I had a great experience using the United BMW Service Department. I brought my car in for an inspection and there was extensive warranty work that needed to be done.My Service Advisor, Lloyd, was kind and patient through what was a frustrating and exhausting ordeal for me. I know he does this all the time but I appreciated the communication and updates on the progress of everything.They provided me with a loaner car (twice) and genuinely exhibited an attitude that made me feel like they were taking care of me.My brief interaction with another Service Advisor, Eric, was great as well.I had a superior experience at this dealership, compared to others in the Atlanta area, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

I just dropped my vehicle off for repairs. When I called I specifically said VLV cover and “pork cover” . The pork chop cover is what BMW of Cincinnati north told me, which I know needs to be replaced. When I dropped my vehicle off to BMW Roswell my service advisor had no idea what a pork chop cover was. ( I was able to quickly find it on google). I was then told that because the part was not ordered I would have to pay for one repair (vlv) cover, pick my car up and bring it back when another loaner is available. I asked why I couldn’t just have all of my repairs done ( as requested) at once, and was told because there are others waiting for loaners. I have waited 3 weeks, it is a HUGE inconvenience to me as a customer to have to come back and forth. If I requested this repair when calling I should not be inconvenienced by making a second trip, waiting weeks for another loaner just because someone did not understand the terminology of the repair I requested when I called. Someone should have called me, asked me more detailed questions and ordered the part prior to my arrival. This is an enormous inconvenience to me as a customer to deny my request not to pick my vet up until all requested repairs are complete because you don’t want to inconvenience someone else.

I went to this showroom just for oil change. After the service and after a wait for almost 5 hours, I noticed severe damage to shock absorbers that my BMW couldnt even withstand a small bump on the road. I took my vehicle to show the issue for second time but they didnt fix it. I talked to manager but he tried to push blame on the vehicle. They are very unprofessional and personal recommend not to get your vehicle service here. I had not issues with my vehicle before going for oil change. Not sure what they have replaced in my vehicle. This is completely cheating the customers.

I have used United BMW for service for the last time. I had to go out of town and wanted the windshield washer fixed before I left. Thinking the dealer would have the parts I was willing to pay a bit more to get it fixed in a timely fashion. Unfortunately after waiting over two hours I was informed that the problem was that the spray nozzles on the hood would have to be replaced. The total cost would be $335. A pretty steep price that I would have paid except that they didnt have the parts. I elected not to have the repair done since the parts were available next day from an auto parts store and it was a 10 minute repair. I was informed that I owed them $188 for the diagnostic for the 2 minutes it took them to see that the nozzles were clogged. I ended up wasting my morning and almost $200 for nothing. Our family currently owns 3 BMWs, but they will not be going into this shop again and the next purchase will likely not be a BMW again.

I have brought my 2011 5 series in for service several times. It’s a dealer, so you know that price is going to reflect that. Service should as well and the ability to stand behind the work. That is the issue here and why I am posting a review. I brought my car in to diagnose and repair an oil leak. It wasn’t a huge issue but an annoying one that I wanted to address. The lower oil pan gasket was replaced and at the time, the service representative told me that I may need to return to have the oil pan gasket bolts tightened after driving it for a bit. So, last time I had the oil changed, they mentioned that there was some oil leaking and I made an appointment to have the bolts torqued to factory settings as they told me I may need to. My impression was clearly that this was a known entity and part of the original service. At United BMW, they didn’t share that opinion. They informed me once I was there and had already handed over my keys that it was a diagnostic with a minimum $175 just to take a look at the car.They aren’t standing behind the work they did and aren’t living up to what has previously been discussed with a client. I find this unprofessional and unacceptable. I will have to find someone reliable and honest to trust with my car when it needs maintenance.

I set an appointment for 7:40 AM to have a service warranty performed on my vehicle. It was until 11:40 PM that I left just to be told that the service could not be preformed. If my car is under warranty the service should be done no questions asked! To wait 4 hours just to be told that it couldn’t really upset me! The only thing great about this place was the Barista lady!

