I have never had a mobile service do any work on anything. Sean and his Dad John took a turn down my street and offered to fix the dent/hole on my Dodges tailgate. A little hesitant, but I agreed. I’m am so glad I didn’t refuse their service. Sean did an amazing job on my truck. I’ve been out several times looking at His repair. I can’t believe the excellent job He has done . My 2006 Dually tailgate looks like it should. Thank you Sean and your Dad for the service you provided.

Let me start by saying I dont take reviews lightly. Too many people post bad reviews for no apparent reason.Having said that, my relationship with Sean started pleasantly enough. He approached my wife telling her he could fix our car. He followed her home and started all the work that afternoon and then realized he couldnt get paint that night because the paint shop was closed. Said he would return the next day and finish the job. He did that but the paint color was wrong. I told him it looked wrong and he said dont worry, it will dry up correctly. He said he spent hours with the paint shop and they got it right. With his 15 years of experience as he is quick to tell you, he didnt even know how to pull the paint code off my car and get the right paint. When he finished and the paint was dry, the color was way off. He said he would take care of it for me.Thats where things went upside down. Every time I called or texted him, he said I was on his schedule, but he never returned and never set an appointment. First it was the weather and then he said he was busy. I asked him why new clients had priority over getting my car corrected but he never had a good explanation for that...just kept saying he was busy. He kept telling me he would come out, but now he doesnt even return my calls or texts.I have copies of all the texts, I have pictures and I have a personal note he wrote that said, not only was he going to fix it all, but was going to give me $100 off for all the trouble. When he billed me he did not give me $100 off and after I paid him the full amount, I never saw him again. Sean is a nice guy but he does not follow up on his word and cannot be trusted. Both he and his wife have completely ignored me. I will honestly say I left him a pretty nasty voicemail - (I yelled into the phone FIX MY CAR!!) - the last time I tried to reach him because at this point I was totally frustrated. Very sad that a nice young man like this who is trying to make a name for himself will not even have the decency to get back to me. I gave him $500 and I have a car with the front and rear bumpers and side skirt all painted the wrong color.Thanks for being such a loser Sean. I wish I could write a different review and if you ever have the decency to call me back and to help me out with your mistakes, I will remove this review, because I totally believe in second chances, but you need to show me your worth and your honesty. I want to believe in you, Sean especially since you seemed to be such a nice young man, but its your turn to do the right thing. Come over and finish my car.PeteUpdate - after I posted this review the first time he texted me and said he wants to help me because he didnt want the review out there because his business is how he feeds his kids. I instantly returned his text within 30 seconds and please call me and lets get this resolved and I will gladly remove the review. He never responded again and I havent heard from him since. Very sad.

Great experience, they came to my workplace got it done within 30 min time frame.My vehicle definitely looks much better! They fixed up my bumper and a huge dent . I will recommend anybody to check them out prices seem to good to be true but let me tell you they are legit!

Fixed numerous paint smudges and small dents on the spot for a late model Lexus at a fraction of the cost the shops usually charge. Even came to my location - so no need to drop off the car and pick it up later. Then had several more substantial dents repaired and paint problems touched up on an older Honda Civic. Paint mixing was close enough and overall appearance is greatly improved - again, just at a fraction of the cost that shops usually charge. Straight forward and friendly service. Will have them back for a few touch ups on our other Lexus and to have detailing done as well.

Sean flagged me in the Raleys parking lot letting me know he could give me a great price for repairs on a nasty dent on the rear of my Chevy Avalanche. He not only did that, but also renewed the look of the side strips over the doors and cleared the headlight covers. Great job! Planning for him to do more work on other vehicles.

Sean was awesome ! I have a month old Subaru Outback that had a crushed in bumper . Sean fixed that, and two door dents all while I enjoyed a quick lunch . Super professional, quick, and great quality . I will be using Mr Dent Tech for my RV and other cars in the future .
