They were good in the beginning but they disregard the fact if you are in the hospital or you just had a child and they will threaten to have people attend to your home the day after you miss a payment and they keep pressing you for their money they do not care if you are disabled pregnant or in the hospital recovering or if you lost your job or having a hard time with finances

At Rent A Center it been a nightmare I got a leather couch set when they bring it into my house they damage it took over a year to get it fixed also got a mattress set from them very poor Quarry and got a refrigerator and it was damaged bad customer service and very poor time management due to people pay they bills way Before Time I went 2 Aarons great customer service and no damage item quick setup and very good monthly price I am a Aarons customer on East Ridge Road great people and by the way my name is is Victor Vargas So go 2 Aarons if you looking for good customer service and good price rent a center would Rob you they prices way too high I got a brand new Stowe only pay 79.99 a month

We were long time customer for many years and were looking to re start with some furniture and bed room set but never got our return phone call then a week later my husband try to call and find out our status and was told we would get a call back in 15 min 1 hour and a half later he called back again got a nasty person on phone who acted like our sale didnt matter so guess they wont be getting our 300 dollars a month sale arrons will bad move renta center for long term clients
