I do all my shopping online and have for over a decade now. Going in to buy my son some sneakers he wanted, young lady in footlocker was very pleasant. She searched for every size 15 she could get for my son. He bought 2 pairs and we are satisfied customers. I did not know these self tie via app and you can change the color, technology wowzer!

I wasnt thrilled with the prices! I could find better at others stores or even on Amazon for cheep! The people working seemed to busy to ask if we needed help...only if they thought we were buying something then they ask..#sorry but not sorry

The young ladies are very rude especially Alexis.Thy make you feel very uncomfortable .If Matt Isn’t There I won’t shop with any of them .Thy don’t like to get the shoes you ask for like hello ths is your job .Vey unprofessional..

Great customer service and prices although a lot of times when you asked employees to get a shoe sizes they get side tracked. Obviously they have to tend to other customers but higher staffing would give this a 5 stars.

Not a bad layout, feel like there could be more selection. House of Hoops there is nothing special but I will say it usually has stock of the shoe youre looking for.

Ordered the new Jordan Retro for my husband that they didnt have in store. Staff was very helpful and made the process very simple for me. I was notified when it was available for pickup. Staff was very helpful. Awesome customer service will definitely go back. The decor of the store is nice, different, and unique. Very well kept and clean.

Because I had suprises that I had account for the footlocker on recently last week and save it for future!

I recently had a horrible experience, we bought my son a pair of Reebox Crossover for Christmas, hes 14 years old and this was his main gift and he was so excited. He put them on for the first time and the plastic rim around the lace tore, so we took them back and was assured by the cashier that we would receive a new pair in the mail within 3 to 5 days, so we checked the mail every day for 7 days and then called the store and they told us they were not coming and they were out of them and they send a refund check in the mail. My son is devastated, we would have just kept the original pair if we were told the truth on the beginning. This is horrible customer service and I am very upset by this.

Kicked us out for asking employee a question and made us feel judged when we we looking for items in the store. My friends and I feel very attacked personally because of that.

So on Monday June 17th I purchased Jump man pro by Jordan shoes today June 20th when I attempted to return the shoes after being told by an employee if I have any issues with the shoes I could return the shoes and receive a full refund as long as I had the box and receipt this assistant manager was very rude after I explained to him what the girl previously told me all I can do is an even exchange well the whole reason for my return was because the style of the shoe bothers my feet because I have had several foot surgeries he acted like as if I was a bothersome to be there I am so surprised he even made it to assistant manager anyways so yes he offered either store credit or even exchange now keep in mind the price I paid for the shoes was 110 the shoes retail price are 140 plus tax I explained to him what am I supposed to do with 110 store credit so he offered me a 25.00 birthday discount well my mother asked the guy if she could speak to the store manager the guy stated she was out until the next day so my mom asked if he could phone her to see if there was a way she could help he says miss no I won’t would you want a phone call on your day off I’m not calling her then he says your gonna have to either take what I offered or come back when his manager was there it’s like how rude and unprofessional here I spent all this money on Jordons and this is how I am treated so I told him I won’t be returning to that store because of the behavior and how poorly I was treated by him so when I got home I changed my mind so I sent my partner with the receipt and shoes and told him to get the store credit when my partner got there the guy states he won’t be giving any store credit just an exchange I’m so upset and unhappy I don’t won’t be recommending this store to any of my friends/family

I made a purchase at footlocker in the Greece ridge mall. when I swiped my debit card the girl said it didnt go thru she had to swipe it again I entered my debit pin twice so I asked her will I be charged twice she said no u wont. sure enough when I got home and checked my bank account the debit purchase went thru twice so a 202.08 debit turned into a 404.16 money gone out of my account. 3 days before Christmas. I called the store and they said this has happened before (and they didnt fix the problem) so I should wait till the next day and the money will go back on my card... Lies, now its 2 days before Christmas footlocker has all the money to my name and still wont return it. I have to wait 5-7 business days for them to investigate. Dont trust footlocker, I spend 1000s of dollars there a year, and they cant give a valued customer her money back on the double charge that was their fault. Single mom with 2 kids that cant get her money before Christmas! WOW what happened to customer appreciation. I didnt authorize them to take extra money! But they wont return the money 202.08 that they took from me... Dont even bother with corporate because they give you the same bogus story.... Merry Christmas to me and my kids! Footlocker you ruined it! I needed that money, Thanks for nothing!!!!!
