OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!!!! I called One Custom Clothier yesterday with a few questions that were very specific to my needs. I just had a surgery & called asking if it would be possible to have a compression garment tailored (typically you have to go to a very specific type of tailor to have something like this done). Although One Custom Clothier couldn’t help me specifically, the owner & his wife chatted with me on the phone for quite some time trying to answer my questions to the best of their ability! They even gave me the name of a place that could do exactly what I needed which saved me so much time! On top of that, the owner was the kindest, most pleasant person ever! My husband and I had a wonderful experience working with Vince. 4 days before our wedding we found ourselves in terrible trouble. I called Vince in a panic. He was able to calm me down with his knowledge and professionalism. He agreed to have us stop in the next day to see if there was anything he could do to help, also stating if he couldn’t help he would direct us to someone who could. As a Woman of color who is masculine of center, it is very difficult if not impossible to find a reputable tailor that will custom fit and design mens suits for a womans body. I came into One Custom Clothier looking for a new suit for my nieces wedding. I hadnt bought a suit in years and didnt have a clue what I was looking for. Unfortunately, I didnt come in soon enough for a custom made suit but Vince was extremely generous with his time and helped me find a suit with matching shirt and tie and will have it altered in time for me to wear to the wedding.I already have an appointment scheduled with Vince to have him make me a custom suit. I honestly can’t speak highly enough of this establishment!! From the knowledge they have to the atmosphere of the shop, it was 5 star from the moment you walk in. I was helped tremendously. I was a late invite to a wedding for a friend and it’s on Saturday. I needed something that was nice, but that I could get quick. I have an athletic build that throws all my measurements off, but he was able to help. He called his son to go to the warehouse to see if they had my size. They do not do off the shelf anymore and the jacket and pants were the last size for me!! He went above and beyond to help me out and is even rush ordering it for me so I can have it Friday evening for Saturday!! The best place to get a suit hands down and they have a costumer for life!! There was no “shopping” when I set out to look for a suit for my wedding. I only had six weeks and did not want to compromise on getting a finely tailored three-piece suit for the occasion. We were looking to have a custom suit created for our wedding, and One Clothier far surpassed our expectations. Service was beyond anything we could have expected. Vince took over 1.5 hours to review our wedding look carefully choosing fabrics, buttons, finishes that would be perfect for the day. He even took the time to help us select colors for the groomsmen and father outfits to ensure the grooms suit would stand out. He went the extra mile yet again and added in a custom grooms shirt at no additional charge. While these suits are not the most economical option for a wedding, they are by far the best option. Vince and his team created an outfit that made the grooms experience just as special as the brides and the suit is beautifully and perfectly tailored so he is able to wear it over and over again for special occasions. I recently went to One Custom Clothier to get a suit for my wedding. I wanted a somewhat atypical color for the suit, and I was pleased that Vince, the owner, was able to show me a number of different fabrics in this color. Choosing customizations for the suit was a lot of fun! Vince was a great listener -- he gently made suggestions not only in regards to what would look good, but also what would be most functional. It was very helpful to get Vinces feedback on both the look and functionality of the suit as he has an excellent sense of style as well as a wealth of knowledge and experience when it comes to constructing and wearing quality suits. Vince was very upfront about pricing, which I appreciated. He had options for various budgets and did not try to upsell me on anything. That being said, it was nice that you can get everything you need from One -- suits, shirts, ties, pocket squares, cufflinks, belts, and shoes. I took advantage of this to get a very handsome pair of customized shoes and matching belt. The whole process was easy -- Vince was very friendly and informative and walked me through everything step by step, down to little details like how to properly fold and care for the suit. As for the final product -- the fit was impeccable, and I couldnt be happier with it! I am a female that wears men’s clothing. If you are too, THIS is the tailor for you. My biggest issue with other suits/tailors was being told the suit fit “as it should”. But, I’m not buying a custom suit so that it fits me like it would fit a man. I’m not a man, I don’t have a mans body. Vince, at One was willing to work with me to create a suit that fits MY body- even if that meant multiple fittings. Vince makes sure you love every detail right down to the size of your pockets.
