Restored Rubys headlights to the original appearance! 2005 Aviator almost looks brand new. All this and an oil change for $65. It took a while to finish but the headlights had a lot of cloudiness and where in bad shape. Good job!

They all have nasty attitudes. Lady said there was a long wait yet they had our oil changed in 15 minutes. I do not like going here because of their attitudes. I will not continue to pay and be treated poorly. They are short with you when you pull up to the bay.

Service was prompt, but I have 1 issue. I was quoted a price for an oil change package and when I was checking out, they added $15 without informing me first. The fact that the cashier didnt think it was a problem made it worse. I was refunded, but thats not a good business practice

Came in for an appointment to have a tire replaced. Tire was much cheaper at Walmart than the dealer. I did not wait long for service & The mechanics were knowledgeable and professional! Thank you Priest & staff at Walmart Auto Center! This was my first appointment & will not be the last!

Went in with a Lawn mower tire to be put on a new rim.. they were very fast and timely with the job... Love the Tire department.

Long wait, they broke a lug nut while replacing my tires my ( i bought 4 tires to replace my old ones) and they told me i needed to get it fixed and they refused to take responsibility for what they broke !!

I call in multiple times to set up an appointment for a tire rotation but the lady on ths autocare recepionist kept hanging up for no apprent reason. I have to drive an hour back n forth, it would be nice to know if you need an appointment or do they take walk in for tire change.

Chris was absolutely amazing today him and the other manager I forgot his name. But they went over and beyond for me and my mother. My car was leaking oil. Nothing they did, i hit a something. They drove all the way to me and checked my car out free of charge. Thank you guys so much! Best service EVER!

I come here every time my car needs an oil change and I get a high mileage oil but, today is my last day. Last time i came i was charged more than what the price said for a light restoration, okay fine it looks nice i accepted it. But today i waited over 20 minutes at the register with one older women running all over the place (not her fault they are understaffed) just to wait an hour to be charged for windshield wipers i didn’t even want nor asked for. Walmart do better. You have so much money invest in your staff not your pockets.

I must say, I was a little skeptical about taking my car to Walmart to have serviced after only ever taking it to the dealer. The staff was fantastic; they were very friendly, answered any questions I had, and did not try to push any unnecessary services or products. They were pretty busy, but still managed to have my car in-and-out within an hour to an hour-and-a-half. Ill totally go without hessitation next time!

Excellent! I drive a volvo which requires a special part to change the oil and filter. He ordered it and told me to come in a few days later when delivered. No additional charge. From the front desk woman to mechanic and manager, great service! Highly recommend!

Took my car In for a oilchange and wind up having to spend a extra 130 on a battery staff was unfriendly and very unprofessional shady business

So i went for a new battery. Not too long of a wait. Good service. And always make sure you get your warranty on anything you buy in case something happens.

I went there expecting to get 4 tires for 1 price and ended up paying more but that was fine because it was still a sale price.I was told on the phone, if I ordered them by 6pm Sunday, they would be back the next day. When I got there to order, I was told they wouldnt be back for 3 wks! I just wish I was given the correct info over the phone.I did appreciate the service I recieved from the employees I spoke with in person. They were great.

The men and women of Walmart Automotive in Salisbury are tops. These professionals care about their customers. One evening I showed up just after their last appointment time, they knew I was going out of town the next day, and so they fit my car in for service. These are good people, and they know their cars.

They were very efficient and offered me a great offer on fuel injection cleaning. Only an extra $10 with the oil change. Definitely coming back.

Short tempered staff that seem irritated by your presence or overwhelmed by being overworked. Rarely has what you need in stock. Overly long wait times, 3-4 hours for a tire change on multiple occasions. At least theyre cheap.
