Everyone is extremely nice here! I was hoping to get a cheaper pair of glasses so that I would be able to afford the no glare, but unfortunately they did not have much to choose from in that selection, so I got the best that worked for my face frame and they were more than what I was anticipating to spend.I live in Garfield, so it takes me a while to get to town. Well, when they were ready to be picked up I received a text that they were open between 8 to 5 to pick up. I went on my lunch break and unfortunately they were closed for lunch as well. I was pretty irritated with this. I went back the next day after taking my lunch early. My glasses were fitting fine after trying them on, and then the employee that adjusts glasses said she was going to tighten them up a little. I agreed, even though they felt alright. She took them and went to the back. This is new to me because every other time that I had ever had glasses adjusted, it was always done in front of me. She brought them back and I put them on and they felt ok at that moment so I left. After having them on a few minutes on my ride back home I realized they were sitting crooked on my face and way too tight on the ear pieces which I believe was causing me to have a headache.I will be going to Walmart to adjust my glasses tonight. Hopefully they will be open.

Excellent service. Friendly staff. The ladies even helped hold my baby while I tried on glasses and filled out paperwork. They were kind, attentive, and gave suggestions on which lenses looked best on my face. I highly recommend!

Tri-State Optical Center rocks! Despite the fact that they are no longer in network for my current insurance, I still use Tri-State. Their customer service is EXCELLENT. In fact, I just got my sunglasses repaired and everyone with whom I came in contact was super nice and accommodating. Ive used Tri State Optical for several years and am pleased with the doctors and their exams. I continue to use Tri State because of Sam. She knows what shes doing and always makes sure my glasses are in perfect condition and alignment. Shes very personable and has made it easy to develop a friendship. Shes definitely a tremendous asset to this business.

Dr. Kate Landis is AWESOME! Ive never been able to see correctly in contacts and had given them up.... First time seeing her and told her this and she didnt give up. Now I wear contacts every day and see better than ever. The whole staff is always friendly and helpful. Id recommend her to everyone.

Just moved to the area, and was down to my last pair of contacts. I thought, Oh, Ill make an appointment somewhere soon... then one of my lenses got a tear in it. I called Tri State because it was the first google search result, and thank goodness it was. Even though my prescription was expired, they used it to give me a sample pair of lenses to get me through, since there was not an available appointment for a week. During the appointment Dr. Landis was great. Easy to talk to, funny...it felt like talking to a friend. I was in and out within half an hour, prices comparable or lower than Ive experienced at other offices. Highly recommend.

Fast. Modern. Friendly. And not too scary (dont like things touching my eyes). Mostly they rock at customer service when you get old and need to start wearing glasses in your 40s.

My family has been getting our eye exams, contacts, & glasses here for many years & we love it! Dr. Landis is very kind & knowledgeable. The staff is very friendly as well & is quick at helping fix small problems like a missing nose pad or a lost screw. We will continue to be customers of Tri-State Optical for a very long time!!

We visit Tri-State Optical 2-3 times a year and the staff is polite, friendly and helpful. We adore Dr Kate Landis and feel like we are visiting a friend each time we go. I have no reason to go anywhere else and do not plan to. It is important to go to a medical provider you feel comfortable with and can trust to give you the correct information when it comes to your health. We are very satisfied with Tri-State.

Dr. Kate is amazing! Shes the kind of person that makes you feel like you are her only patient, and appreciate all she does for me!

For 10+ years i have tried to get glasses that my wife would wear and each time after $400 a pair she would put them away and never ware them.. that is until we found this shop. Sure my wife had a very strange problem with one far sighted and the other near sighted. we knew all this but this place went further and found the she had double vision which required a prism effect added to the lens. Since then i dont believe she has ever taken her classes off. Recently we went back for our annual check up and and they gave her a stronger prescription and found her glaucoma is getting worse, but is in the early stages. We love the fact that they dont rush us through the shop but take their time to make sure we are happy with our glasses and we are grateful for their dedication to their profession!

Ive been goin here for about 15 years now and Ive never had a bad experience.

The front office receptionist is extremely rude. I tried setting up an appointment and ended up being told to call and go somewhere else because I hadnt seen them in a couple years. If it werent for the receptionist Id still be a patient there.

Bought glasses from here. Sam was probably the most helpful person Ive met while dealing with glasses and contacts for thepast ten years.

They try to sell you glasses even though you dont need them even though your eyesight is perfect they will do everything possible to sell you glasses my most recent visit $ 300 the consultation, and since the school required a physical exam from my daughter I had to pay but its not fair that they charge so much! and the insurance? thats another scam ...
