Went for a cake foe my mother in law and it was perfect

Well, since this gorgeous lady in front of me wanted to.pay.for my.two.scoop cup ( BlackBerry/Rainbow sherbert), Id have to rate this visit as great. Also good were the two employees there on sat. Afternoon to smoothly handle the steady flow of customers. Flavor variety offered was decent. And if that gorgeous woman is reading this....Ill buy the next time!

Quick service. One non dairy option. Outdoor seating in patio, unsure if available to customers. Most customers stand outside or go back to their vehicles.

Always a pleasure to have something sweet at Baskin-Robbins. And they know how to build the banana splits and sundaes.

Solid Baskin-Robbins Ice Cream Store. Read the reviews about the one on Coors and decided to go to this location. It was clean, well kept and on brand. The ice cream was good and they had plenty of seats and such for the location. Had the vast majority of ice cream in stock, I did not count to 31, but it seemed like it. Offered all items on the menu.

Girls were super nice on Friday. Not too expensive. Downside was that my warm cookie was hard by the time we got home. We will be back though! :)

They have 32 flavors not 31 lol.. best place for good treats!!

Ice cream is hard to mess up, its all pretty good. My only complaint is the pricing. I get that they have to mark up enough to make a profit, but a tiny kids scoop costs more than a half gallon at any grocery store.

Got to love the ice cream its always nice to have so many different flavors to choose from however unfortunately most of their flavors are very repetitive and they dont change much often I personally choose Cold Stone ice cream over this and its not that cold stone has more flavors but they definitely have higher and better quality but at a price that is why I also give Baskin-Robbins a four out of five if their quality went up or they would change their flavors more often then I would probably give it a 5-star rating for sure

This location rarely has popular flavors often out of a bunch of flavors. They are often out of even chocolate. The management needs to learn supply and demand. You have 1 job and you failed

We love our neighborhood Rio Rancho Baskin Robbins. The staff is always very polite. The kid loves to go there and the prices are pretty good. Would definitely recommend for a summertime snack.

I am very disappointed in this location. Tonight was the second time in 4 days that I have come in and attempted to get the flavor of the month. They were out both times. There was no sympathy from the workers, in fact one worker just sat in plain view behind the counter eating. I would think a rain check for tonight would have been in order due to the special prices on Tuesday. Very disappointed in their custom service, it is like they just didnt care about me at all.

This particular store is wonderful I usually go in there with 5 kids and the employees always handle it so well. This store is always extremely clean and just enjoyable. If you are in Rio Rancho stop by this particular Baskin-Robbins you will enjoy the visit the friendly faces the smiles.

Went in to buy ice cream for my family and gift cards for my students. I was informed that they would no longer be selling gift cards. So we went across the street and purchased from Dairy Queen. Ciao, Baskin Robbins!

This Baskin-Robbins is always clean, and well-kept. Ive never had a bad experience with any of their employees over the years, either.

It smells delicious, like freshly made waffle cones when you walk in. But they definitely didnt have 31 Flavors. Ah, the good old days...

I’m addicted to their icecream. A little on the pricey side but sooooo good! I always get the cookie dough sundae and I have a hard time finishing it. I’ve yet to taste a flavor of icecream I didn’t like. Go here for delicious refreshing icecream
