This place is the best! Todd and his team always come out right away to greet me! They always go through everything very well and have a lot of knowledge about what they are talking about! They break it down for me so that I understand and dont come off like theyre just trying to make money off of me like most places do! They are also always really fast with their service!! The only place I go to get an oil change!

Started using this Jiffy Lube for oil changes on my company car, was extremely satisfied with their service, and started bringing my personal car there as well. Highly recommend them for their speed of service, professionalism and friendliness.

Convenience, professionalism, and dedication are the leading reasons to go to the southwest Jiffy Lube. I have never once been disappointed with the service team. This is a well run business.

We stopped by on our way to visit family in another state. It was 90+ degrees out, and our a/c wasnt cold. Not good for a 2.5 hour trip each way. This location looked very new, and had a great, clean waiting area with a large window for viewing the work being done. It was Saturday, and about 2:35 pm. Google maps said it was closed, but we called and they said they were open till 6:00. Win! There were at least 5 people working, so cars moved quickly through. We didnt have to wait long. They told us they would check our a/c pressure to make sure it wasnt leaking before they charged the freon. Didnt feel like we were being taken to the cleaners -- they were straight forward and helpful at every turn. Wish we lived closer and could use them regularly.

Had a amazing experience working with Todd! He was very professional and a nice guy, everything was explained to me well, no hard sales, gave his input and recommendations and then said if you like I can put back the original filters back. My car was done in 20 minutes, very happy and pleased with my service, please keep doing a great job !

My experience at this Jiffy Lube has always been positive - much of it due to the store manager Todd, who always takes time to connect with me, say hello, check to make sure car is getting serviced completely and correctly. Weve gotten to be friends. His staff operate exactly the same, so whenever I go there Ive been welcomed and their services explained completely, the whole team tqke a very professional approach to getting the job done. They are friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. They explain the services completely, and give you a written summary of everything that was done, very helpful. Very few other places match this level of service. Pro Tip - I always try to get there early on Saturday mornings (just after 8am), seems to be well before the daily rush, rarely do I have to wait. Recommended.

A little out of the way but fast clean and professional is what youll get here. A wee bit pricy but for the service and general diagnosis is worth it.I went in just for an oil change and they pretty much checked everything for kicks. The staff is uniformed and has a pep in their step. The inside is clean and warm, definitely a place for the average car user to go to.

These guys were all very professional and polite. Send like a well run shop, answered all my questionsand gave me good recommendations about which oil is the best choice for my situation. They didnt try pressuring my to buy anything I didnt need. Very very good crew of guys here!

Friendly and curtious staff. They go over everything they do to your vehicle and wont do anything you dont want them to do. Made me feel welcomed even at first contact. Their waiting area was very well maintained and comfortable. Would recommend them to anyone.

Todd got me checked in up front and I was given quality service as well as information pertaining to the automotive care of my vehicle in the wintertime. I get my oil change a lot being a delivery driver and have never had better service! Most definitely worth the extra few miles out of my way for such great service. My mom asked me to share the following experience: What a group of very caring individuals they have working at the Jiffy Lube on Commercial Dr. My husband and I were in Rochester for testing at Mayo Clinic when my tiers started showing low air. After a hard day at the hospital, I just didnt have the heart to climb out at a gas station and put air in them myself - then I saw the Jiffy Lube sign. I pulled in and asked the gentlemen if I could hire someone to add the air for me. They all volunteered to help me out, had me pull into the bay, and filled my tires right away. Only 1 out of 6 employees wore a mask..spilled oil all over my engine manifold, now I smell it every time I drive, especially when heat is on.. they are simply LAZY... they left my ignition on the whole time, with heat fan on, and drained my battery, truck barely started when done, truck is only 2 years old less than 40,000 miles!.. they definitely are inexperienced.. will never use that shop again.