DO NOT take your BMW here for repairs. I took my 2012 X5 in for service twice. Once in February 2019 for Alternator and Water Pump repairs + hose and belt replacement, and once in February 2020 for a turbo system malfunction. They did not fix the issue either time. In fact, after paying over $4000 in February 2020, the check engine light came on again as I was driving the car off out of their service center. I spent almost $8000 here to got not a single thing fixed. I returned the car to the lot and picked it up again a few days later and it seemed to be fixed until two months later after Id moved states and it broke again. CROOKS!!!

DO NOT use this dealership for service. I took my 135 I in for a belt replacement. The belt was over $700. Two days after the first fix, the belt fell off again. Second trip to the dealership, they said I needed a power steering pulley. When putting in the pulley, they damaged the power steering pump. The new pump is $1700. Their service department is incompetent and dishonest. Their prices are 50% higher than any other European repair shop in Roswell.United BMW is a total rip off. Stay away!

Not sure, How this Service center has 4.6 and above. Really Surprising . Let me add my experience with this Service center .2 years back, i had went to this center for regular annual oil change and filter, waited for 3 hours and they mentioned, Brake Pad issue need fix, with cost of 900 and plus other service charges .Took a car after 5 hrs they done, within 5 miles, found with serious message in dashboard, Brake Pad rear and front . drove back to center . The guy in service center Oh apologize for issues, let me fix it. after another 45 minutes, they gave saying fixedAgain within 2 days after repair and service, Dashboard display with same message Brake Pad failure..... Just note, This is 3rd time. Went to front desk with total frustration and said Im driving to atlanta downtown daily for work and can you guys imagine what im going through with 3 times in one service failure of same Brake pad.Lady in front desk response Sir sorry for this issue, blah blah and after 2 hours she said, Sir This car now has rear brake pad issue need another 1800 rotor replacementSo finally i gave up and went to other body shop and paid out of another $500 dolloar to fix it .This year again went to service center with regular maintenance . Surprising with good excellent condition car after service, found Brake Pad fix Malfunction alignment issues and rear windshield broken . Wow amazing this service center.It seems they are in business of braking car and charging customer with fix with engineers they are working.

I went through there sales department on my way to there parts department twice there show room is amazing beautiful cars every one there had a smile i ordered a key for my classic BMW there parts department was excellent when I ordered the key they where very helpful they couldn’t find the same exact key but they did the research till they found me an exact match after two days they emailed me and called me to confirm that my key came in when I got there there service was excellent they programmed the key to my car this dealership stands behind the black/blue and white badge 100% BMW .

Terrible service department. My husband and I are new to town and I called ahead of time to get an exact quote for new brakes and scheduled the appointment, I was told it would take about 1-2 hours and they had no loaner cars. Once I showed up they said they needed to inspect the car and let me know if anything else needs to be done. After waiting 90 minutes, I finally went up to my advisor to see what was going on and was told a price $600 more than I was told over the phone (for the exact same services). Decided to leave and asked for my car, the service tech guy handed me my keys and pointed to my car in the parking lot (I am 8 months pregnant and had two work bags with me). I was completely appalled by the treatment and lack of care. After leaving, a bill of $187 was sent to my email for labor and fees (no work at all was done to my car). I have sold these cats two vehicles and i have bought 2 vehicles an m2 and a x3 m40i. Nelson and the team at this facility are fun to work with and nelson definitely has treated mary and i right since the moment i made eye contact and shook hands with him. Nelson has done what he said he would do and never acted like i was a problem or asking for too much. He actually answered me while he was off work without any weird vibes. I will be buying another car from nelson here in the next six months when i get rid of my toyota rav 4. Check them out.. peace, friend and safe travels

Had curb rash on rims and one was chipped but not leaking any air. The service department did an excellent job fixing my rims!!. I had to look at them twice. Thought they gave me new rims loll. I will cost you more than going to an independent rim shop. But the results are well worth it. Highly recommend.

