The staff was so nice and friendly! They helped me find the right frames and made sure they fit perfectly on my face!! And i only had to wait 29 minutes for 2 pair of glasses!!!! WOW And they were so inexpensive! Beyond satisfied with my experience there!!!

My experience with Eyemart Express was great. They commit to getting prescription lenses in an hour, but they actually did their work in about 27 minutes and it was a great experience. This speed in delivering is matched by great customer service. We needed back up lens for my daughter and they had some very affordable ones starting at $19.99. Will recommend the place.

Quick & conveniently you’re in a hurry, but this is the only place that I’ve purchased glasses where they didn’t take the time to fit the glasses to my face when I picked them up. The two times I’ve picked up glasses there, the people at the counter seemed like they couldn’t care less. I had to get on the Internet to learn how to fit my own glasses, and spend days trying to get them to fit right.

The manager stayed 20 minutes late after closing to finish taking care of my eye needs. We were in town, but live 45 minutes from the store. So appreciated his efforts to take care of his customer no matter what it took. Even sacrificing his own time.

I needed a pair of glasses ASAP for a vision test I had a couple days from the date I appeared at the Rogers location. Previously, I visited the location in Springdale and they were very rude and unwelcoming. I left that location and visited the Rogers location and let me just say my experience was AMAZING. Brett greeted me as soon as I walked in and asked me to let him know if I needed help with anything. I never really wore glasses so I had no idea of what to look for. He personally helped me pick 2 pairs of glasses that accommodated my needs. You can tell he loves what he does and we need more of that in this world. They always do great with getting you a pair of glasses in an hour. My only disappointment was that we were not really guided or helped in getting frames for our 4 year old. The drawer was rather unorganized and it took a lot of trial and error to find ones that fit. Once you do pick them out and get someone to order your lenses the rest goes smoothly.

Eyemart express in Rogers went above and beyond to provide excellent service. A special Thank You to Brett for being extra kind and friendly to my 10year old while choosing sunglasses to protect her eyes while she’s outside at recess. I dont know if this girl was new but she seemed to be very confused. One side of my glasses was very flimsy so I went to this store to figure out why. Turns out it was missing a screw. I had to figure that out on my own. Stacey, the rep i worked with couldnt figure it out. I had to tell her we needed a screwdriver and while she tried her best to screw it on, I could see how frustrated she was so i screwed it in myself. Not to mention this took her a few times going back and forth from wherever in the back to get the right tools. Then I thought about getting new glasses because these ones are worn but she wasnt very helpful. She picked the first one that she turned her head to each time but they all looked the same and didnt fit my face. I could hear her sighing as I tried on each one (only four pairs, mind you) and every question I had, she had to run off and ask someone else for. I eventually noticed the prices I asked for were right on the frame but she was just as unaware as I was.. I wanted to work with someone else but they were all busy but I guess I should appreciate her efforts in interrupting them to give me an answer. I dont know how I feel about the place now and I dont want to attribute it to just this one person but, what else can I say? She also wasnt very apologetic about everything that happened and seemed to be very disinterested in working there. This location was convenient for me but I may just want to go somewhere else now. Needless to say, I just walked out.

We have used Eyemart Express almost exclusively for the last 10 years, and are really glad they opened a store in Rogers!! One year we decided to use Sams Club for the convenience (since we shop there several times a month), and were sorry we did.Stacey has been our sales person for the last 2 years, and we have been extremely satisfied with her service and knowledge. I am really rough on my glasses and regularly need adjustments, and it seems like she is always there with a smile on her face! 😀 The fellas are always nice and helpful too.This last year has been a challenge for most businesses (because of covid), but they havent seemed to let it effect their level of outstanding service. And their prices cant be beat if you compare them with other eyeglass places.We are HAPPY customers and will be headed to the Roger location for another years worth of glasses SOON!! 😀

Yesterday I had a wonderful experience with Eyemart Express in Rogers, AR. I wanted to put the existing lenses of a new pair of glasses into different frames. Where I bought the glasses from was unable to do this because I was going from half-rim frames to full-rim frames. I was going to be out the cost of the glasses, which was over $200. I went to Eyemart Express and the manager, Jason, was amazing. He quickly assured me that he could indeed put the existing lenses into new frames. Within minutes I had a gorgeous new pair of glasses. They are absolutely perfect! I would highly recommend Eyemart Express and that is where I intend to get all my new glasses.

Friendly and quick service but crowded and which made it harder to shop

I am very disappointed with my experience at imart Express. I got my new glasses and realized there was something wrong. I had my eye doctor check out my glasses and both lenses were incorrect I had to go back to Eyemart Express and use my day off to have the lenses fixed I hope that next time they will double check that the prescription and the lenses match.

Jason and the staff were very helpful and friendly. My husband broke his frames and can’t see without his glasses. We went in on a Saturday and they found frames that worked with his lenses in house!!! We will definitely be taking our business to them. Thank you Eye Mart Express!!!!!

Never going to LensCrafters ever again! Eyemart will be my new to go place for prescription glasses. The staff here is very nice and they got my prescription glasses ready in 30 min!, I couldn’t believe it! They have good selection of glasses, but not much high end to choose from, they have Gucci but no Prada or Versace, so I got some of their Gucci selection. I recommend everyone to come here.

