It took Art over 2 weeks to get an estimate to the insurance company and he sent it in with no photos? Must’ve been his first day on the job?! Sometimes you gotta go with your gut instinct and this time I didn’t. Nevertheless, ya live and learn because the car was eventually totaled and his customer service and communication skills are way beyond repair.

Alin the owner is a great guy!Many years ago somebody recommended me to bring my car to Alin to get it fixed and I’m glad I listened to him. He did a paint on my car and he did an amazing job. From then he did many other jobs on my cars mechanical and also body work. When I met him, his shop was located in a different area in a smaller place. He moved his business here to a bigger place, but even here he’s really tight with space. Because his business keeps growing. Keep it going Alin.

This man is top notch. He gave me a fair price, he followed through and never left me wondering if hed respond. His business is closed due to covid now, so they do parts on the side. His cell number is the only one listed and he only takes cash now. My Jeep was respired in January and in May it had the same problem. Now it’s September I contacted them they said bring it in and we will look at it. They repaired it under warranty even though business changed hands in February. I can’t say enough about Art and his employees. They went above and beyond to help. Highly recommend them!

Although I really hope there is no third or further, I have had two car accidents in half a year and Ray has offered me outstanding service in compiling the estimates and servicing my vehicles.
