No overnight parking. No loading docks if you have a dry van, they drag load to the back and get it off with a fork lift. That being said, still pretty quick offloading. Lot is big enough to turn around but I guess depending on when your are here, can get busy with trucks coming and going.

Visiting some friends

I knew exactly what I needed before getting to the store. Once there, I found out the LVLs were significantly cheaper than the other sources I was pursuing so it was an easy decision to purchase. Sale was finalized and he came right out to help load.