I had another amazing experience yesterday at Eyemart Express in Rogers, AR. I had ordered some glasses on line through Eyemart Express and the glasses turned out to be too big and too heavy. I did take the glasses to my local Eyemart Express and had them adjusted. But they still felt awkward. I went back to the local office worried about what I was going to do. But from the minute I walked in, the entire staff was so understanding. They assured me that they were going to make it better. And they did. Especially Stacey. She went above and beyond to help me find a solution. She was very patient and listened to what I was saying. Long story short, Stacey helped me find some new glasses that I really, really love. I came in with my prescription and talked to an Eyemart Rep., told him my situation, and he gave me different options to chose from— including an amazing deal, I got 2 pairs of glasses for $42.00. I cannot day enough about salesman/associate Brett. I chose a particular frame, however in my first 6 days, I had to have them adjusted 4 times. Brett came to my rescue and found the size of my nose piece was way too big. I opted to replace the frames. There was no way I could make a decision so I had Brett pick what HE felt would look good on an older gray haired woman. I’ve had so many compliments. Brett took so much time making sure my new frames fit well & adjusted as I needed . He was an absolute jewel. I’m so glad Eyemart is in Rogers now. I had the best eye exam I have ever had with the optometrist next door and then Brett Alexander the young man who helped me went above and beyond for me. I had 2 new pair of progressives with transitions in less than an hour. I used my spectra insurance and out of pocket for less than $100.00. No better deals and service than Eyemart.

Best eye glass buying experience EVER!! Even though I had insurance that covered mostly all, I noticed that the regular cost was not that expensive compared to other places. Everyone there is so friendly and they have a great selection of frames. The best part was waiting only 20 minutes for my glasses to be done as they do them there on site. I’ll definitely be back!

I tend to think shopping for glasses is always a fun thing to do. The employees at Eyemart Express in Rogers only added to the fun. I was greeted with a hello and a warm smile as soon as I walked through the door. The young man that helped me was fantastic from searching for the perfect pair of glasses to the payment process. I even ended up buying a pair of prescription sunglasses as well. All for much less than I would have spent on one pair anywhere else! Not only that both pairs were completed in under 50 minutes. High quality frames with a full warranty for a year. I couldnt be more pleased!

We got there about 330pm, they were PACKED. We were immediately greeted and told about the wait. We accepted. They were super busy, but we were in and out in about 45 min. Both glasses were done on time (530) and picked up the same day. Stacey was great to work with!

I am very happy with my glasses. I never felt pressured by the staff to spend more than my budget. They spent as much time as I needed to make sure the fit of my new glasses was correct. Excellent service.

If you go on a busy day, dont stress. Spend the time trying on frames, because when its your turn, you will receive 5 star service. Have a script? Bring it or have it faxed over. No? Not to worry the doc is right next door! Have your own frames? Thats fine too. All around full service awesomeness. Seeing clearly and smiling brightly.

They are very helpful and will work with you, including doing remakes if you find your glasses arent working for you. Manager Jason is very customer-focused and makes sure you are pleased with your glasses!

After Eyemart contacted me regarding my rating and how it was unacceptable to be treated the way I was, I thought Id give them another chance. Im SO glad I did! I decided to take my stepdaughter in to get her yearly glasses. We were greeted with smiles and hellos from every employee in the lobby. We browsed the frames and Brett helped us get the best value for our budget. We received her glasses in less than an hour. The store manager, Jason, was the one who gave us her glasses when they were done. He made a point to make sure we were happy with the fit, the style, the value and the customer service. I will be back and I will tell my friends and family. Thank you EyeMart Express for reaching out to make sure I got the customer service I deserve.I really shouldnt give any stars at this point. I was in the store over the weekend and I was treated poorly by an employee named Joann. The store was busy, so I knew I might have to wait for a few minutes. Initially when she greeted me she was smiling and happy, but when I told her I was there for the 2 pair special her whole attitude changed, she became rude. I was told she would be right with me. As I was browsing the store other customers came in and were greeted the same as I was by the other store employees as well as herself. When she finished with her customer I fully expected her to come to me and assist me with my purchase. She did not! She went on to the next couple that came in that I had overheard saying that they both were wanting to get glasses. I completely felt like I was purposely skipped over for the larger sale. I waited around for a few more minutes and when another associate didnt become available I just left the store and went elsewhere. I was so disappointed because I had heard so many great things. Someone needs to go over good customer service skills with her!

I got a great pair of glasses at a super price. In fact, I had a change of heart with the first pair of frames I had, so I went in the next day and they did a complete swap out without any problem! I bought 2 pair of glasses, one pair was bifocal (progressive) with tint, for less than the cost of one pair of bifocals anywhere else. When I got the glasses home, I notice my bifocal was off, it was higher than normal. I went in, was seen, they examined the glasses, and the bifocal lense was indeed a little high. It was suggested that the frames I had were not right for the shape of my face and bifocal lenses. The clerk helped pick a pair of frames that would work, at no cost to me, and within 15 minutes, my glasses are in the lab, Im on my way home.

Excellent service. They will truly go out of their way to save you money; even looking up coupons online for you to apply to your purchase. My order was accidentally placed in the next day bin instead of the 1hr bin, but under $60 total for two pairs of glasses the next day totally makes up for the minor error.
