I was very disappointed to learn that there is a NO RETURN & NO REFUND when you cant try on the clothes. That is absurd! Its the least they can do is return to exchange. Avoid Goodwill for clothing.

Nice and unique selection of items but smaller than most other Goodwill locations.Employees and management are all very nice and keep the store in good condition.Deserves a spot in any thrift store marathon shopping spree.

Drive up Contactless donation is a great idea, just pop the trunk and theyll take what you got. Little bit of a wait, had to use the car horn to get service, not sure if anyone is really on watch. But overall quick and easy.

The Cashiers are very helpful and curtious. The store was very organized and clean and they also have the Covid- 19 warning out to.

Recently rearranged, always a great place to find deals on shoes and clothes. Smaller than some stores but has quality items. Some new items and snacks are available for purchase as well. The book section has some hidden gems.

Love this place so many things and cheap🥰 camera was 6 and printer was 12.

Very good place to shop for clothes and house stuff. Some things are new with tags on them. The workers there was very friendly they welcome me to the store with a hello and goodbye. They place was neat and organized, quiet. I will be returning to this store again.

The selection is ok (very, very few Halloween items if thats what youre looking for), but its the customer service that only gets 3 stars. Every time Ive been in theyve been on their phones, they dont know areas where things are located, and weve been overcharged, or our purchases dont end up coming home with us. Behind the counter is very disorganized.

Real nice and spacious!! I was able to get 6 out of 7 items purchased with tags on them and I was able to use my 25% card along with color of the week.

I was in midday on Saturday and they were busier than I expected. Despite that, when the line for the register got long, they had someone else jump o to the registers to help. Additionally, earlier, I saw one employee directly helping a customer in a scooter. That level of assistance is heartening to see.

I love this goodwill. I just got a nice scarf for my hair and with my senior discount paid less. Too bad they no longer have color coded sales😢

These stores have turned into nothing but GREEDwill. They upped the amount of times you have to donate in order to receive a coupon for other donated goods. They jacked up all of the prices and removed any discounts weekly. They also dont allow you to return items purchased at other stores, so make sure you want to spend $10 in gas to return an item you buy. absolutely disgusting organization.

Had little stuff that I was looking for this location always lacks in the home decor and boy clothing area.

The workers at Goodwill are always pleasant to me.

This is not the kind of large thrift store you might drive in from out of town to shop at, but it is a convenient location for inner city people who need a deal on something. They use colorized price tags and, on a rotating basis, one color is always 50% off which really improves the deal if you can find something that will work and has the correct color tag.

The flag thats on your building is torn and tattered, very disrespectful, and needs replacing. Im referring to the building and flag thats visible from 490.

Good, but had some issues with merchandise not being priced and tagged. Because of this, I could not purchase some of the items I wanted to buy.

Surprisingly good merchandise. Great variety in clothing, and great variety in other household/entertainment items. Clean environment, and friendly employees.

I’ve always liked shopping at this location.... but recently under new management I have noticed a decline in the quality of the store (the set up, items, and prices) and the people who work there..... they have some very rude and unprofessional sales associates working at this location. I politely asked for a fitting room and right off the bat the cashier gave me the nastiest attitude saying “well you’re gonna have to wait a minute” with the meanest looking face... I really cannot understand why the attitude. If you don’t enjoy working with people then don’t....

I try to go in to see caught a good bargain... its always hit or miss.. Customer Service is great...

Id love a Thrift option that pays employees living wage, didnt take advamtage of the corrupt judicial system and wasnt for profit

I am amazed ! at these reviews? The goodwill store here in Rochester are stealing from the customers. If items have more then one sticker, they take the items and up the price. If you are Hispanic, black, Chinese,Indian looking, they are suspicious of the tickets on the Items and up the prices. Before, the color of the week, they take items off the shelves that sell and leave the worn out items . These are my current experiences at the goodwill stores in Hennrietta and South Clinton. So Sad?? Makes you think were the moneys going.

Good items, organized!

Items are extremely overpriced. Ive only been approached by only one mean and rude cashier, an older hispanic woman who doesnt seem to have manners or good customer service experience/relations. All others are awesome!! Im an avid shopper, but since experiencing such bad customer service, I will not be visiting this store again for a while...as well as, a few other shoppers that have expressed the same sentiments.
