The worst service EVER!!! The first week no problems the next week internet kept going out calls dropping phone not ringing not receiving messages phone started freezing up and operating slow I could push 1 button ot would take 2 minutes to literally react anytime I went in a store no service at! I went to return the phone & was within my 14 days of the return I was told I couldnt return it because I had more than 2 hours of talk time! Duuuuhhhh!! Its a phone! So my best bet would be to call the warranty people & was given the warranty number oh & told that was my district manager I called by the way hahaha like it made a difference! Switching my service & I will never recommend them to anyone else! Worst service I ever had. Thats why its so cheap!

Refusing service for not wearing a mask is unlawful! Also there is no pandemic, never was. Think Im lying ... check the CDC website but make sure to remove your blinders otherwise youll continue in the dark.

This service is not good at all Ive been without service all day today. And for the last 3 months bad signal. Do not waste your money.

Went in there to get new phone but the girl working in store was on phone with her boyfriend and did not even say hi when I entered the store and kept talking over the phone for 10 mnts while I waited to be Helped but she did not even got up from chair and kept talking and talking, finally I left and decided to buy new phone from Verizon store (super nice people )I don’t recommend this store !!
