I have visited this location twice for an iPhone screen replacement, and each time I’ve left satisfied. Letz Talk GSM provided quick service, along with very detailed and helpful information about my phone. Both times, they were able to replace my screen in under 15 minutes. I appreciate fast service! I cannot agree about the staff having poor customer service, I would simply suggest that team mates giving each other friendly reminders about their mannerisms. I would certainly recommend this location for their fast service and reasonable prices.

On the 28th we went to get a new phone and the owner was was RUDE! He was very disrespectful to the female employee and was harassing her in front of us. I do not recommend this store to ANYONE unless you want your blood pressure to go up!

The absolute WORST customer service. You would think to make up for it they would have good products. NOPE. The owner is rude and disrespectful.
