I had a situation with the return policy, she couldnt prove it by the receipt, so she got mad and told me to get out the store shes not serving me she almost called the police on me, I was very nice to her, but after she said that I was scared, things could have gotten bigger than what it was because of her actions, I will not be going back, Rockingham NC.

Friendly and helpful

The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. They even took the time out to help me select a game when I wasnt sure what I wanted. I have never had a bad experience here. Theyre even friendly over the phone which is rare these days.

Ok I guess, son was disappointed about his in store credit on his PS4 which was supposed to have been $125.00 but the associate said a very small crack along the handle which really wasnt even noticable by any of us except him lol knocked the store credit down to $78.25 was a big blow to this Fornite warrior. I guess he will survive and they will obviously profit off of his game???🤔 Smooth criminal!?
