I really like the new set up at this location. There is more room and it opens up for plenty of walking space. Plus, the staff is always helpful and friendly. I enjoy visiting this store.

Love shopping here for great deals. I bought Aim soft toothbrushes(2/ok) and Colgate toothpaste for$1 each.

Gennifer was extremely rude and refused to provide corporate information. Please investigate this store. She claimed to be assistant manager but told me to use google and told me to figure out the math. I’m sorry you don’t know your pricing but I guess they will hire anyone these days.

I liked the location close to Medical area. I was visiting someone at a hospital and I forgot my sweater at home. Its cold in hospital so it was convenient for me. I found one and price was good. I also bought waters and snacks cuz hospital too expensive. Cashier was friendly and whn no customer at register she was putting things away. I ddnt like the entrance way during this Covid-19 pandemic. It was not wide enough to pass someone up at a distance, you hve to move aside to pass. Other than that, I cant say much cuz I ddnt look around.

The cashier that is there right now is the sweetest young lady!! Store is not bad she was putting away stock. But she was very helpful

I go here often. Customer service is great! Have a good attitude get a good attitude! Prices are good enough that ill take a little inconvenience of walking around boxes in the aisle.

Try to charge 5.15 for a small can of terse hair spray when the large one is that price.you need to have more workers. Manager needs to be alert when CASHIER is calling them. I will never go back to family dollar

Good prices. Theres always boxes of stuff sitting in the way of the aisles like they need help stocking. Other than that the customer service is alright.

It’s Sunday 05/24/2020 l want there and was lady by the rejecter and she was so rude no respect no customer service at all she don’t know how to talk she yell a lot 0% customer service!!

This is a great Family Dollar store, they have so many things, I cant take less that 20 minutes each visit, I really like all the variety of drinks and chips in this location.

The worst family dollar ever I wait 5 mints on the phone for help asking about something and she just lave the phone on the desk and help all the customers and I wait and wait on the phone. I call again and they never answer.

Good selection but very crowded store.

This locations presentation and stocking is not as up to par as others in San Antonio. Tight aisles, messy and crowded entrance, merchandise strewn around.... And for the area of town this one is in, Im not sure why its this way.