I recently moved to the Gwinnett county area and decide to service my car at this location however the service I received was horrible. Previously I serviced my car at the United BMW location in Alpharetta and I’ve never had any issues. However at the Gwinnett county location I’ve had my service appointment rescheduled three times and after the third time I just decided to cancel the appointment all together and service my car somewhere else. The dealership claims to have a loaner drop off and pick up service thats horrible. No one called me on the day of my appointment to pick the car up. The following day I received a call and I had to reschedule my appointment for the following week. The following week there was no loaner available for my appointment although my appointment was scheduled a month in advance. I requested to speak to the manager but he never returned my call. I also lease a Mercedes Benz and I’ve never had any issues with service at Mercedes-Benz.This is my forth BMW and I’m really considering possibly switching to another luxury brand at the end of this lease due the horrible service I continue to receive when it comes to servicing with BMW dealerships. Thank god I only have a few months left on my lease.UPDATE: Two weeks later and the manager still haven’t reach out to me although I emailed my contact information as requested in his response. Can’t say I’m surprise!

I have nothing but great things to say about United BMW Service Center Roswell! I have been driving BMW for over 20 years, dealing with multiple dealerships. Im a year new to United, and its by far the best! My service advisor is Bri, and shes GREAT!She returns my calls promptly and always goes above and beyond. I live 1.5 hours away. I purchased my vehicle from United because a friend of mine knew a salesperson at United, and even that experience was excellent! (Gavin was my salesperson)Long story short, I went to United service center afterward on a fluke, and because of the customer service, I knew this would be my service center. So its worth the 1.5-hour drive.Let me fast forward to today. I dropped my car off for service last week got it back, and my seat wasnt working correctly. I felt like whatever was wrong with it happened there. I called the dealership ready to argue because I felt like it was the dealers fault but no proof, so its my word against theres. I called left a VM for my advisor Bri and a Supervisor. I received a call from Bri, then a supervisor. I think his name was Patrick, who wanted to know what happened.I explained he ask me to bring my car in and pick up a loaner they would take care of the issue. This guy NEVER once made me feel like or question me like I wasnt honest. That went a long way with me, considering I Called ready To Argue About the issue.That, plus the excellent customer service Ive received in the last year, made me share my experience with United BMW Service and Sales!I RECOMMEND UNITED BMW ROSWELL TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A GREAT EXPERIENCE!Even Ms. Felicia is excellent in the refreshment center!-Ms.Chambliss

My husband and I are new to the Atlanta area, and were debating between purchasing a Mini or a BMW. We found a gorgeous 2019 440i that we knew we needed to see. We called the dealership and spoke with Jean and he said he would pull it out and have it ready for us the same day. We test drove it and knew we had to have it. Jean made it especially easy, and we were out in just a few hours. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional and went above and beyond. Not only do you get a beautiful car when you purchase a BMW, but you get world class treatment and make it worth your while. Id highly recommend working with Jean. Okay... Okay! I told the young man, Kennedy Adams that Id leave a Google Review detailing my experience with him and United BMW. Well, I give them 5 stars for a few reasons. Reason one, they were able to deal with me. I am the true definition of Type A, I thank the Army for that. Secondly, I was able to find the car I wanted for a great price. Lastly, we agreed on a couple items (display key and head phones), and the young man delivered. The headphones were agreed on AFTER I signed the dotted line. I hope that doesnt get him in trouble. I am thinking about trading my Range Rover in the near future.. when I do, Ill be sure to check out United BMW first.

The service department at the United BMW used to provide a very good customer service. Unfortunately, that service had deteriorated over the past year. I had a very poor experience with my 2019 BMW that had to be towed to that location. Not only they did not offer a courtesy shuttle, but they did not even offer to pay for my Uber trip. An extremely poor customer service where the customer does not come first anymore.

So my bother and I came to purchase a vehicle. Mind you we’ve been car hunting since 10am, tired, exhausted and hungry is a understatement. From the moment we walked in our dealer Chris Thomas was stellar. He not only met our needs but his service made our experience extremely pleasant. He definitely went above and beyond without trying. My brother was looking for a bmw 430i convertible, we met a salesman name Che Hall. He was great from start to finish. Even when my brother came in the 3rd day to switch the car to a different color he was still very patient and went the extra mile to make sure my brother was taken care of. I know it a challenge for Che and his finance manager due to a language barrier my brother but his team was patient and explain little detail involved. I would totally recommend this dealership as well as Che to any potential buyer. You will not go wrong by doing business here! Thank you for the excellent customer service provided.

