Everytime I go to Cole muffler, now Mavis tires I get great service. This time I went I had a more of a specialized issue. This turned out to be something that they could not fix. Mavis tire did direct me to a place that can fix my issue, and they did not charge me to diagnose the problem and completely reassembled my car,at no charge. I call that a plus.

I needed an emergency tire replacement due to a screw being lodged into my tire. I called cole muffler and they were able to get me right in and changed my tire in under 45 minutes. They truly saved my day and helped me out tremendously. They were very kind and helpful. I highly recommend.

After visiting another place in the area that I was sure was trying to overcharge me I took my car here and they serviced it within an hour and a half and confirmed my suspicion of the alternative location trying to charge me for parts that didn’t need to be fixed. Due to Covid-19, everything has changed down to NYS inspection policies. However, this specific business scheduled an appointment for this procedure. Upon ARRIVAL, they informed me to leave my vehicle for 4 HOURS. I would have to leave the car no matter what day!I was able to find NYS INSPECTION service elsewhere. And sat to wait for it.

My car started smoking out of no where and they got me in instantly. They did everything they could to keep the parts and repairs as cheap as possible and they were all so understanding and amazing. I will definitely recommend this location to literally everyone I talk to.

Had a great experience at this shop as they went above and beyond. I went in for an exhaust issue and they also fixed a minor brake problem for me at no extra cost. I left feeling like I got a fair deal compared to other shops and the manager Matt was very courteous and professional. Another customer waiting for her car was also giving high praise to the shop for being more than fair with her. Yes, I would recommend this shop to friends and family.

Dropped my BMW off for an alignment on Goodman and Bay on a Monday morning. Thursday they tried to put me off for another day. I called Cole Muffler and they told me to drop it off and they will be done by the end of the day. They called me around 10am Friday morning and the alignment was done. Great job but more importantly I saved a little bit more than $70.00. Keep up the great work

Could not get help

Highly recommended...Only place I take my car & my business car...They see me every year for inspiration or if my car needs anything update...Love this place they treat everyone equal & the is so big to me...

Called ahead for an appointment 4 days later when I arrived they seemed mystified that I had an appointment, but when I mentioned the persons name, they said he did not write it down. They say they will try to get me in. I add an oil change to the minor repair I was asking for originally. At 4 I call back because nobody has bothered to call and let me know the work was done. I pick up the car and pay, but as soon as I get in my car I realize they did not do the repair I requested. The person in charge seemed perplexed and told me to come back the next day and they would fix it free. I drop off the car the next morning and say it will be done late afternoon. I call them up about 30 minutes prior to when they said it would be so and they say it is being worked on and confirm it will be done in 30 minutes. I show up to get my car 25 minutes later, and the car has not even moved from the spot I left it, and the work has not been done. I tell them that the work was not done and the responded by saying we told you when it would be done! I pull out my phone and say, that is 4 minutes from now.

Great service went there to get 4 new tires for my 94 Chevy K 1500 and get a wheel alignment. Had bigger tires on my truck so Kenny let me use his wheels off his truck to do the alignment. Also balanced and mounted the new tires. I shopped around and they had the best prices for the tires I wanted. Did it all in about 3 hours no problem they did a great job would recommend them too everyone! Nice job Thank you

Went to this shop for an inspection and they wanted to charge me over a grand for repairs on my car, which Ive only owned for 6 months with zero issues. Then I went to JC Automotive in Irondequoit and absolutely nothing was wrong with my car! It was in good condition and didnt need any repairs in order to pass. This Cole Muffler is full of scammers!

I went here to get an inspection for my car. I made appointment online on Monday for Tuesday and someone called and said no is there onTursday to do the inspection. So I changed it to Wednesday at 1:30pm and when I got there the person who is supposed to the inspection wasnt there and waited a long time for him to come. And when he did get back he started doing a lot of other stuff for a long time. I got there at 1:30pm and didnt leave until about 3:30pm. An inspection doesnt take that long. Plus I had appointment.

I had a flat and the management was great but the guy who pulled my car into the garage decided that he needed to drive around the block on a completely flat tire/rim. I made sure that it was known that he was wrong and that I wanted a discount for the reckless abandon for my car!

I have been using Cole Muffler for over 30 years. The past 2 visits were terrible! Once they gave me an estimate of about $400 to repair my parking brake! I had someone else do it for less than $60. Then I returned because the exhaust they installed had vibrated loose and they wanted to charge me $62 to fix it! gaskets arent covered!? What about workmanship? Ill will NEVER do any business with them again.

Even I will not give 1 star for this Cole muffler. 1 year ago I took my car there for oil change and I went in waiting area after couples minutes one of a guy came and told me that my car have some problems in engine and I believe them so I asked them for price they told me 170 dollars but that time I have only 90 dollars and I told him that I have only 90 doller and he said give me 90 doller and I gave him 90 doller for engine problems because that time I just bought my car so I dont have any idea about car problems which I only knew is that oil change ..after next day one of my friend told me that, they did same like with my friend and I went in dealer and he told me my car engine and everything is goodIn my car.. So I recommend everyone please dont take your car in this bullshit garage all the employees are thief and robber ..
