Could be bigger, have more selection on hand. Staff is VERY helpful, going out of their way to assist.

Our semi broke down between Roswell & Tatum yesterday afternoon,,, needed an alternator and belt,,, Bert actually went above and beyond the call of duty and brought our parts to us when he closed the store.. Bert and his friend (sorry I don’t remember his friends name) are 2 of the most upstanding and courteous young men I have ever had the pleasure of meeting.. thank you so much for the knowledge and help you brought to us,, and ESPECIALLY THANK YOU gentlemen for following us into Tatum to make sure we made it!! I bought a few filters here once, they told me they would be in, in a couple of days, I told them it was fine and went ahead and payed for them. When I went to pick them up they told me they had sold them to someone else after I had already payed for them when I originally came in. They did not have any other ones in stock so i wont be coming here anymore

Had hard to find belts and a really friendly staff. In and out under 10 mins without a part number. Ill probably bring all of my business here next time.

They had the NAPA brand battery I wanted.The service, if you could call it that, was next to worthless. Four people at the counter, one other customer at the counter, and I had to stand there waiting for three of them to lower themselves to wait on me. Finally someone else from one of the aisles asked what I wanted. Then they were barely able to communicate, as if it was all they could do to manage a few curt words and snatch my money and send me on my way. Thank goodness they are not like that in most other NAPA stores.
