Outstanding service. They provide you with an estimate based on actual materials, labor etc. As a bonus, they are on time, and the cost is as advertised.

So ny car was vandalised and i went thru my insurance companies first choice, which backed out and so my agent recommended this place.Lemme tell you, im glad the first guys backed out! The team at Utopia is excellent. They have excellent customer service, they do excellent work, and they have this especially excellent coffee table i wanted even. Lets just say this is an excellent team that worked with me and my insurance company well, kept things light and fun, made my car look amazing in remarkable time, and is somewhere i would go every time for my auto body work. I recommend you do too.

This is my first time at this autobody repair shop and the last. I picked this shop because it is AAA certified and it had good reviews. My accident was tiny at 2 or 3 MPH. AAA responded quickly and I was pleased with there work. When I took my truck to Utopia my advisor look at the outer most parts of my truck. I asked her if I should open the hood and she said no. I was initially given an estimate for around $1,300 and it would take approximately 4 days to repair. The first increase in the estimate was that the air conditioning condenser was dented by the hood latch during the accident and needed to be replaced. When I ask her questions about the dent, Are the fins only pushed in or are the circulating tubes bent. My reasoning is; If the fins are bent, commonly you can use a plastic fork with 3 of the 4 prongs broken off the rase them or buy a specific tool for the work. If the tube is slightly flattened but passes the refrigerate its fine because there are more then one tube and will not effect performance. And if the tube is fully flattened and might have ruptured the joint of a connection then yes it definitely should be replaced. She wasnt able to answer any of my questions. Her remark was, We do not repair condensors only replace them. I hung up and about 5 mins later she had a more senior advisor call me who informed me that I could come as look at the part and verify I wanted if left in or that I could refuse the work and it wouldnt be covered under warranty. I allowed them to replace the condenser. All in all it took them 3 weeks as they sited various reasons why it took so long. The most used was the dealer sent the wrong part or its not in stock at the dealer. Sure this happens but on every part? After the work was done I arrived at looked at my trucks visual appearance. They did a nice paint job for sure. I paid the deductible and collected my key. First issue was they had started and ran my truck for such short amounts of time that the vapor recovery system was over loaded and I had to hold the throttle at around 1000 RPMs to clear the chugging that the engine was doing. I checked my headlight aim against there wall and found that the headlight they had installed wasnt even aimed correctly. They did correct it and added $15 to the tab. I had to have them do the work that would have had to be done after installation as standard practice. I heard my AC making a wining hiss sound at the evaporate inside the plenum. Both my advisor and her manager said its fine and is normal. Never since 2013 did my AC make noise while running. It didnt make any sound before or after the tiny accident. But after they touched it then it makes sound. The manager told me to drive it for a week and the sound should go away. After a week it hadnt. When I called them I was told that I would have to contact AAA for more repairs. During this conversation I expressed my earlier writing about the sound and when it had arrived. She told me that they didnt do the work on the condenser and had there mechanic do it. So now my truck started at a AAA approved location and was exported to an unknown mechanic. In the week I drove it I noticed over spray on my windshield and the new hood latch wouldnt let my hood up without force. I returned to Utopia and talked to them in person about the AC, over spay and the hood release. For the AC I had to pay out of my own pocket to have a Toyota dealership run a diagnostic. Utopia couldnt have there mechanic do the corrective work. When I talked to my advisor about the hood release she stated, Hoods dont all pop up, most of the ones is this lot (referring to Utopias lot) will not pop up. Ive never found a car no matter how old with out a hood that pops up enough to get your fingers under to access the second lock. They did have one of there workers who has a salt and pepper pony tail and light beard adjust the hood latch and remove the over spray from my windshield. When I talked to him he saw my UTI student shirt and told me, Arent you going to school for this. Why didnt you fix it your