I’m traveling from Boulder Co and had my hood warming light come on New Years Eve. I was able to call into United at 8 am, setting up a 9 am appointment. Jerry an extremely knowledgeable BMW owner, BMW enthusiasts drove me to and from my Hotel ASAP. My X6M was done in a few hours covered by the CPO and I was back on the road again quickly and happy I met with all the great folks of United BMW. My services rep Edwardo was also excellent and efficient at turning my Beamer around. As was Nick another friendly service rep and Lafayette in parts which all helped me lighten my wallet with a few goodies from the glass Part’s counters I couldn’t resist. Thanks all!! If I could give them 0 stars I would, service department is only there to extract money out of the customer. Highly advise BMW customers, get your facts about repairs before going into the service, if not these service advisors will upsell you to thousands of dollars. Support independent BMW shops because they are fair and reasonable for the service.

I wish I could give two different ratings. The salesman Michael Drew and the gentleman in finance Ben, were great they both deserve 5 stars. However, I have come to realize it is the customer service AFTER you BUY the car that goes out the window. I feel since they already have your money, they can treat you however they want. The things that were a priority during the buying process are NO LONGER important. I have had my car at the detail shop 3 or 4 times already, and the tires have NEVER shined and the inside windows are just smudged all over..Very upset with United BMW...You should know better.

Went in for a check engine light... Recieved a commitment to ensure my BMW performs as the luxury vehicle it was designed to be.Service department was courteous, informative, prompt and effecient. The problem causing the check engine light was repaired and two other issues that may have became problems later were also diagnosed and repaired.My service advisor, Mario, guided me through and kept me informed thoughtout the process.

Background: I am an automobile enthusiast with bike racing experience and own several cars and take good care of my cars by only servicing my cars at respective dealers and keep them for a long time.Bryanna patiently addressed all my BMW service needs and ensured that I am fully satisfied with my BMW engine maintenance ( valve gasket & oil filter gasket) to fix car age related oil leaks.This is my 1st time at the United BMW service center, Byanna Sanders ( my service  associate) and Miles ( BMW engine mechanic - explained technical pros and cons of major engine service now vs. later). Bryanna also told me about 24 months and unlimited miles warranty that United offers on major repairs mentioned above.Unlike the other dealer near my house (where I delivered my BMW and went for service since 11 years), United BMW service cost is reasonably priced  with generous coupons for BMW service items and also accept the Value Service BMW offers which is priced competitively. This is a decent service center with a pretty nice lounge and some free drinks and snacks. I love my vehicle but honestly havent found a really great BMW service center in the Atlanta area. It always seems to take longer than expected and the whole situation with having to wait for an advisor just doesnt seem to work that well here. Having said that, this is above average for the BMW service centers in Atlanta that I have been too.

I want to share my personal experience with all my friends. I have been to BMW Roswell location 3 days ago to see the BMW cars performance so that I can decide whether to buy Lexus or BMW. I was greeted and welcome by Kristen (Sales) guy and he was showing us various BMW models and price options based on my request. He was such an amazing guy with lot of patience and managed to address all our queries. We have been doing back and fourth test drive with many cars and he was waiting still with patience even though it was 5 hrs past from the time i entered the showroom. That moment, after seeing his patience level; me and my wife have decided to buy BMW instead Lexus. We finally entered in to a pricing discussion for GT 330i were we saw another gentlemen Patrick (Sales Manager) who was so friendly and he was trying to help us as much as possible in pricing and he did all his best to made me a pride BMW owner. My special thanks to Patrick and Kristen for being very professional and courteous with us. I am a happy BMW customer today and I recommend BMW to all my friends.

I drove about 300 miles to purchase a 2019 CPO Z4 from United BMW. The salesman assured me before I left Jacksonville, Fl that there were no blemishes on the vehicle body as I said I would keep looking otherwise. When I arrived to purchase the vehicle there were scrapes on the right side in front of the passenger door and the bumper cover was misaligned. I was told their prep guy had scraped the vehicle. The body shop did fix the bumper cover but the paint repair was poor at best, very disappointed with this but still purchased the vehicle and will have it fixed here.

I love the BMW service center ! I had to bring my 14 month old daughter twice now and they are so courteous and understanding. Not only is this an environment that I can work in while waiting but I was comfortable while waiting with a baby. The service is outstanding and they make sure my car is spotless when I leave and I feel confident that my BMW X6 is in superb condition!

