Chill Zone is the BEST!!!! I love the rotating flavors they have. What makes the experience even better, is the number of different toppings they have! The owner Cathy is one of the friendliest people Ive ever met. Her employees always greet you when you walk in and are super friendly. Great place to take the family and of course support a local business!

The absolute BEST place to enjoy a delicious frozen treat! They have delicious flavors, my favorite flavor this week is Dole Pineapple 🍍 Whip! They have plenty of flavors, sundae toppings, frozen coffee, shakes and smoothies. They have the friendliest staff and an amazing vibe. You can get treats for your dog 🐕 and the rest of the family! Its extremely clean and they have indoor and outdoor seating. I cant think of a better way to support small local business than making this a favorite spot for dessert!

Andrew the cashier was excellent. Without asking, he took me on an exclusive FULL tour of the front desk! I got to see what flavors of frozen yogurt and toppings they offer! At the end, he even showed me how to pay!

Great experience yesterday!! Took our 3 kids in and all of our yogurt was really good. Unlike a review earlier, we found that all of our toppings seemed fresh. We would recommend The Chill Zone to anyone looking for a clean, nice environment that serves great food. Great place to take your family and share quality time while eating healthy.

Finally tried Chill Zone with my wife and we loved it. They have a root beer frozen yogurt right now that is spot on. Also noticed they have a nice selection of frozen yogurt shakes that look amazing, and they teamed up with Cafe Bella for iced coffee frozen yogurt drinks. Definitely coming back to try a Mud Slide shake and a frozen yogurt iced coffee float.

Clean place, good vibe. The yogurt is average, however. Ive had better at Yogurtland. I dont know if maybe it was low fat, it didnt say so specifically, but it tasted watery and flat to me. I had pistachio and strawberry shortcake. There was an unnatural flavor to the pistachio.

I love this place! Always a variety of flavors in a calm atmosphere. I can sit and enjoy plus get some yogurt or sorbet to take home from the freezer already packaged. This last time they had doggie treats! Dont forget to sign up for their loyalty program 🤤💕

Awesome spot for frozen yogurt. I take the kids here often and they always love the different flavors and toppings. Tonight they stayed open a few minutes late so that my baseball team could come down after our last game of the season. I really appreciate the accommodation and boys had a blast as usual!

We visited this location at 8:15 pm on a Friday evening. The floors and restrooms had recently been cleaned. The staff was polite and friendly. The frozen yogurt is good, but I repeatedly have issues with the toppings.The M&Ms were stale and flavorless, and Im confident in saying their Heath Bar topping is an imitation. If it isnt, it leads me to believe they are expired left overs from vending machines. My comparison are the candy bits in a Dairy Queen Blizzard; that is the standard, and Chill Zone falls disappointingly short. In the past, Ive twice tried the cheesecake bites, and both times I was unableinabe to finish my serving, and suffered from nausea.The cleanliness of the store and courteousness of the staff doesnt make up for the horrible toppings.

Frozen yogurt is frozen yogurt, but they could step it up in the topping bar with more fresh fruit and ditching the strawberry soup. Also it kinda feels like the school cafeteria there. Good fro-yo flavors.

We love having a local frozen yogurt place near our house. We have made it our celebration place after high school music events. They have sorbet, too, which is great for those of us who dont do dairy. I like to pick up pre packed items from their fridge when I have company.

We have been there twice and while it was not busy, the different employees seemed to not want to be there. We also signed up for their rewards program and both times our purchases were not added. No one even asked about us having it. We were told after our second purchase was completed that they have to enter our info first and there was no way they could add it afterwards. It was just frustrating to go. The unhappy not polite employees made us not want to return which is unfortunate because our kids like to make their own treats. Maybe two employees working a shift instead of one would improve morale and customer service. Im unsure what training entails but I would think basic things like basic customer service skills (greeting the customer, smiling, asking about rewards programs if applicable, saying thank you) would be covered. Ice cream and frozen yogurt are fun, family oriented treats. The service should reflect that.

Simple concept: empower the customer to pick every flavor and topping themselves AND serve themselves. Then you pay the damages once theyve weighed all of your spoils. My kids love this place.
