Very helpful and genuine staff! Rodney was patient with me and explained my shipping process. I did show up wanting to ship four separate packages, two minutes before closing and I was still helped with great customer service and patience. I feel comfortable going to this location if I have questions about shipping and prices and how to ship since I do not ship often. I would highly recommend the store.

Ive been very disappointed with the service at this location the last several times I visited. This last visit disappointed me enough to take the time to write a review. I had a package delivered to my address in Rio Rancho that was supposed to go to an address in Placitas. I took the package to this location so it could go to the right address. I was told by the person at the counter that I would have to contact Amazon for a return label. Why would I do that for a package that was delivered to me by mistake? I ended up calling the UPS customer service number and they were extremely happy that I was calling to get the package to the right address and are sending a driver out to pick up the package. Dont waste your time at this location if you dont have to. Call the 800 number from home first.

Horrible little man mind the counter would not listen to what I was asking him for kept telling me I was gonna cost me $2 to buy a bag to ship something for my work will not be back in will not use them again and recommend nobody else does because they never have staff. Management contacted me today and I feel their response was snide as well as full of greed. Again, I will not be using their services ever again.

This location closes before the time posted. Employees will just stand in front of the register while watching you walk away. So walk your business somewhere else because they don’t want it.Edited to respond: My visit to the store was prior to 6:30 PM. In fact, there were other customers who watched from the parking lot as staff began vacuuming before 6:30 PM. It would be helpful to verify facts before posting a response. Very quick and friendly not as cheap as the post office, but very quick and friendly.

First time ever using UPS & LAST!! We paid overnight shipping fees for guarantee that our package would arrive the next day. We do understand that there was bad weather, it WAS NOT EXPLAINED to us that even though we were paying $120 for overnight shipping that there was still no guarantee! At least if that had been explained, we would have had choice of what WE chose to pay. The package was a Valentines Gift (Dinner) that should have arrived on Thursday February 11, 2021, but did NOT ARRIVE until Monday February 15, 2021. Again we were never told there was no guarantee of our package arriving on time even though we paid for it to arrive the next day! So then we are told NO REFUND and given the corporate phone number in which we have had no success in contact! Go to Fedex!

I wish I could give a zero because the manager, Kumar is unprofessional and inappropriate. I called once the store opened to track a couple of packages that supposedly had been delivered there for almost a week now. Since Friday, Ive been having trouble picking up the packages. I contacted Old Navy to verify that the packages are indeed at the UPS store. They confirmed. When I called this morning, instead of getting the issue resolved the manager, Kumar decided to tell at me. I asked him why he was yelling at me. He claimed he wasnt, and that he had other customers to give packages to, and he hung up on me. Kumar doesnt deserve to be in a titled position if he cannot handle the proper tasks of handling customers.

Folks who care about Covid masking and social distancing may want to go to a different location. They allow maskless people and many people inside against their own policy (posted on door) and against New Mexico law. It is not a clean or safe environment until we are through Covid and variant surges.Update: to Mgt response: The corporate stand on Covid protocols is much appreciated; however, at the front line staff level, they are not being followed. Staff were asked to speak to an unmasked, coughing, touching surfaces customer and they said they would not handle it. Hopefully, that can improve.

I make my living as an artist. Enchanted Hills UPS Store packs and ships my paintings to purchasers across the U.S. I always ask for Kumar. He takes the time to find out how Id like a particular painting packaged, then does it right away. Its a relief not to worry about this important aspect of my art business.

I paid for overnight shipping on some tax documents and found out that there was a delay in shipping. I contacted the store and was told that there was a mechanical issue in loading the plane and it was not their fault. I was told that the issue was beyond their control and there would not be a refund..When you are paying for a service and that service is not completed, one does not want excuses about the reason why. You either stand behind your product/service or you dont. Even though this store is close to my residence, I will be traveling further and give my business to FedEx.

This is the best UPS store ever! My husband and I move around a lot, and have used a lot of different locations across the US. This location, and everyone that works there, is the best!!! I was there yesterday morning 07/22/2020, I had to send a package out so I needed to print a copy of a label. when I was done printing the label at there location, I i approached a young lady (short blondish hair white sneakers I think only girl there) asked couple of questions, one of the questions was can a you a question and the other can I send this package from the UPS store,All I gotta say is the 3 questions I asked were answered very rudely. It was almost if she hated her job or hated taking care of customers! I do not know why she was rude, for a moment there Im thinking she hates Hispanics. I kept my composure and went and got the package out of the car looked for her and she dissapeared. Wow! Its just horrible service. NASTY AND RUDE.

I just drove to this store from Placitas. The closing time is 4pm. I arrived at 3:56. The manager said her store clock indicated it was after 4 and I couldnt come in. I told her my cell phone showed an earlier time and that all cell phones show the same correct time. She insisted that she would only go by the clock on the wall. I will NEVER go back to this store.

I LOVE these guys! I have used them for 9 years. The employees are patient and well trained. I have seen them in the busiest of holiday times and dealing with frustrated customers and they always treat the situation properly and with patience and understanding. The former owners (prior to 5/7 years ago) were not so great. The current owners and their employees are more than awesome! Services are extensive and prices are very reasonable. Thanks, guys!

They went out of their way to save me nearly $200 on a valuable, large, expensive shipment, called me at home to explain how they found the savings, ensured that the shipment went out timely, and guaranteed their packing services. I opened my box with this store when I first moved to Albuquerque and Rio Rancho New Mexico. Marcus, Gwen and Jerome have been there the whole time. I feel like they are actually part of my family. I went traveling to different states for a few months and I was able to call the store and get updates on what was new with my mail. They would even forward my mail to me wherever I was. This was a service that proved to be very valuable to my success. Thank you Marcus, Gwen and Jerome so much for all of your help.

The staff here are lazy and are not knowledgeable about their products or services. If you are shipping anything important, avoid this place at all costs. There are plenty of other shipping options nearby that are clearly more professional.

I have been using store to ship products to clients and the same exact envelop- 8x14 bubble mailer, same DVD case (weight), UPS ground to the same zip code was $7.00 one time and 10.00 another. I recently bought a bubble mailer and it came up on the invoice as $3.69 when it is listed on the self as $2.89. (8x14 bubble mailer). I asked TJ about about the discrepancy and he said it was taxes... I showed the invoice and said, the NMtaxation&Revenue is listed at $0.28. This a 25% increase. He said, when I scan it adds it. What does that mean? I have never seen products listed at one price and charged another with an explanation of Its taxes. and It just adds it. when taxes are shown on the invoice. I will not be returning here and you all should go to the post office. It is at least consistent.