I purchased a vehicle from United BMW this week and it was an enjoyable experience. I was not local to Atlanta (I live in Charlotte, NC) so we did my entire purchase remotely over the last couple weeks. My sales associate (Anel) and the finance manager (Dan) we’re both fantastic to work with. I had some challenges getting to the store to take deliver and I had some needs on my vehicle that required their attention, they were wonderful to deal with. When you meet two team members with such a customer focused attitude I concluded that it mirrored their General Manager and the entire management team. My service advisor Andrew was polite &, efficient. I appreciate he remembered me by site although it was the 1st time we met. The 5 stars for him.But I was very very unhappy with the travel providers for a temporary vehicle. It was very obvious it was not cleaned from person or 2 before me. 2 empty water bottle, McDonald’s food wrappers in pocket of door &, french fries in passenger seat. They get 1star for giving me a 2020 edition of my car.

My visits to the United BMW Roswell dealership have always been awesome and it just continues to get better. I walked into the dealership 18 months ago just to look for a potential new vehicle to replace my aged but beloved BMW X-5. They were so friendly and accommodating with absolutely NO pressure sales pitches. It was so refreshing to have genuine assistance and attention to my needs. The purchase was seamless and occurred within 48hrs. I was assigned a service advisor who is Francisco Torres. He is the absolute best. He loves what he does and it shows in his attention to detail in how he handles his clients. Every time Ive had an issue ( which has been damage to my tires-thanks to construction in my neighborhood) Ive notified him and hes made me an appointment, arrangements for a loaner vehicle and impeccable service within 24hrs. I purchased the extended tire warranty and it has been the best money Ive ever spent. So I had my 740li serviced at United BMW in October 2019 (oil change and spark plugs /wires). Two months later, my car alerted me of an oil change. So I called to explain the issue, and was given an appointment the next day (Saturday). I get there, then was told that they would reset it according to the current mileage. I have to be honest (me being petty), expected an oil change (on them), this due to their negligence. I had to fight that Atlanta traffic both ways, my valued time and all of that.I have to be honest, until this visit, a was 100% satisfied with them. But it only takes one time to change everything.

It’s an reserved appointment for a routine service for my car and that was my first service for the car I purchased from same dealership. The process is smooth and John S is very knowledgable and patient, the service is done immaculately and no complaints. A couple of observations though: they could not find my appointment, I was expecting the service advisor meets me directly and the I have to remind them that I was there after a 25 min wait.

This is my second time getting my car serviced at United BMW. Both experiences were awful. In this case I called ahead and asked how long it would take for the service. They said no more than an hour and I booked an 8 AM appointment because I was told this was the most efficient time. After arriving I waited for about 15 to 20 minutes and then Carol came over. I ended up waiting for longer than 2 1/2 hours. Apparently there was a recall needed but they didn’t mention to me. Otherwise I would’ve gone home while they worked on it. While I was in the waiting room I got an email from Ciera. She said she could make an aggressive offer on a trade-in if I was interested. I said I would be willing to listen. It took her a long time to find me in the lounge. Eventually she came over we spoke briefly she did not give me a number for my vehicle and said she would follow up. I have not heard from her since despite two emails on my part to her. She is unprofessional and should not be in a business to involve customers. I don’t know why I would come back here either for Service or for a vehicle

I went into United BMW Roswell looking for a specific car at a specific price and Brent Calvert, the sales rep, was incredibly helpful. From the moment I walked up he made me feel like I was really being taken care of. It took awhile to find just the right car, this was not a quick visit, but he worked tirelessly for a few hours to get me just the deal I needed. In the end, he put me in a lease of a car that was previously in their exec loaner program. In short, I was able to lease a pristine 328i with about 13k miles, but as a new car. All the same warranty, service, etc, but at a significantly lower price than a brand new one. The only thing it was missing was the new car smell, it was in amazing shape. The people are who really make a dealership, not their storefront, their website, their showroom. Its the people who will either turn you off or make you come back. Brent is one of the latter. Throughout the day i felt like he was really trying to help me, understanding that if you put the customer first, youll win in the end. He could have easily stopped trying to find me that special deal and moved on but he stuck with it. Ill be back...