I had my valve cover gaskets done and I was also told I needed spark plugs replaced I own a 2012 Chevy Cruze, they put in Ford spark plugs and busted my ignition switch and did not inform me about it instead they tried super gluing it back together I am on a 15 hour trip and it nearly blew my engine

Honestly not even deserving of a 1 star rating. Don’t go to this place unless you plan on spending an arm and a leg after they tell you everything in your car needs to be replaced. Very manipulative when it comes to telling the customers the price until the work is done when it gets doubled from what was previously discussed. Cancel jiffy lube immediately

Skyler was very efficient and knowledgeable. The crew had my vehicle finished in less time than it took to make and drink a cup of coffee.I knew what my service included and exactly how much it would cost. No upselling on items and services I didn’t need, which was a great change of pace. We’re not from the area, but we’re very happy we used this location when our service light came on. They also honor online coupons!

The general staff was friendly. They found a leak in my radiator hose and took the time to try to patch it. When that didn’t work, they offered to replace the part for cost, concerned I wouldn’t make it home if I tried to drive it out without a fix. GM Todd Sturgis stayed late to make sure I had a working vehicle during a winter storm, and my vehicle has had no radiator issues since then. They really went above and beyond!

For who ever would get there oil change here i feel sorry for you I am a shop owner for several years and I have never seen such terrible work in my life they told me they havent touched a drain plug in over a year because they have a oil evacuation pump that they stick down your dip stick tube to drain your oil my vehicle had the wrong oil filter on it as well and the drain plug was loose and didnt have the correct amount of oil in as well I dont know about you but when you pay for a full service oil I expect my drain plug to be pulled and tighten correctly and the proper filter to be put on I wouldnt recommend these guys to know one so for the service techs jp/ts/jp at store #3773 go get a real education on how to service a vehicle as in the manager hewas completely disrespectful about the whole situation never will I recommend jiffy lube to any one

I accidentally left a clipboard and money for a fund raiser at their facility after getting my oil changed. I went to have my oil changed and the guys found a couple other things I needed to get replaced( a wiper and light bulb). The parts were not in the store so they ran to get them. It was pretty fast, and it turnd out I didnt need the bulb changed, it was just unplugged. They could have changed it and charged me the 30 bucks, but they didnt, I really appreciated that. Thanks alot guys, great customer service!

I needed an oil change and expected to be upsold on other services because thats what they always do and because Im female. Turns out my cabin air filter needed to be replaced BUT they didnt have the right size in stock. Their fatal mistake was not communicating that it would add almost an extra 30 minutes onto my time spent at Jiffy Lube so that they could have the right size delivered from a nearby AutoZone. At time of payment, I mentioned that Id noticed that theyd had to send out for the right size and asked if anything could be done to compensate for the extra wait time to which I never really received a straight answer and never once did the Team Lead: Todd, come in to speak to me regarding the situation. I was only allowed to apply a measly 10% coupon towards my oil change which was more expensive than the filter replacement and no other coupons could be stacked on top of that one. I would have returned to purchase and have the filter replaced once they had the right size in stock, but instead, now they are receiving this less than stellar review.

I had a broken off oil dip stick. I had asked a co-worker where to go in Rochester MN and she told me Jiffy Lube. I thought it was only a place to do oil changes. I went and found someone to help me with my problem. The service I received and information I gain was very helpful. Now I know where I can go to take care of my vehicle needs. Thank you Jiffy Lube.

Okay, I didnt even end up getting an oil change but still had to write a review. I hadnt even finished pulling up behind the car in front of me when a guy came out to greet me. He was so nice and explained exactly how long he thought it might take which was unfortunately too long for me. Someone could have easily downplayed the time so they could get my business so I really appreciate his honesty. He was so pleasant throughout, asked me how I was doing, thanked me, welcome to me to Rochester because I mentioned I was driving through. I wont be able to go there, but you definitely should 😃

I had been putting off getting my oil changed because I was dreading bringing my kids along. I finally sucked it up and took them... and I couldn’t believe what a breeze it was!!! The waiting room is amazing; clean, has coffee 🙌, candy for kids, and ALL the tv channels. We didn’t even get to finish the episode of Paw Patrol- we were in and out in 15 minutes! The guys working were awesome too. Polite, kind, and obviously hard working. Will only go here for oil changes from now on. Shout out to the South Rochester location; you guys rock!

I had a battery die on one of our colder days. Got it jumped and took it to Jiffy Lube. I got in really fast and had the oil changed as well. The whole experience was great. They also pointed out another issue I had that didnt require immediate attention. (No pressure). I will be going back to this location again.
