the same level. I do not recommend unless you want to spend a boat load of money and get less than acceptable results.

Horrible experience. Took my money never finished the job kept the rest of my granite. Will not return calls or reply to emails. I just want my kitchen finished and my granite. Quick to take my money but not complete the work!!

We had a kitchen remodel done by this company this past winter/spring. overall, we are happy with the result but dealing with this company was not easy. to begin with, our project took 3-4 times longer than they said it would. despite their claims, they subcontract out a lot of the work, and after the initial demo, our project manager was rarely onsite to make sure that the work was done to specification. there was a lot of attention to detail that was lacking. for example, our cabinet doors were not hung at proper alignment, and they had to come back out to fix this. our beverage fridge was not installed level, and this needed to be readdressed. their workers left multiple gashes in our hardwood floors, and this required that we replace some of the planks. there were many delays and lots of days that nobody showed up to work without any explanation. our final issue was with our soap dispenser. we selected all of our plumbing fixtures in January. when the project was nearing completion finally in April, they informed us that the item was on backorder. they offered to put in a temporary fixture, which was a cheap piece of garbage that fell apart whenever anyone used it. i voiced this to our designer and the project manager, but then i never heard anything from them until August, when our fixture finally came into stock. this was installed, and has subsequently broken again. i have tried to contact the company twice because this item should still be under warranty with Pfizer, however they have not returned my messages. needless to say, i will not be using this company for any future projects, nor do i recommend them

Be careful with this company. The people they send out from their company to come take a look at what will be done are so clueless as to what a customer needs done. Since the get go, the man walked in looked around only about 5 minutes. Did not seem to interested in what my wife and I wanted to do to our kitchen. Mind you this was after the fact of rescheduling my appointment 1 time and then arriving late to the 2nd appointment. I will not allow this company to work or be in my home. Can not even begin to imagine if this was their first impression, how would the actual work be! Aweful Customer service skills. Needs way more professional working for your company!

It took 8.5 MONTHS to complete my 6 week kitchen remodel. Work was not done by people within the company as advertised. I was disappointed in Giovannis lack of concern and resolve with my project.
