The employees were wonderful. They greeted us when we entered the store, told us about the sale they were having and helped me get a few coupons for my next visit. I will definitely be going back soon.

Quite a large variety of unique and trendy merchandise. The items that granddaughter purchased were reasonably priced. We were greeted by friendly and helpful emoyees.

This is probably my favorite Hot Topic location. The staff is always friendly and eager to help. I feel like they go above and beyond to make sure I can find what I’d like. I always feel like I’m at home when I come to this store. I also like that this store is neatly organized unlike some hot topic locations where the stock can feel overwhelming. I recommend shopping here to anyone really, I promise you’ll find something you love!

Favorite store since I was 13

The staff are very welcoming and friendly. This is the place to come for anything trendy. They have clothing and merchandise from most of the current major Fandoms. They have a pretty decent collection of Pops figures, including hot topic exclusive items. Theyre selection of body jewelry and plugs is decent. I only wish they had the same shirts available in guy cuts, as the girl shirts have a lot of great variety, but have cap sleeves.

One of my favourite stores to go to in the mall. They always have great service with the workers and stuff they have in stock is always pretty cool. One thing that could be either fixed is lowered is the price. I dont tend to buy too much due to its price of clothing and items being really expensive.

Got 3 belly button rings 2 I paid for one was free with my 5 hole punches it was under 25$ for all 3 which is awesome. Also with my receipt if any of them break i can return it for the same one so a steal really! Great customer service 😇👝💎

Not the store but the online experience totally screwed my son for xmas. my order was over $200 so they needed telephone confirmation. they sent ONE email that i never saw and then cancelled my entire order. after being on hold for days wondering where my items were i was told only 2 out of the entire order were available. I will NEVER BUY from hot topic online again.....they could have called me and sent more emails.