First of all, I don’t appreciate receiving a text message for a survey on Sunday morning.As for the service, (software update for problems with the rear view camera) and my scheduling a service appointment online. After arriving at your service center, I was told that there was no record of my having scheduled the appointment. I presented my email that confirmed the appointment, and was told at that time that they would proceed with upgrade. I was provided a loaner, so pleased with that after being told the upgrade could take 2 to 3 hours. Upgrade was successful, and was able to pick up my car later in the afternoon.

The customer service was great. Very friendly and professional. I always try to find the good in people and not trying to find a way to find something wrong. I have owned three bmws in the past. I like the power, not necessarily the status quo. A great driving machine, if you keep the maintenance going as with any vehicle. My experience there was great. The staff is very customer service oriented. I work in retail on the health side, but you will never make all people happy as some are just simply miserable with life. I purchased a very low mileage, almost new, 2012 650 convertible from United BMW of Roswell, GA, on May 20, 2013.The service from sales adviser, Jim Tompkins, was exemplary. I drove the car back to Philly (1,000 miles) and the car far exceeded my expectations. Lots of heads turn and many thumbs up, with the top down. I negotiated price via e-mail and found the final price below market. Jim was fair, honorable, and an outstanding BMW representative. Closing was short and I was treated as if I was their only customer. This is a class organization, to be sure.This car was exactly as it was represented on their web site. No tricks here. Absolute waste of time, my bmw had a few issues that needed attention, their appointments department was super friendly and polite, told me that they would have a loaner for me or provide a rental if needed. Also said they would wash my car after the service. Welp picked up the car after being told that everything was fixed. Was satisfied with how the experience went until the check engine light came back on driving home for the same issue and also realized that the car was not washed. It looks like im going to have to take my business to a different dealer as I have absolutely no faith in this one.Update: I tried to give them a second chance, I emailed the service manager in response to his reply. Absolutely nothing was done to rectify the issue of them literally doing nothing to fix the problems I had with my vehicle. Fortunately when I took my car to Global BMW they handled my concerns quickly and efficiently. They also found the thousands of dollars in issues United pushed out the door as a code error. Dont waste your time with United BMW.

Revised review: I dont think I will ever recommend or return to this dealership. They kept my car for over a week without keeping us posted on ETA. Initially, I was underwhelmed w the human interaction, esp that of my advisor Ryan. He made me feel as if I was bothering him. I never mentioned this to my husband, but interestingly he got the same vibe. Below, I did recieve a comment on my post, but no one ever called to follow up. After such a marvelous sales experience, this is not at all what I expected.Jury is still out on the service dept. I have been there twice this week. (Because they didnt have a loaner on my first trip, so I needed to b reschedule as my car making odd noise. I did make a.m appointment, and was never asked if I needed a loaner. Btw it is always easier to just wait vs having to come back etc. ) Both times I was made to feel like I was just an annoyance. Being made to feel this unimportant isnt how anyone wants to be treated. I have referred 2 people who have purchased cars because of the easy sales process. Prob wont do that again.

I havent bought my car from him yet due to challenges of moving and such, but he has called me a few times and emailed me cars that I wanted. Hes not pushy he just calls to check in and see if we are still interested.The experience thus far for someone who is looking was really nice. Overall good experience.Sales person, John Flett was fantastic. No pressure but followed through and very honest.Technician, Alfredo, who taught me the features was great. Leaned in 1/2 hour what would have taken weeks to figure out.Ambivalent toward sales manager. Asked if I could put a deposit to hold the car until I could get done with a call and drive up there and he refused. Said he had plenty of reps that could sell that car. Did not expect that from United BMW. Fortunately, I was pleased with that particular car and with John as my sales representative.

I purchased a beautiful 430i on yesterday. Marcelo Guevara was my salesperson. He was EXCEPTIONAL!!!!! He not only found me the car that I wanted but he was also able to pick up on my style and knew the car with the red leather interior was totally me. The best part of it all was that I got an awesome deal too. He even stayed until 10p to close my paperwork and answered a text message at 11p when I had a question about the car. Dan helped me with the financing and was professional and personable to the end. Great process from beginning to end. If you come to this dealership, ask for Marcelo!
