Most honest and genuine repair shop I have ever worked with. Customer service is top notch! They are usually booked out for 2 weeks but it is 100% worth the wait if you can afford to. Wouldnt take my car anywhere else if I can help it.

The guys at Brandon Automotive are honest and trustworthy. There has been more than one occasion where they could have easily upsold me or added on addition services that werent totally necessary and they didnt. I cannot recommend this place enough. They are pretty booked up most of the time but its because they are quality and honest, so its worth the wait!

This is one of the better automotive locations in Roanoke. They are honest, reasonably priced, and quick. They are almost always packed and busy. Friendly service, they wont cheat you. My family loves this place.

Our family has been going to this garage for over 15 years..theyre always friendly,, explain exactly what needs to be done, the best way to do it, they get the work done at a decent price, are very knowledgeable, never had them try to talk me into something I dont need like other places, and, its always ready when they say it will be done! Theyve fixed everything from putting a plug in a flat tire, to rebuilding carbrator, and we are always very satisfied. A dependable, trustworthy mechanic is very hard to come by, theyre the only ones we use!
